The area is quiet and peaceful, with many eateries downstairs. The room is huge for 3 people. However, I’d specifically booked a non-smoking room and verified when checking in, but the room still had a strong smell of smoke. Also, you need a local sim to connect to the free wifi, which does not make sense as this hotel serves foreign guests and many of them will not have a local mobile number.

the hotel is with good location to the big street with a nice spa there, outside is with a square for walking and many shops, restaurants

location is a bit difficult to find if you don't know the area. Overall is good, the hotel is facing a square with some restaurants nearby.

The room is a little bit bigger size than other hotel but it is look like factory style. There is no cold refrescharter inside the room.

Price vs Facilities is fairly acceptable, Room Size is bigger others, but facilities are marginal. Location is good and very convenient for meals.

The service is really bad. The lady at the front desk was very perfunctory. She said she would wake me up 15 minutes before check-out. She was very nice to me. I had to check out before 2 o'clock. There were only 15 minutes left. Would I make it in time? What could I do after waking up in 15 minutes? Did they want me to extend my stay for another day? In the end, I was overtime and had to check out in a hurry. The room was not very clean. It felt like an hourly room. There was an unknown urine stain on the toilet seat. I had to clean it myself before I dared to use it. I don't know if the sheets were changed every day. I fell asleep scratching all night.

The room was very unhygienic. There were no pillow covers on the pillows. The disposable toiletries were not replenished. The walls were stained. There were hairs all over the shower and the floor. There were even cockroaches crawling on my face while I was sleeping.

The environment is average, the service is average, and the furniture is simple. The projector is not as good as the TV. The corridor is too noisy and it is difficult to sleep. No sunshade, no dressing mirror. No sofa.
