I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were exceptionally pleasant, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I needed. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism and kindness made a real difference. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the place felt inviting and well-maintained. I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great services from check in process (special thanks to Mr. Bagas front office staff for his kindness to fulfill all my requests) until check out time. Breakfast is also great with varieties of foods and the taste is so yummy. Although the elevator need some improvements so the guests won't need to wait so long to go up and down especially at check out time. After all will definitely come back in the future.

Everything was good except for the room cleaning service that did not replenish the exhausted tissues, toiletries such as toothbrushes and head coverings that were not given, and the drinking utensils that I had used were not cleaned😞

Very nice stay. The hotel is good. The room was nice and spacious. But the service was unpleasant. It took so long to provide us the iron that we requested. Hopefully Novus will get even better in the future.

This hotel just far better then I expect. The service for checking was much accurated as during checking, they give option what type of room: Smocking or Non-smocking. So it’s really suited. On the other hand they have free taxi delivery from hotel to airport. The free cost only 10 Am and afternoon 3/4 PM. So if you go at that time they will bring you to airport without any cost. If you go other than that time they will cost you.

Shower water was too weak, coffee machine provided, but wasn't hot enough for espresso. except for it's location, I don't find them value for the money.

rooms are very small we had to pay $15 par day to upgarade our romm which was liitle uncomfortable as all booking made are non refundable . as we had long flght just paid and slept

Perfect for a night staying in the airport, the capsule was big and comfortable enough, shower is good too. Better to use earplugs tho.

A bit of a strange review. Ended up cancelling my booking when I arrived at the airport. My flight arrived after midnight into terminal 3 and I needed to transfer to terminal 2 for the hotel. The sky train linking the terminals was not working at this late hour. I would have needed to take a shuttle bus which didn’t seem that frequent. When one bus did come it was a small one and I couldn’t get on. Didn’t fancy waiting for the next one so cancelled the booking and stayed elsewhere. I booked this for convenience and for me arriving at that time, it wasn’t. Sure the hotel is fine but can’t comment.

Overall, my stay was pleasant and the hotel lived up to most of my expectations. Cleanliness was generally good, though I had to deduct a star because the linen in my room had some visible stains. That aside, everything else was well-maintained and comfortable. One standout moment was how the staff handled my GrabFood delivery — they were kind enough to store the food safely at the lobby until I could pick it up, which was a big plus in terms of service and convenience. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
