整體房間有異味，廁所也打掃的不乾淨。沒有什麼服務吧，早上就要求換房，晚上回來給安排了一間鎖壞的，臨時安排了另一間房，超級重的煙味道。

此行住了三家酒店，體驗最差的一家。半夜2點的時候，有位男住客在走廊瘋狂喊服務員，一聲比一聲大，一聲比一聲瘮人！硬是把我喊醒，連平常睡覺雷打不動的娃也被吵醒。實在忍無可忍打電話給前台，等服務員上來之後，男住客説“我喊了你們一個晚上了！”接着就在貓眼看到男住客一絲不掛從走廊跑過去。真的是震撼人心！！！有事情找服務員也不知道打前台電話，也不知道下樓找，樓層也沒有值班的服務人員。嚇得一晚上不敢睡着，第二天酒店也當做沒有發生過任何事情，一點歉意都沒有。除此之外房間裏放了各種標價的商品，感覺和一堆商品住在一起，有需要再提供不好嗎？和其他酒店一回去就有家的舒適感相比，這家店實在太不温暖了。另外出發之前看了很多評論都沒有看到早餐的照片，直到自己吃了才發現，味道非常一般，選擇又少，8點去吃已經都沒有熱氣了，沙拉蔫兒了吧唧的，感覺很敷衍。

非常一般的體驗，門口在裝修所以後院的圍爐煮茶也不開放，另外就是我這個訂單是帶伴手禮還有拓印體驗和眼睛清潔服務的，但我們入住全程什麼都沒有。房間一進門有一股潮味黴味，真的特別噁心…
哦對了 房間裏的窗户關不上是壞的，導致我們一晚上沒關窗，早上被窗外學校打鈴吵醒。
還有淋浴的熱水，忽冷忽熱的，非常不穩定，還是在屋裡沒有其他用水的情況下。

酒店環境還是可以的，但是我感覺前台似乎並不正規都是便裝或者睡衣出來的好像是私人開的店，去的時候小機器人也壞了而且暖氣也沒辦法用，關鍵我辦理入住的時候沒有問，你也不給我説

衞生：挺乾淨的
設施：原房間升級，智能語音很靈敏，空間也不小，床也舒服，隔音也不錯，也沒人吵
環境：濃濃的中國風，喜歡書法茶葉的可以來試試，環境沒的説，離二七廣場衹有幾百米，也很近
服務：服務態度好，忘了拿東西還直接打電話，前台也很有耐心
拓印體驗:很好玩，可以試試，全程都有小姐姐幫忙指導

非常nice的入住體驗，新中式設計風格契合了文青想要的點，前台小姐姐很熱情，茶台還有養身茶。房間打掃乾淨，設施齊全。入住當天下午一點多了，餐廳還有人接待，飯菜精緻可口，以後再出行依舊選擇這裏。
