I booked the room with the view to the river and you can see into North Korea from the hotel room balcony. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the balcony had patio furniture to relax there. The person who checked me in (maybe the owner) was very friendly, and happy to chat. He shared really interesting stories about south korean influencers that stayed at his hotel and their experiences trying to sneak into restaurants ran by ethnically north koreans that lived in the area. There's just a set of stairs to get to the checkin area if you have heavy suitcase. I would definitely stay here again.
