位置優越，距離東江湖步行5-10分鐘就到，沿路有早餐店、伴手禮店；
交通便利，有叫車接送服務；
民宿前台有茶水果品嚐，老闆服務熱情、主動、效率高、服務周到，有什麼旅遊有關問題都可以幫忙解答；
我們住在三樓，三樓有公共陽台可以晾衣服，很方便。床墊舒適，衞生不錯，房間有淡淡的香，有一次性的浴巾很方便。
民宿整體每一處都很用心佈置，老闆喜歡在別墅旁種植花草，休閑時在一樓可以聽歌喝茶賞花。
總體體驗感不錯！

房間佈置的很漂亮，有毛絨玩具，有漂亮的紙傘很温馨。而且小區很安靜。
特別值得點讚的是客棧老闆，當我們高鐵剛到，己經幫我們聯繫好司機接站，每人30元直達資興湘南水藴精品客棧，這對旅遊人來説交通是一大問題，但是客桟老闆能做到讓我們一路放心。點贊！點贊！點贊！

我們共23人，來自湖北武漢開大中巴來的，老闆幫我們安排了停車和吃飯住宿，品嚐了三文魚，早點殺豬粉超鮮美，介紹旅遊線路，讓我們省了好多事，早上步行去東江湖售票口很近確實，民宿環境乾淨衞生，共11間房，三樓有洗衣機和曬衣服的地方很方便，大廳有水果，茶，免費，老闆人熱情且優默，也善談，人確實不錯，小東江水碧綠碧綠，有霧超美，高椅嶺也壯觀秀麗，遊玩時有身感古代我幻片一樣，這次郴州旅行我們確實玩得不錯，再次感謝民宿老闆，我跑過好多景點，這次數這家民宿最0K，

民宿距東江湖景區和高椅嶺景區都挺近，特別是東江湖景區步行幾分鐘就到景區門口，去高椅嶺馬皇丘都很方便，老闆很熱心抽空親自開車送我們去的，還不厭其煩提醒我們返程線路及中轉車次。老闆娘還給我們提供了歡迎水果，晚上帶我們去嗨歌和蹦迪。民宿是獨棟別墅，裝修有格調，房間乾淨乾燥，有大露台和全自動洗衣機供房客洗刷晾曬，入住兩天都有種賓至如歸的趕腳了！

設施：民宿離東江湖很近，環境也很好，周邊很安靜，我們住的是家庭房，三個床，房間空間很大，而且裏面的設備很齊全
服務：老闆的服務可以説是五分中的一百分，我們到民宿之後就幫我們購買門票，還給我們水果吃，説有事情就找他，給我們推薦了附近的粉，還帶我們去高椅嶺玩，我們返程要去高鐵站，也順路帶我們去，比自己叫車還省，老闆説友情價，直接比自己打車還要便宜，太感謝老闆了！
人好風景好美食好，郴州很棒！下次還來！

房間非常有設計感，有許多小細節滿足住宿要求，環境很好，離景區也很近，周圍早餐店很多味道也不差很有特色。
最重要的是老闆非常熱心，火車站接車服務、幫忙訂票、招呼旅客吃水果等令人很暖心，如果房源不緊張還會升級房型！在不忙的時間還提供送旅客去高椅嶺等景區的服務！讓人賓至如歸，真的有種回家的温暖！

下高鐵後都十一點多了，半夜剛到陌生城市，有點不習慣，好在老闆幫我叫了車接我們回民宿。本來打算入住一天的，但是老闆真的很熱情，茶水水果大廳都有。實在有種賓至如歸的感覺，毫不猶豫續住。第二天還免費送我們去高椅嶺景區。來郴州旅行幾天，深刻感受到這邊的風土人情讓人很温暖，是個很不錯的旅遊城市，老闆的熱情也是讓人難忘，總之體驗感很好的一次旅行。
