Divya Sutra is the best hotel deal in town as far as rates and amenities. You won't find anything cheaper. You do get a lot for what you pay. My stay was during the off season and I found an even better deal online so I went ahead with the booking and was glad I did. I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews but have found nothing to really complain about. My room was clean and there was no sign of bed bugs anywhere. Before I moved in they cleaned the carpet thoroughly. Although the furniture was a bit dated, the beds were comfortable and the TV was huge with lots of channels. One thing to be aware of however is that the location is right in the middle of town and there is occasional traffic noise that some may find annoying. I got used to it right away and it honestly was not bad at all and my room was just a few floors up. The staff here are very friendly and very accommodating. There are two ice machines and two filtered water stations in the lobby which is awesome and it also looks like they are going to put a fancy coffee machine in the lobby as well. There's a sauna, hot tub, and pool and changing room and shower. The bar and grill is still closed which was a bit disappointing but there are many restaurants nearby. Overall, definitely a great place for both short and long stays.

Overall, it is a pleasant hotel for a short stay in downtown. Despite the Karma Lounge currently being under renovation, the hotel arranged a room dining service for breakfast as an alternative, which is acceptable and yummy. The hotel staff are helpful and kind. The location is close to down town, 5 to 10 minute walk to Robson Streetfor shopping, 1 block away has a supermarket and some nice reastieant eg The keg steak house.

The location is convenient! The service is excellent! Parking costs 30 yuan per day and requires leaving the car keys, but the service is great! The breakfast is simple but acceptable! However, it was disappointing: I had requested a room with a nice view in advance as it was for a birthday celebration, but I ended up with a low-floor room facing a construction site. The construction started at 7 AM, and the noise was quite unbearable!!!

I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

Getting around is a breeze here, whether you're driving or using public transport. A skywalk connects directly to the Bridgeport SkyTrain Station, which means a quick 10-minute, 3-stop ride on the Canada Line to YVR Vancouver Airport, and just 20 minutes to downtown Vancouver. Bus route 620 to Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal (for ferries to Victoria) is right downstairs. You can also easily walk to the Richmond Night Market and the outlet mall, and major highways are close by for drivers. The hotel boasts a huge indoor parking lot with reasonable rates and even EV charging stations. Guests park on levels P2 and P3. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is wonderfully soft. Higher-floor rooms offer stunning views of the Fraser River and the yacht marina, especially beautiful at night. If you're lucky, you might even get a free upgrade to a suite. Overall hygiene is excellent, with thorough daily housekeeping. Standard amenities include a mini-fridge, coffee machine, and bathrobes. Facilities are fantastic, featuring an indoor heated pool with a kids' water slide, a gym, spa, ******, Cantonese dim sum restaurant, Starbucks, and several other Chinese and Western restaurants. Located in the heart of Richmond, a major Chinese community, you'll find plenty of Asian supermarkets and Chinese restaurants nearby. Hotel prices here are generally lower than in downtown Vancouver, making it an ideal choice for car rentals upon arrival or airport layovers. However, since it's been open for several years, some lower-floor rooms show signs of age, with limited power outlets and average soundproofing. Being near the train tracks and flight path, you might occasionally hear airplane and train noise. **Smoke Smell Alert**: Smoke sometimes drifts from the adjacent ****** floor. If you're sensitive to smoke, prioritize higher-floor, non-smoking rooms. The dining options are a bit pricey for the quality; the breakfast buffet is expensive, and the fast food gets mixed reviews. You'll find better value eating at the many Chinese restaurants in Richmond. **Pro Tip**: When booking, request a high-floor, non-smoking room with a river view to avoid the lower-floor casino-adjacent rooms.

A nice stay in the Park Inn Hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy. We had a double queen room, which was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just outside the town. Breakfast was basic but set us up for the day. Water stations are available. Would stay again.

Very very pleasant stay. We used it for an overnight 14h layover before continuing our trip - location is unbeatable, 1 min walk from check in areas - staff was all around very friendly - high quality (even though a bit old), but very well maintained and also high quality bathroom equipment (soaps, cremes etc). - beds were extremely comfortable - breakfast is à la carte with views of the airplanes / terminals - gym is small but all you need is there

LLLTYDThe counter staff was so kind to accommodate us in the handicapped room when I requested for it. Everything in the room looked great except that there was no real cabinet for clothing. And they only provided 2 hangers (I attached a photo). The hotel is surrounded by different restaurants and malls. A short walk to Walmart and Lansdowne Centre. Nearby skytrain station and bus stops. Parking lot is huge and can accommodate a lot of cars (with a minimal parking fee if you’re a hotel guest).

GGuest UserThe room was clean and quiet, and even though there were a lot of guests, breakfast was Western-style with bread, fresh milk, fresh yogurt, bananas, apples, sausages, boiled eggs, and mashed potatoes. If you're not used to it, bringing some pickled mustard stems as a side dish will do, as there aren't any vegetables, but an apple works. Hot water, disposable cups, coffee, and tea bags are available 24/7 next to the bar. The staff were very welcoming. Luggage storage and airport transfers are both free. There's a shuttle service every half hour for airport transfers; just call the front desk when you arrive, and the car will depart. The driver was very helpful and actively assisted with carrying our luggage.

GGuest UserNice property. Very ridge on early and late check-in and check out. Check on time is 1:00 and it is an extra $50 to check in early. Check-out time is 11:00 and can be extended to noon without a fee but beyond that it is $50. Breakfast is a little bit light with no hot foods. Great pool and water slide along with a hot tub. I had a suite, and room size was good, almost a mini condominium.

GGuest UserAbsolutely stunning view. Cabin was older but very charming, we made the most of the fireplace in the room and enjoyed a view of the lake from our balcony. Bathroom was clean with everything we needed. Coffee also provided in the room which was nice. I read the beds were uncomfortable on other reviews and I’d partially agree - not the best but again not the main reason or expectation for visiting emerald lake. I will say the pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.  Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle service was easy. Restaurant was pricey but overall good. No wifi or signal in the room is something to be aware of, but heightened the experience in my opinion. Overall, great!

Wwabbwty20060703For downtown Vancouver, the price of this room is very reasonable, and the location is super convenient. Especially, the bedding is really comfortable. Plus, you can store your luggage for free! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm here. I truly felt the warmth and inclusivity in this city.

MMikki LizIt was my second time staying at this hotel. There were two things I really needed to mention. First, I turned on Netflix and started watching a movie around 8:00pm but I fell asleep shortly after. Around 9pm someone started knocking on my door very loudly, which woke me up. I then heard someone outside saying, “Hey, lower the volume.” I was honestly super confused because the TV wasn’t even that loud???? and the knocking itself was louder than the TV and was what actually woke me up. I didn’t open the door because I found it creepy. After that, I called my friend, and he suggested I contact the front desk. When I called, the lady told me their housekeeper had already checked and there was nobody in the lobby anymore (which makes sense because it had happened around 20 minutes earlier). She also said other people shouldn’t be able to access guest floors without a key card. When I asked whether anyone staying beside me had complained, she said nobody was staying next to my room, and the guest next door had only just checked in. Maybe it was just someone passing by, but it was still really weird and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in many hotels in different countries and have never experienced something like this before. The second issue was that both the internet and TV stopped working at night and were still not working the next morning when I checked out, which was really frustrating. I mentioned it during checkout, and the front desk staff simply said the whole building was having the same issue and they were trying to fix it 🥲 The good thing is they’ve now fixed the access issue, so everyone needs a key card to access their floor. The hotel itself is brand new, very quiet, and clean, which is why I chose to stay here again. Since it’s owned by Hilton, I honestly expected the staff to be a bit more professional when speaking to customers. The housekeeping staff were all super friendly though.

GGuest UserVisited on a business trip. The location was excellent, but the facilities were outdated and in poor condition. The female front desk staff was unfriendly. I asked for a towel, but they said they didn't have enough and gave me a pool towel... I didn't use the restaurant, so I can't comment on that. The male front desk staff was very friendly.
