老闆很熱情，老闆家的飯菜好吃，父母人也很好。房間很乾凈。在陽台吃飯看日落非常喜歡。去看日出的地方也不遠。早餐吃的麪條🍜也很好吃。

民宿老闆一家都很好，招待熱情周到。民宿的視野也很好，乾淨衞生，設施齊全。如果有下次來東福山應該還會選擇明珠客棧。

明珠家離碼頭稍微有些距離，主要位置相對高一些，但是視野也很好，晚飯吃得不錯，老闆是90年的，很會做生意啊，也很熱情。可能是就在海邊的原因，晚上門總是有被風吹的響動，隔音效果差了一些，價格嘛暑假高峯期略微高了些，其他都還不錯。
