Rare local hotel, good location, hotel environment and restaurant dishes are very good, the decoration style is very fashionable, if you go nearby, this hotel is recommended within an hour by car
There is a mall next to the hotel for shopping. The hotel rooms are clean and the facilities are OK. There are not many breakfast options. The restaurant/bar next to the hotel has loud music that lasts until late on weekends.
The hotel is very good, privileged location. Functional staff very receptive. Accommodations are super new, very well-cared swimming pools, saunas and spa's the guest's disposition! And also bikes to the guest can enjoy the city
Very good accommodation, excellent bathroom, very clean. What caused stress was the issue of using the elevators, there are many rooms and only two elevators working, it took us more than 15 minutes to get down to the ground floor. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, besides the quality being very low, it was constantly replenished (for example: there were two trays of scrambled eggs and even then they ran out and it took 15 minutes to replenish half of the tray, which ran out soon after). It took us more than an hour to actually have breakfast. Suggestion to reduce the lines and lack of tables in the café: schedule a 1/2 hour time slot for coffee per room in advance, thus reducing the huge demand in a short space of time.
Simple hotel, more with good reception. Adequate service, easyness in the reservation confirmations. Maybe a list of nearby places for a meal or lost in the room missed. With very unstable Wi-Fi network.
The room was clean and spacious, and the twin room had less sunny sides. Because it was winter, after communicating with the front desk, they found a way to change to the sunny room. All the big bed rooms can be split into two small beds. The service is very good. Suitable for business trips, you need to go to the hotel by the sea if you travel.

NNiefaThe hotel is in a very prime location. The reception staff are very good and was A1 when checking in. Room was slightly disappointed, the was a bottle of water that had been drunk and wasn’t taken. The previous guest left things in fridge and house keeping didn’t remove them. They was very quick to try to charge me for the water and something else which I firmly told them I didn’t have anything. So they removed the charges. They do advise the guests visiting is an additional charge of 2000 reis but I’m sure she meant 200. As all of the money grabbing hotels now charge for guests that visit. More reason to use other restaurants on the *****. I probably wouldn’t stay here unless it was last minute, but the location is unbelievable for the price
EEvan WilliamAccessing the hotel from the airport is a little inconvenient, as the best way there by road includes a ferry. The location felt safe.
The room was spacious and clean. The lighting, however, left the room a bit dark.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If I visit Navegantes again, I would definitely stay here.
GGuest UserOne of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!
GGuest UserGreat communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi.
The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

GGuest User#Praise# for the room lighting, location, corridor sound insulation, cost-effective, toiletries, hotel smell satisfaction; this hotel is very cost-effective, breakfast is good, mattress is comfortable. Stay next time.
Remind, there is no kettle in the hotel, you need to go to the front desk on the first floor to boil water yourself, there is a mountain kettle there

GGuest UserThe hotel is old and has been renovated. The accommodation environment is quite satisfactory, and there are many locals who choose this hotel to stay. Close to the pedestrian street, safe nearby, you can go shopping. The hotel's breakfast and lunch dinner are good.
WWadelliam_R.Old hotel, the hotel is quite satisfactory, it is a good choice in Joinville.
One highlight is that the third floor of the hotel is connected to the shopping center, and it is more convenient to buy something.
JJOSIEL FOGGIATTOThe only negative point in the hotel is the acoustics, we spent the weekend and had a party next to it, which is no problem, but what disturbed was that we couldn't sleep because of noise, doors and windows don't isolate the sound that comes out!
The hotel is very good, we like it quite.
