Beautiful rooms and the hot spring was big with a lot of option. We love the sauna there. There’s this heating stone where you can lie down and have massage. It was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay there for a birthday celebration. They even prepared a cake for us which is so kind and sweet. Highly recommending if you are traveling with your family! as hotel guest you have unlimited access to the hot spring.

Arrived in the early morning, the room card cannot be used for the elevator, but there is no room card. It's bad early in the morning. Then try breakfast first. There are too many people. I can't see a place. I asked the uncle. I actually found it. I couldn't find it myself. I couldn't find one person. He didn't know the situation. He asked me to sit opposite the family of four. Everyone is robbing food. In fact, the pile of food doesn't want to eat when I see it. I'm waiting for Toshi to take it in front of you. If you don’t eat, go downstairs and the system is still not good. The front desk will send me to the room directly. In fact, a lot of cockroaches because they dropped something, the bottom of the bed opened the skirt, and there were paper towels and bottoms. I was very disgusting. I didn’t dare to find it. The location is very convenient and the parking lot is also very large. We have one room for one person, the female common room, the male will upgrade the suite.

Facilities goes old, air conditioning was out of order for the first room and rain tree showers was damaged in the second room. Asked for maintenance during mid night which is very inconvenience to guest. The incidents were reflected to their front offer and gave a red wine only for recovery. However, their buffet dinner impressed with seasonal hairy crab and lots of seafood. Yummy!

NOT 24 hours. this hotel management is not so professional, if they can say NO, they will rejected all your requirements. 这酒店硬件不错，但软件一般般。在办理入住的那个下午，我足足等了20几分钟，前面大概6个人的旅行团。就1个前台服务员，她压力可大了。而她旁边的经理不但不帮忙，连看都不看我与及我后面顾客们一眼。更别指望说声抱歉安慰一下顾客情绪。随后几天观察一下，经常都是队伍长长，可怜那个前台妹子。附近很多好吃的，由于不想每天吃酒店早餐，我们只订了每天1份早餐，昨天没吃，那今天两个人去看看能否。果不其然，只要能拒绝，一律拒绝。（跟五星级服务倒着来）哪怕没增加多少成本，而该经理说由于配给xxxxxx，随后说错话了，他说“如果付1份费用就可以”。（这时候没配给问题了！）无烟房，然而还是有吸烟的人，我们退房那个早上一开房门就闻到过道很重烟味。既然收押金，也许“住无烟房需要多付押金”能改善这点。优点：新、房间大、提供无烟房、周围很多好吃的。这是中山南部其中一家高级酒店，说不定是最高级的一家，很希望你们能越做越好。

Zhongshan is really a very quiet town. The hotel is in a good location. It is very close to the Zhongshan Museum and the specialty snacks. During the Spring Festival, except for the Satisfactory Noodles, most of them are closed. The hotel is not cost-effective. At this price, you can definitely stay in a hotel with better facilities. This hotel is probably because it was built in the 1980s. The air conditioner has no heater and the windows cannot be opened, which is a bit surprising. There is a small refrigerator in the room, which is good.

Don't go to Zhongshan for more than 3 years. This time I came back and found that I had to use a mobile phone program for food, clothing, housing and transportation. Fortunately, I got the hotel lobby staff Mr. Chen enthusiastically helped me this time. Chen Xian helped me solve many problems and made my trip happy and perfect. In addition, the hotel room is very spacious, convenient transportation, restaurants, cost-effective. Finally, thank Mr. Chen for introducing food and professional and intimate service.

The service was followed up well, the walls in the corridors were too dirty and old, the interior was still clean and sanitary, the environment was average, and there were few settings. There were basically no people swimming in the swimming pool downstairs. I don’t know the water quality.
