The experience was so so so bad. I will never choose this hotel again. When the two aunties were cleaning the room, they pushed two carts side by side and took up the entire aisle. All of us had to squeeze sideways between the two carts. How did the hotel train them? They have no awareness at all? There is also the so-called hotel butler. It will respond to you when you call it, but it will not do any subsequent instructions. It will not close the curtains, turn off the lights, or turn on the air conditioner. Why am I so sure?
