Super schönes und süßes Zimmer. Man hat in der Nacht 2-3 mal einen Zug hupen hören, aber nicht wirklich dramatisch. Beim Frühstück waren die Brötchen leider fast leer und die Kaffeemaschine ging nicht, den konnte man sich aber bei der Rezeption machen lassen, da die dort eine Maschine haben. Die Dame hinterm Tresen beim Einchecken konnte so gut wie kein Deutsch. Wir können Englisch aber viele bestimmt nicht. Wenn ich mir ein Hotel in DE buche, hätte ich gerne eine deutschsprachige Person als Ansprechpartner für alle Fälle. Aber 100€ für 2 Personen mit Frühstück und Parkplatz (10€) sehr gut. Gerne wieder

I got off the train took the elevator up stepped outside the terminal and saw already the bright entrance of intercity Hotel Berlin AirPort. What else could you wish for with two huge and heavy pieces of luggage, it can’t be better than that. Very convenient to stay if you have an early flight or want a super relaxed start the next day. Room was clean and tidy, seems still very new. Nothing to complain about 😎👍🏼

Empfang war nicht so gut. Mit offenem Mund Kaugummi kauende Junge Empfangsfrau quälte sich ein Hallo heraus und hat dann die Zimmerkarte ohne Erklärung übergeben. Wurden schon freundlicher empfangen. Frühstück gut. Zimmer sauber. Die Treppenhäuser dürfen nicht genutzt werden außer das an der Rezeption. Daher sehr weite Wege.

Everything is perfect ! Clean , comfortable, new. Simple to check in, modern equipment. In kitchen is everything, water you need! Please return. Perfect price-performance ratio

Despite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna. A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices. The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed

I have read a lot of comments now and cannot understand how to evaluate this hotel only approachingly with less than 4 stars ! The hotel is great ! Both the individual apartments in the outdoor houses (which we could easily exchange for a room in the house) and the entire facility, the hotel, just everything! Here she has given the owner so great effort and put a really great concept or a great facility on the legs ! The staff in the whole house is incredibly nice and premature ! Breakfast has everything you need and is constantly fresh and varied ! No matter whether wellness area , outdoor facilities or rooms, everything is clean and modern , you feel very well ! We travel a lot across the world and this hotel has a super price-performance ratio! Ps. At the size of the facility, it can once The fact that you have to wait a little while or the breakfast room is a little more full, to assess something like that as “bad” is not understandable for me! The hotel is clean and the air conditioning works well. It's quiet and really nice. The breakfast was delicious!! I used the luggage storage service after checking out. It's good to leave your luggage and go sightseeing at the Sangsu Palace and nearby attractions. It's a 15-minute walk to the central station, so I didn't have to use public transportation.

Very helpful staff at the reception, who also help on the phone! This is how I received, for example, a water cooker on request and the information I needed. Since I had to do in the area, the location was ideal for me. There are few free parking places around the hotel, so it is better to book a parking place there, if necessary in the deep garage.

We recently booked four rooms at this hotel in Berlin. To our disappointment, we were informed upon arrival that early check-in would cost a surcharge of 50% of the room rate, while we had never been informed of this by telephone in advance. We called three times and were not told about these additional charges during each call. After a long journey of 7 hours from Rotterdam, this was an unpleasant surprise. In addition, an additional charge was requested for everything. We request the management to communicate more transparently about such charges!!

The service was in a effort at check-in, but because of poor German knowledge it was insufficient. It is very bad if you get a yes to a question as a answer, but it is not exactly the fact. Unfortunately, we did not receive any clarifying answer from the German staff on a further request. And 35,- € or even 30,- € with discount are inappropriate for the evening buffet, as some foods have very poor quality.
