Super schönes und süßes Zimmer. Man hat in der Nacht 2-3 mal einen Zug hupen hören, aber nicht wirklich dramatisch. Beim Frühstück waren die Brötchen leider fast leer und die Kaffeemaschine ging nicht, den konnte man sich aber bei der Rezeption machen lassen, da die dort eine Maschine haben. Die Dame hinterm Tresen beim Einchecken konnte so gut wie kein Deutsch. Wir können Englisch aber viele bestimmt nicht. Wenn ich mir ein Hotel in DE buche, hätte ich gerne eine deutschsprachige Person als Ansprechpartner für alle Fälle. Aber 100€ für 2 Personen mit Frühstück und Parkplatz (10€) sehr gut. Gerne wieder

Arrived late at night because of the immigration procedure, and luckily we booked this hotel. The location was only accross the terminal, you just need to walk approx 200meter. Check in was smooth but the staff was not friendly enough. We booked 2 rooms but it couldnt be on the same floor. Room and toilet was super clean, bed was comfortable, but for me the pillow was too soft. We love the breakfast so much. Not too mant selections but all taste good with good presentation. If you are arriving late at night this hotel is the best choice before heading to town.

The surroundings are relatively quiet, the room is clean and tidy. Two people checked in, and there was only one pillow and a small quilt at first. After calling the front desk, it was delivered quickly. Compared with the Holiday Inn I stayed in a few days ago, the elevator does not require a card, which is not safe enough, there is no electric kettle, and no USB charging port. So although it is a four-star hotel, there are areas for improvement in management details and decoration details. I guess it is also because it is quite old.

Everything is perfect ! Clean , comfortable, new. Simple to check in, modern equipment. In kitchen is everything, water you need! Please return. Perfect price-performance ratio

Very beautiful and quiet location in the forest right at the lake. Deep garage costs 14 euros per night. What I have never experienced is that you have to pay 6 euros per day as a guest for the hotel's own swimming pool. Room small (but clean), safe for 2 people too small. Breakfast offers little choice. Beautiful would also be a buffet in every place.

I have read a lot of comments now and cannot understand how to evaluate this hotel only approachingly with less than 4 stars ! The hotel is great ! Both the individual apartments in the outdoor houses (which we could easily exchange for a room in the house) and the entire facility, the hotel, just everything! Here she has given the owner so great effort and put a really great concept or a great facility on the legs ! The staff in the whole house is incredibly nice and premature ! Breakfast has everything you need and is constantly fresh and varied ! No matter whether wellness area , outdoor facilities or rooms, everything is clean and modern , you feel very well ! We travel a lot across the world and this hotel has a super price-performance ratio! Ps. At the size of the facility, it can once The fact that you have to wait a little while or the breakfast room is a little more full, to assess something like that as “bad” is not understandable for me! Good location, clean and tidy room, although not large, but very warm configuration, electric kettle, USB charging port, breakfast included, good quality breakfast, elevator card required. Stayed for three nights, on the third day put up the cleaning sign, but still did not come to clean

Very helpful staff at the reception, who also help on the phone! This is how I received, for example, a water cooker on request and the information I needed. Since I had to do in the area, the location was ideal for me. There are few free parking places around the hotel, so it is better to book a parking place there, if necessary in the deep garage.

We recently booked four rooms at this hotel in Berlin. To our disappointment, we were informed upon arrival that early check-in would cost a surcharge of 50% of the room rate, while we had never been informed of this by telephone in advance. We called three times and were not told about these additional charges during each call. After a long journey of 7 hours from Rotterdam, this was an unpleasant surprise. In addition, an additional charge was requested for everything. We request the management to communicate more transparently about such charges!!

The service was in a effort at check-in, but because of poor German knowledge it was insufficient. It is very bad if you get a yes to a question as a answer, but it is not exactly the fact. Unfortunately, we did not receive any clarifying answer from the German staff on a further request. And 35,- € or even 30,- € with discount are inappropriate for the evening buffet, as some foods have very poor quality.
