The hotel is located in the centre of the city, but still quiet, no noise in the evening. The hotel is located just 2 steps from the lake in a renovated old building with a great taste. We had a restaurant in a beautiful room with a menu level ”gastro” where the superb presentation of the socks was at the level of excellence of the served sets (the beef net with the mosquito). The cheese plate is worth the tour, from the cheese chosen by the boss from producers, in Switzerland and abroad. The breakfast buffet is hyper complete and all staff very careful.

Comfortable hotel, walking distance from Zug’s lake side. The staff at reception was welcoming and efficient and our room was ready despite our early arrival. The rooms are modern and nicely decorated. At breakfast we were welcomed by Ana, who was extremely kind and helpful and accommodated the needs of the 2 babies in our group (thanks!). The buffet had plenty of choice and hot drinks were quickly served upon request. The hotel has an indoor pool in an adjacent building and a garage with easy access to the reception and rooms. Will chose this hotel again in future visits to Zug.

First stay in this hotel, and it was a great experience. Starting with the staff, the size of the room, the amenities, the cleaning, the comfort of the bed, breakfast... really everything it was beyond expectations. In previous business trips I have already tested a number of hotels in the region, but on the future I will only come to this one.

I stayed in this hotel quite a bit a few years ago and always enjoyed my stays. So I was looking forward to staying again whilst in Zug on business. First impressions were excellent with a warm welcome and efficient check in. The hotel has obviously been refurbished since my previous stay and the room was very good. The furniture was modern and comfortable, and additions such as the Nespresso machine were a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and the shower excellent. The bed was comfy and I slept well. Breakfast selection in the morning was good with plenty of choice. I have no complaints or issues about this hotel and would happily stay here again. Ands I have no problem recommending it.
