太差了，房間沒有任何隔音而言，外面説話，走路聽的清清楚楚，我住的這間貌似用板子隔斷的，一夜沒睡，洗完頭髮現沒有吹風機！沒住過這麼差的賓館

這次出行住過的酒店裡最不滿意的就是這家，理由是隔音太差，且明知道隔音不好還故意弄出聲音，房間訊息也不符合。

房間靠近高架橋非常吵 因為房間沒有房卡我第二天出去後就沒回去 前台問的時候我也説了直接退房 但是按金兩天了也沒有退還 我也沒有在房間裏面消費什麼啊 因為不去當面退房就要扣掉所有按金嗎？
