I didn't give the service 5 stars because on the day I arrived, I called the front desk several times and no one answered. I needed a blanket and there wasn't one in the closet. So I went down to get the blanket, and when I asked about it, the attendant said that it would have to be done that way because they were too busy to bring the blanket to the room. In conclusion, I was on the 21st floor and it has nothing to do with the fact that they were too busy. The hotel should hire more staff if the ones present aren't up to the job. Another thing I didn't like was the lighting in the rooms: very dimly lit.
The only thing I have to complain was that tomorrow I was playing evangelical music at breakfast, and the TV was off. I suggest to guide the collaborators or those who do not right to have ambient music to be religious orientation, or agitated music, a classical music or a new bossa, or instrumental is much more consistent with the diversity of the environment (particularly because you also receive foreigners). I suggest that you be connected to the news so that people can inform themselves of the events of the day that they have not yet accessed. Morning coffee is excellent, I hope you always keep this pattern, for me the best of Lines. Clean and comfort of the room and the service of the staff are also above the average, I just have a praise.
I found the hotel structure very old, it is a good accommodation for a home, because the room is a mini-apartment, yet with an old architecture (small room and bathroom, and very large room).
I could talk about the timetable that ends the hosting. I was called on the day that ends to talk. I found a disturbing pq looks like it's getting out.
I liked the hosting, excellent service, I only found the takes strange to be 220v since it is not common in the ES, but they borrowed me a transformer and gave everything right.

Great
HhtaricanoThe Sheraton Hotel in Vitória offers a comfortable stay, though it feels a bit expensive compared to what you might find for a similar price at hotels in other countries. That said, the exceptional service provided by the staff truly stands out—they create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere that makes the experience worthwhile. I have always enjoyed staying here, even back when it operated under a different name. The breakfast is delicious, and the hotel's central location adds to its appeal.
The pool is now heated at 30C which is a very nice addition to the stay.
GGuest UserHostel is very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included! Easy to meet other travelers and hangout! I made some friends while staying here and have gone out on adventures with them. The receptionist Lucas and the owner Wilson are extremely nice and kind! Great location, close to everything. I stayed here about 2 months ago and came back again to stay here again while visiting some friends! It’s felt more like a little home/family! 100% recommended!
GGuest UserFrom the moment we arrived at the hotel, the service was excellent! The location of the hotel is very good; On one corner there is a Pharmacy, on the other there is a great restaurant and in the surrounding area there are several shops, bars, cafes and restaurants!
The break fast is very good!!! Various fruit options, cakes, breads and fit options too. We needed to anticipate our breakfast due to flight times and the restaurant staff and cook were exceptional!!!
Excellent experience!

GGuest UserThe hotel is excellent! Well cozy, very good couple bed, the acoustic of the room is top, a shower with wonderful water outlet, hotel is top, recommended! It's the second time I stay and I'll probably stay others. But for the excellent infrastructure of the hotel, I didn't find breakfast proportional to your infrastructure, it's good, but I could have more options like, for example, juices and breads that are limited, but taking it all perfect!

GGuest UserVery good, but I would like to highlight the service at the hotel restaurant. They were very attentive and helpful, as well as kind.
Congratulations on the service.
