We booked this hotel for a nice and relaxing stay for our last night in Amman and it was totally worth it. After the security at the front we felt that all the staff we encountered went above and beyond. A quirky thing about the check in was that they asked us to write down our names and one thing we liked - I wrote cheese and my wife wrote comfy pillows and when we got back to our room from our sightseeing in Amman there was a cheese platter and a very comfy pillow for my wife.
We spent a lot of time at the pool on the large day beds. We also spent some time in the spa area where you can use the Jacuzzis and steam rooms. They also have some very nice large showers in the spa change rooms. The hotel's gym has some nice new equipment too.
The rooms were nicely appointed with very comfy beds, sound proofing, hidden closets, a cool mini fridge drawer, technology connections and a TV that you can cast to amongst several other features. We had a great night's rest here.
The food at the hotel is pretty good and there are lots of healthy options. We enjoyed the lentil soup that was served with a literal mountain of bread choices for room service. We also found lots of good options at breakfast including detox waters, all kinds of juices, a good hot selection of buffet items and everything in between.
This was an excellent stay and we would recommend it if you're looking to splurge!

breakfast is good, however the coffee machine seems to better maintaining.
shower are located above bath tub, and half space are covered by fixed glass, you need to be very careful to avoid fall or slip after shower and get out of the tub, which scares me every time.
swimming pool is located in b1 and i had good time there, there is also suna room which i didnt experience.
They didn't let me and my finace in because they have a preposterous policy saying unmarried partners are not allowed in the same room so we had to book two rooms. The rooms are very clean, the shower is nice, lounges, restaurant and terrace are speaking and nice. Breakfast was great. Amenities are just water and coffee, which is what I'd expect from a 3 star hotel anyway.
Nice place to stay in. Professional staff. Clean rooms. I would recommend it for your next travel. Food and drinks are perfect, location is very good ( free parking) next to shopping mall. Noiseless.

The hotel is very nice, near to the downtown and shopping complex mall and I enjoyed the breakfast served by the hotel. The hotel room is so good and clean too. In conclusion, I will recommend others about this hotel.
My stay at Crowne Plaza Amman in the Standard Room was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly courteous and responsive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and offered a great way to unwind after a busy day. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable stay, and I would definitely stay here again during future visits to Amman.
The hotel is in a good location, modern, clean and very large.
The staff is not well trained for a 5-star hotel!
Error also when paying in the pool if someone orders something, because in the menu there are different prices and when the bill comes different prices !
There is also a car Valet but there is no way the guest can park his car.

GGuest UserIt exceeded my expectations. I stayed again and again. The breakfast was rich, the front desk was welcoming, and it was quiet and comfortable. I had a good sleep even though I am sensitive to sound. I will come again.

GGuest UserThis is a great budget hotel suite, fantastic location and a massive room with fridge TV and air conditioning including tea and coffee making facilities.
The staff were friendly and at a very reasonable price.
The hotel suite deserves a 5* rating because of the location which is close to all the amenities however the bathroom room was of poor standard and a lot of insects were flying around especially in the bathroom.
The drains needed sorting out as on one night the smell was very strong at about 1am in the morning.
This hotel claims to be wheelchair friendly but unfortunately it's only wheelchair friendly if you are not travelling alone.
I phoned the hotel on two occasions before arriving to inquire about facilities for wheelchair users and was told I can enter the hotel via a ramp used for luggage but unfortunately the ramp was very steep although they did offer to help me when needed.
I also wasn't informed that the dining room was not accessible although there was a lift to the bedroom.
They were kind enough to bring the breakfast to my room although it was tasteless.
There was a ladies long hair on the bedsheet and the cleaning of the room could be improved.
I do hope the management will take my advice and publish the correct information regarding facilities for wheelchair users especially for those who are traveling on their own like myself.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at Conroy Hotel in Amman, and overall, it was a positive experience. The location is a standout feature, situated conveniently near major attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the city.
The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. My room was spotless upon arrival, and the housekeeping staff maintained high standards throughout my stay. It’s always reassuring to see such attention to detail, especially in common areas.
The service was another highlight. The staff were friendly and accommodating, eager to assist with any requests. Their hospitality contributed significantly to a comfortable stay.
As for the facilities, while they may not be the most luxurious, they were adequate for a hotel of this category. Basic amenities were well-maintained, and I appreciated the availability of essential services.
In summary, Conroy Hotel offers a good balance of location, cleanliness, and service, making it a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort without breaking the bank. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Amman!
KKim DJ729It was so good. The accommodation was clean and had a good view of the Roman theater. Also, the location was the best. The counter staff were very friendly. The tours provided by this accommodation were very satisfying, so I highly recommend you do them.
