We knew the money we would pay for receipt in Erzin but they took more than 600 Algerian Dinars from me than the figure in your system. I asked them, ”No, we don't accept it,” they said, ”They took 1950 dinars from me, but 1250 dinars from me”. It was written as dinar, so they charged more than me... second, the receptionists didn't know English... I had a hard time to use the translate device... third, I called a taxi on the door to call a taxi... despite my calling a taxi from the system... The taxi came from me in the system asked me for three times more money and the receptionist and the staff at the door had set that taxi, normally they had seven money to pay, they asked me for 2000 and then they dropped to 1005. That's a terrible behavior I am at last I called from the system and went to 1000
It is on the Mediterranean Sea, but there is no beach next to the hotel and there are not many businesses around it. The hotel facilities are generally relatively new, but the quality of the service staff varies, and individual staff have bad attitudes. In addition, there were no towels in the room. I asked for towels to be delivered at night. After urging many times, they were not delivered until the next morning.
we were two friends having two rooms and were staying during Ramadan, so we were the only guests there I guess.. they took care of us so well, we were very satisfied and will stay again in the near future
3 stars is a bit high. The hotel room is small, the glass windows are covered with mud, the bed is small, the quilt is damp, and there are no toothbrushes, slippers and toiletries. There are few types of breakfast. The price of the buffet in the evening is the same as that of the Sheraton next door. The dishes are much different. Drinks at the buffet are charged separately. The only relief is that I chose a sea view room and relied on the sea to survive the past few days.
The room was clean and the cleaning service was timely. There is also a Chinese restaurant near the hotel. It is safer around. recommend

DDan HersTotally fine for an airport layover. Not as nice as the photo looks much more basic. Wifi didn’t work for me. Note no wifi at airport, and you need to call them on WhatsApp to arrange pick up. Return to airport at 5am was easy to arrange.
