這酒店的衞生.設施.差的真的不是一星半點.同樣是H酒店.你們酒店自己去離你們很近的許昌的H酒店的衞生.酒店設施.你們酒店真是特別特別差勁.這是我住過的最差勁的酒店.下面的圖片是我拍的實圖.你看看你們的床單又破又臟.看看你們的房間衞生做的.這跟沒做過衞生有啥區別.桌子裏的灰塵.浴室櫃上的灰塵，還有最噁心的是你們馬桶上面居然有鼻屎.真是把我噁心壞了.從沒見過你們這麼差勁的酒店.我平常不怎麼給差評，但是你們這酒店真是差到讓人氣憤.勸返準備住這酒店的遊客.大家繞道吧.真是太差勁了.

酒店的服務特別周到，每一個細節都能做到完美的處理，房間乾淨，床品舒適，讓人擁有一個美好的睡眠，還給免費升級了房間，房間安靜，隔音效果還不錯，早餐做的也很好，家常口味，吃着很舒服讓我在旅途中感受到了無微不至的關懷和幫助，前台的小姐姐服務也很熱情，禮貌，待客如親人，有求必應，以後會常來，希望越來越好，送上五星好評！

五一假期帶孩子到河南建業電影小鎮玩，晚上預訂在這裏，看平台是9和十樓的房間， 但因為時間有點晚安排在了11樓，主管又給我們調並升級了房間，十分熱情。入住體驗好

衞生：太差了，洗手間都是臭的，馬桶蓋都是歪的，馬桶都沒用過，洗澡的地方都是把手都是生銹的！還有水龍頭，都是生銹的
環境：洗澡間又臟又臭，左邊的角落都是黑色污漬，沐浴露的口都是堵死的，而且沒有護髮素，衹有洗髮膏和沐浴露，吹風機也臟，設施老舊，洗澡關住的門上面都是一大片的白色污漬，很臟，並且洗澡間都是尿騷味到
環境：電梯上去的時候有很濃的煙味，嗆人給我臉都嗆紅了，酒店進去也有很濃的煙味，連電梯都不想乘。還有電視投屏，甚至需要下載軟件才可以。早餐八點多到的時候啥也沒了
服務：在大廳進房入住時是晚上11點多，我們在等着前台一直在打電話？不知道在幹嘛，等了半個多小時，房卡才弄出來，沒有身份證出示電子身份證不就行了嗎，服務員還要抱怨為啥不帶身份證。
沒有錄視頻，當時沒意識到需要拍照，現在才反應過來可以評價，這個地板磚就是這個酒店那的，雖然沒有很多照片和視頻但我
