"Hotel room was great, very clean and exceeded my expectations. There were robes hanging and the sheets were nice and crisp. Bed was firm and the pillows were soft. Breakfast was meh. It was deep fried breaded fish and cold rice, the bread was not refilled and the scrambled eggs were not very appetizing. The location would have been nice as it is close to the airport, but if you are coming from MacArthur park, you will have to drive pretty far to make a legal u-turn, and to make matters worst, there is no parking at the hotel. They had 4 slots, 1 was occupied by their shuttle and the rest by cars that probably was there for quite a while judging by the dust gathering on the windshields."

GGuest UserI had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic—prime and easily accessible, making it very convenient for exploring the area.
I had room service initiated even though I didn’t request it, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with anything we needed.
The room itself was okay—comfortable enough with a working AC that kept us cool. The washroom was fine, though nothing exceptional. The hotel’s aesthetic is beautiful, with a great vibe that really adds to the experience.
The Filipino breakfast options were delicious, and I really enjoyed starting the day with a hearty meal.
Overall, this hotel offers great value with its helpful staff, excellent location, and good amenities. I’d definitely stay again!

GGuest UserTravel with family. Have a luxurious surprise birthday party for your mother. It was quite fun. I am grateful that all the staff were able to cooperate. It became an unforgettable memory of my mother. All the staff are kind. This is a recommended hotel. The rice is also delicious. The scenery is very beautiful.

MMiss SigWe had to ask the front desk staff to transfer us to another room because the aircon unit wasn’t working. There’s a water dispenser at the 3rd floor. Breakfast is buffet; not much selection but it’s okay to get you by. No elevator as well.
Location is great. 24 hours open Andok’s and supermarkets are near. ATM machines are everywhere.
Must visit restaurants: Ocho; Prakaz bbq; Fahrenheit food Center. The hotel restaurant is a good place to dine too. Huge servings and tasty. Very friendly staff also.
Full of cute and antique stuff in this hotel which are definitely collectors items; very interesting.
Tip: if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room not on the street side as the vehicles tend to be very noisy since the rooms are just until the 4th floor.

JJuan Miguel GarcigliaGo Hotels Tacloban is perfect for friends, families-on-travel, couples-on-travel, in a short period of time. They provide basic amenities. Free, hot and cold water, microwave oven, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and toiletries. They offer free complementary meals. You can buy drinks straight to the mall to save. The staffs are very welcoming and friendly. This is good for us professionals who have meetings need to attend. But, this is a budget hotel, so don’t expect extravagant amenities. Just the most basic. Best, location, near terminal, mall, airport, and 15-20 pesos fare to downtown.

GGuest UserThe staff were always curtius and respectful. The room was clean and very well set out nice bathroom and shower . The pool was a nice place to relax, but the The tiles need to be repaired and the umbrellas need to be replaced . Otherwise a nice place to stay will be back

No restaurant (only a basic set breakfast)
Basthroom is small and full of mould
Single beds are narrow and pillows are slaps of foam
No bottled water (you are supposed to get purified wtaer from a dispenser in the corridor
The corridor is very noisy (doors slamming)
Two lifts but only 1 working (cost savings?)
On the positive side: a very reliable and high speed internet.
Overall, a very basic local hotel not really reflected in the name.
