Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ciutadella! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the location is perfect — just a short walk to the charming El Borne area. Price point is good but please note that this is quite a long walk to Gothic Quarter area. Nevertheless I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is well-equipped with facilities for eating, drinking and playing. It is also recommended to walk to Gaudi's main tourist spots, which allows you to experience the life, shopping and cultural beauty of Barcelona. The hotel breakfast is above average, and the service staff is very enthusiastic. However, I encountered a very bad experience. After staying for 2 days, I wanted to change the room to continue my stay (from a single room to a triple room). I communicated with the front desk two days in advance and hoped to seamlessly connect to another room. When my family arrived, they said that they could not change yet, and if there was no room at 12 o'clock, we had to exit and wait for the room. . I had checked the website before and the hotel had rooms. . Later, the hotel said that there was a room that could be changed, and asked to send the room card up so that we could change the room. They actually said that I must go down and sign to get the key. When I went down to ask, they said that the hotel's process must be like this. . This made me very disappointed and very disappointed, so I decided not to continue my stay. I hope hotel management take note on this issue, hotel guess is smart nowadays, dont simply give excuse to us and this will spoil the hotel branding overall my staying experience is perfect but due to this case i thinking should give bad feedback on the service, this may not fair to most of the hotel good service staff, but this are important for us to let u know those superb bad experience

I chose Astoria for New Year's Eve in Barcelona. The room layout is comfortable and it's quiet at night, which makes people feel very at ease. The location is great! It is very convenient to travel by bus or subway. There are many restaurants, cafes and shopping areas nearby. You can walk to La Pedrera, Casa Batlló and other places. Life is convenient and safe. The hotel also gave us 12 candies and grapes, from which we learned about Spain’s New Year’s Eve culture. The small details were surprising!

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and of a high standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My flight was delayed so I arrived at 2am in the morning and the staff were very helpful. It is slightly outside the centre of Barcelona but that does mean it is in a quiet location.

pool closed at 9pm ita so tiny I wouldn't class it as a pool. also its only decent if your in their alone and want to actually swim. My wife and my wife manged to do it, but 1 person on either side. Otherwise, it would have been really hard. reception didn't care about check-in no welcome drink offered like how the booking says they didn't even tell us where the lifts are.

The hotel had a wide selection of breakfast options and although we had a little trouble, the staff were very helpful

Perfect location right in the middle of passaige de gracia. The location is situated in the middle of all major destination and within 1 min to Casa Mila. Can’t think of a better location. Hotel is under renovation and very clean with staff very helpful. Only issue is that the aircon was a little noisy which the staff was kind to assist by changing our room into a better room with the aircon issue fixed Room is also considered rather spacious given its central location and reasonable priced room. Highly recommended

I recently stayed at Barceló Sants Hotel and had an excellent experience. The hotel’s unique, space-inspired design stands out and makes for a memorable atmosphere. Free parking and a good location. The staff is not very helpful. One night, we were locked in the basement because the lift was out of order. We had to climb the stairs to go back to the hotel. We tried to explain the situation to the staff, but they scolded us, insisting that the lift was totally fine and that there were no problems at all. The service needs to be improved.

The room was clean and tidy and the service was great! The bed was big enough, but the sofa bed was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. The sponge pad was too soft and we couldn't sleep there. We put the pad on the floor and it was more comfortable!
