It has an amazing lake view, but a bit further from the center which makes it a bit hard to walk back and forth to eat etc but if you don’t mind that then it’s perfect.
Lucia at the front desk is incredibly helpful and knows everything you need about the places you want to visit.
It’s clean and comfy.
Only there is no hairdryer and also it can be a bit noisy if you face the road from passing motorcycles at night, but that’s only an issue for light sleepers like me, while my friend was not affected at all.
Overall worth the stay and a good spot to use as your base.

Very comfortable and clean apartment with lots of space. The kitchen is equipped with all utilities needed for cooking, and if you prefer to eat out, there are many restaurants available within a 10-15min walking distance. It's also just about a 20 minutes walk away from Lago Argentino. Definitely recommend this place!
Extra ♥️: if you don't book breakfast, you can still grab a complimentary coffee and there is refreshing filtered lemon/mint water available all day :)

Очень понравился отель. Самое главное-было очень чисто. Сотрудники супер, приветливые, помогли со всей необходимой информацией, с билетами, с такси. Тропы на Фицрой и Торре начинаются рядом. Супермаркет не очень далеко, хотя с продуктами там не очень, учитывайте. В номере комфортно было, все необходимое есть, даже кофе, чай, сахар, масло и т.д. Каждый день дают бокс с едой для завтрака и кладут 2 яйца. Отличные апартаменты.

It is very convenient because it is near the entrance of the park and there is a supermarket within 2 minutes. The desk is open 24 hours a day and the staff are friendly. Most of all, the view from the restaurant and garden in Hosteria is so beautiful. We enjoyed Serotore and Fitzroy while camping at each camp for 3 days with the friendly guidance of the staff. It was a safe and enjoyable trip because you kept your luggage well.

Very welcoming front desk guy, enthusiastically guiding us to buy tickets for Glacier Park online (in Spanish it is a bit difficult indeed), saving us the queue time when driving into the park.
Despite the power outage on the second night of the stay, it was quickly restored in about half an hour. Enjoying the lake green Argentine lake flowing down from the glacier national park and the sky in circles of strong winds in front of the window, it seems to be back to the Antarctic eight years ago...

Front desk lady speaks perfect English. She let us get in our room before check in time, very helpful. She explained everything clearly. The room is small and shower water is great. Obviously they are not lack of water there. Breakfast is basic with fresh boiled eggs.

LLauWe are incredibly happy with our 5nights stay at Poincenot! I had forgotten that we booked a twin bedroom so at check in, I was asking if they have a room with double beds instead, without really hoping for too much. The lady at reception actually went above and beyond, walked up and down & checked a few rooms for us, although in the end we needed to take the twin room which was fine. Breakfast was great everyday, not too much option but can get your morning going for sure. What I loved most was the housekeeping! They turned our bed down daily, kept our room nice and clean which was a joy to come back to after a long day hike. We put the twin beds together and the next day when we returned, they made it a double bed by adding some extra mattress, what a star! I would highly recommend this place - though it’s a bit of a walk from the bus station but you will be surrounded by restaurants and shops anyway.

CChloeHotel is very central and we walked around town everywhere. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend booking a massage it was delightful. Got rid of my knots and would have gotten another massage but we didnt book in advance so we werent able to. Spa area was unexpected little gem. Jacuzzi and a sauna. The only down side to the hotel was the water pressure wasn't great. Makes a lot of strange noises as well. But this doesn't take away from the rest of the positives from the hotel.

曽曽小姐It is about 10 minutes away from Main Street and not easy to find the way without a map. However the view from the big balcony of the lobby is very awesome and let everyone relaxing. There is 180 degree view facing the town of El Calafate with nice shading of sunrise and sunset. The staff of front desk is helpful in advising local tour and arranging shuttle bus to airport. The staff of restaurant is nice to explain the menu n Spanish while I can speak in English only.

SSuiyixingThe hotel is a log cabin with plenty of hot water. When it is heated, the floor is heated and you need to manually adjust the control switch next to the sink. The breakfast is good and mate tea is also provided. The best thing is that the hotel can report various travel routes by itself, which is very convenient.

The staff responded promptly to every request and handled everything efficiently, allowing me to stay at an alternative hotel without any concerns. I am truly grateful for their support and would definitely like to stay here on my next visit.

GGuest UserThe hostel is conveniently located very close to the trailhead, and the dorm room was clean and quiet. The music in the living/dining area played all day. It would be nicer if the volume could be lowered or the music turned off earlier in the morning. It was also unfortunate that someone stole my water bottle, which I had prepared and filled with electrolyte for my hike the next day.

CChristopherThis hotel was very clean and nicely decorated to make it welcoming and cozy. The front desk personal were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast consisted of sweet breads, jams, cereals, yoghurt, multi grain bread and hard boiled eggs. It was quite enjoyable and filling. The mattresses were very comfortable also. We made a great choice in selecting this hotel.
