About check-out: The hotel strictly checks out at 12 o'clock, and hopes to delay the check-out to 14 o'clock, so as to give guests more rest time. At the same time, it should be agreed with the platform, and the platform should not mark the check-out at 14 o'clock, while the hotel should mark the check-out at 12 o'clock. In addition, late check-out requires additional money, 50/h. This is not very friendly, and I hope it can be improved, although it does increase the pressure on the hotel to clean.
