"There are years, more than ten years. The front desk is good, there is a gym swimming pool on the first floor. Mainly hot water for a while, not good for a while. The shower head can't be taken down. The location is OK, there are IKEA and some shopping places next to it, there are also supermarkets and places to eat."

"Very happy stay The hotel is located in a small town near San Francisco. The town is quiet and beautiful. The coastline in the distance can be seen outside the hotel window. There are many beautiful shops near the hotel. It is a good place to eat, live and go shopping."

"It's a big rural area, but it's close to the Emeryville train station. There's a supermarket in the surrounding business district, so it's pretty good and convenient. In addition, if you go to San Francisco, the F bus at the door will take you across the bridge in 20 minutes to a transportation hub. You can take bus 130 across the Golden Gate Bridge to the seaside town. It's worth a stroll."

"The room was so nice, we got the suite, its just that the water isnt hot enough for a shower in my opinion, its not cold but definitely not warm or hot enough, it was ok for my boyfriend but not for me. also it will be better if the bed was facing the bridge but not the other way, cause now once we sleep we only see buildings but not the bridge or the bay, kinda like a waste once we hit the bed"

"We consider this motel in Oakland area a very good choice of value-for-money, if you want to avoid staying in very small (and worn-out) motel rooms in downtown San Francisco. We had a rental car, so driving to downtown San Francisco (or in fact anywhere) was not a problem at all. The motel provides free parking. This motel was renovated just two years ago, rooms are reasonably sized and kept very clean. If you want to use public transport, the motel is only 15-minute's walk from the nearest BART. Service at the front desk was friendly and responsive. The only drawback about this motel is its neighborhood it is located in......you will want to take care if you want to walk the streets at night.

"One elevator out, apparently for months, and the other really slow. People were okay at checkout - helpful but not friendly. It was a fine stay. Right near where I needed to have meetings, so would return."
