Aston Inn Gideon Batam – Great Value Stay Located in Nagoya, just steps from the market and Batam City Square, the hotel is surrounded by massage parlors, dining options, shops, and beauty services. The twin-bed room is spacious enough for two large suitcases, with handy amenities like toothbrushes, sandals, mineral water, and coffee/tea. Breakfast offers a wide spread — porridge, you tiao, roti prata, nasi lemak, and a live egg station. At around 60 SGD per night, it’s excellent value for the comfort and convenience provided.

Our first trip to Bintan Lagoi was truly memorable, and our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay made it even more special. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome at the Emerald Class lobby. The bellboy greeted us with such energy and friendliness—it immediately set a positive tone for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that complimentary shuttle service is provided for all guests, which made getting around very convenient. The hotel is also just about 10 minutes from the ferry terminal, making it easily accessible. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were welcomed with genuine smiles by the reception team. The check-in process was smooth, fast, and efficient. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of Lagoi Beach. The hotel amenities were impressive for a 4-star property. We especially enjoyed the huge family pool, the 24-hour gym, and the convenience of 24-hour room service. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of stay provided.Location is great near to the beach and Lagoi Bay plaza. Food at Rempah Kitchen was definitely one of the highlights. The local Indonesian dishes are a must-try—especially Rawon Sumsum and Gado Gado, which we would rate a solid 9/10. The breakfast spread was good overall, though there’s room for improvement in the Western selections and milkshakes. We also appreciated the complimentary photo shoot, along with a photo frame to take home as a lovely keepsake. This is a destination we would highly recommend for both couples and families. The service throughout our stay was truly top-notch. A special mention goes to Niken at the front desk—she was always smiling, warm, and incredibly service-oriented. The restaurant team and all other hotel staff were equally attentive and welcoming. Thank you, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay, for such a wonderful experience. We truly enjoyed our short stay and look forward to returning again.

Decent hotel at a very strategic location. Many surrounding facilities like coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, convenient stores, bakeries, massage parlours, KTVs, and etc. Nearby a large food court called A2 Food Court and shopping malls like Grand Batam Mall and Batam City Square Mall. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Standard room amenities. Lobby looks newly renovated. I believe some further renovation on going for breakfast restaurant and other parts of the hotel. Staffs are helpful like security guy helping with our luggage and receptionist keep us inform as soon as room available for early check-in. Overall, value for money accomodation.

Staying in Cassia Bintan was the perfect sanctuary I needed to recharge and getaway from the busy city life. This 'me-time' was exactly what I needed to find my peace again. The hospitality started the moment I arrived—I was greeted by Arya at the counter, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His warm welcome immediately put me at ease as a solo traveller. I truly appreciated the shuttle bus provided by Cassia from the ferry terminal; it felt very safe and organized, which is so important for solo female travellers. The room itself was a dream. I loved the blue colour of the room. This soothing blue wall creates a calm space where I can truly relax. It's spacious and clean. My favourite spot was the well-equipped kitchenette and the nice private balcony; the air felt so clean and fresh, and it was such a serene place for me to sit and do my painting. I love the sea so much, and the serene beach was so therapeutic. The pristine white sand and the shimmering turquoise blue sea were breathtaking. Being able to stroll along the shore every single day while listening to the gentle sea waves was the perfect way to clear my mind. I also loved spending time at Vista—sipping on their refreshing lime juice while soaking in the stunning sea view was pure bliss. The food at Lotus Cafe was delicious, and the staff always greeted me with a warm smile. Having the market 23 nearby was also so convenient for snacks and essentials. The cleanliness is ok. Customer service also good. They are very friendly and helpful. Only the location for me is quite inconvenience as it not walking distance with the restaurant or mart. But if you have a driver it's okay. Grab also ok quite cheep as the distance with mall only 2-3km. This is the cheapest hotel with bathtub. We also can keep our luggage at their lobby if we want to go out first before check in.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Batam's largest shopping mall. The facilities are comprehensive, and the environment is comfortable. The room insulation is great, the bed is very comfortable, and the curtains provide good blackout. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, and they even offered complimentary laundry service. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The staff especially Trestha was very welcoming and always ready to assist. The location was also very convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. It made the trip very enjoyable. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I can't rave enough about the customer service at Holiday Inn. At the reception, we were warmly welcomed by Mr Sunang. He was prompt, understood our requirements and interacted with my daughter, thereby remembering her name whenever he sees her or ask me about her. The room was spacious, we had a good view overlooking a pond and looking at the beach from a distance. It was great view for fireworks we were lucky to catch that night. We had our 3 connecting rooms as per requested. I like that the showering amenities was Dove. Hubby and I took the complimentary bus to Plaza Lagoi. We just needed 15 min to stock up some snacks for the kids and asked if the transport could wait for us, else we needed to wait an hour for the next bus. The transport coordinator, Edo was most kind. He gave me his number to contact him and when we were done, he came specially to pick us up back to hotel. He really went the special mile for us and we are so grateful. Subsequently, we also arranged for paid transportation to fetch us back from Nirwana Kelong. The hotel again went all out to help us book the table at the Kelong and arranged timing for transport. By Siska through the WhatsApp. Everything was so hassle free given we could communicate through WhatsApp and they were very prompt in replying. The hotel is v kids-friendly. Kids eat free (buffet/ ala carte). There were 3 swimming pools, kids club (2 hours complimentary per day), games room. For adults, there were ping pong tables, table pool, bicycles around free for use. We had a relaxing morning cycling to the beach. Guess the con was the hotel was designed such that must walk a distance to go from one place to another. Will be good if there is more shortcut to take. All in all, will highly recommend for families. Would like to commend the staff for the great service. Bintan has been such a lovely place that we go to again and again.

Overall I would say, for the price I pay, I can't complain much. Massage wise was quite good and it is 24hrs so can't complain.. up to standard, service is up to point as well. It is near two shopping malls, BCS was just right beside, while grand Batam is slightly further. Picture is an indoor playground at BCS, worth it..

Has some questions after booking, staff responded fast via email, shuttle bus service to and from BBT ferry terminal were taken care off nicely. Decided to book a 2 nights private tent in order to enjoy some quiet moment after reading some review via klook and trips regards to noise pollution from neighboring tent. Glad that we don’t have much noisy neighbors and not full house but the maintenance and housekeeping staff chat sessions can be hear clearly from the inside of our tent, especially when they’re outside the compound, as early as before 8am and as late as 7:45pm, still hearing their voice. At last we can’t stand and feedback on the 3rd day of our stay via WhatsApp’s, to request housekeeping/maintenance staff to lower down their volume, and finally we have a peaceful morning nap before check out on day 3.
