"Clean, quiet hotel in a good location. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very comfortable. There was both a sauna and a fireplace. Everything worked very well. The breakfast was super good. Special diets were also very well taken into account."

"For the experience of staying in Igloo I would recommend this hotel. I provided a good environments and quiet surrounding. Unfortunately the season is unable for me to view the northern lights and snows. Walking distance to Santa Claus’s Village but I would recommend some street lights so I won’t so scary to walk back at night."

"I had a relaxing stay. There's no front desk; check-in and check-out are self-service. There's a hot water kettle, but no microwave. Having a supermarket right next door was very convenient."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items, including reindeer meat and salmon! We booked the sauna on the day, and it was a memorable experience watching the night sky and snow scenery. The only downsides are that the hot water is only available for a limited time and there is nothing nearby. I had washed myself to a certain extent in the sauna, so I didn't have to stop midway, but it was a pain having to leave time aside. There were few buses, so we had the hotel call a taxi for us, and we went to nearby souvenir shops, supermarkets, and fast food restaurants! Unfortunately, we didn't get to see the aurora, but we'd like to try again♪"

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right inside Santa Claus Village. Parking is super convenient too; you can just park right outside your cabin, as each room has its own parking space. But the absolute best part about this hotel, with its prime location, is that every single room comes with a private sauna! The breakfast was also excellent and very plentiful. Overall, I highly recommend it. If you're coming to Santa Claus Village, even if it's not the Christmas season, it's definitely worth staying a night."

"If you're staying in Santa Claus Village, this hotel is new and well-equipped. The staff at Nova Skyland Hotel were very friendly and thoughtfully explained travel tips for both Rovaniemi's Santa Claus Village and the city center. When I encountered an issue, I WhatsApped the hotel staff and they promptly arrived at my room to help me resolve the problem! For an off-peak price, I enjoyed the luxurious room amenities, which offered great value for money. The only slight issue was that when I booked, I had indicated I was traveling alone (even though the room could accommodate three people). At the time of booking, I didn't realize it had defaulted to three guests. When it came time for express check-in, the system assumed I had booked for three people and tried to charge me extra for breakfast for an additional person! I hope Trip.com takes note of this, as it prevented me from checking in online beforehand and ultimately required me to explain the situation at the front desk. In fact, on the Trip.com platform, it states that for this type of Aurora Suite, the room rate I paid covers up to three people, including three breakfasts! I hope Trip.com clarifies this with the hotel, confirming whether the room rate indeed includes all taxes and breakfast for three guests, should they be traveling together."

"Our stay in the glass igloo was amazing! The accommodation was very clean, and it included all the necessary amenities. It even came with a kitchenette. We were fortunate to see the aurora borealis just outside our igloo on the night we arrived, and watching the sunrise from the igloo was simply magical. The meals at the resort were fantastic. I would highly recommend the Fox Arctic Glass Igloo Resorts for a memorable experience."

"It was an experience out of the world during our stay here. We arrived early wanting to drop our bags but they allowed us to check in early anyway as our room was ready. The cabin itself was clean and spacious enough for 2 people. The bathroom floor was heated which was nice. We got to even see the northern lights from our bed even though it only lasted for less than a minute. One thing to note is cabins are located quite near to one another and with the glass panels, you don't get total privacy. Make sure to request for a cabin off the stretch of main road to have more privacy. We had breakfast and dinner here. Options were quite limited but understandable given the location. All dishes were labelled clearly, and we had no issues as vegetarians. We even saw some neighbourhood squirrels enjoying their breakfast. The place is very modern and managed commercially as a business, with everything extra requiring extra charges (you may even pay for staff to pick up your bags from your cabin to the main reception, which is a 2-5 min walk affair). Despite this, we think it's still worth trying out for a night to have something that's different."
