Perfect to airport.
Within 10min you arrive at terminal 2.

Very very good value for money.
Narita Tobu Hotel Airport: The Perfect Gateway to Japan (5/5 Stars)The Narita Tobu Hotel Airport is, without a doubt, the ideal choice for travelers flying in or out of Narita International Airport (NRT). This hotel consistently delivers on convenience, comfort, and service, turning what could be a stressful airport stay into a relaxing start or finish to any trip.Unbeatable Location and Seamless TransportationThe main highlight of this hotel is its exceptional proximity to NRT. The complimentary airport shuttle service is a lifesaver—it runs frequently, is reliable, and makes the 5 to 10-minute journey to the terminals utterly seamless. For anyone with an early morning flight, this convenience is priceless.Beyond the airport, the shuttle also provides easy access to Aeon Mall, which is a huge plus for last-minute shopping or enjoying a meal outside the hotel. The location truly offers the best balance of airport access and local exploration.Spacious, Spotless, and Comfortable RoomsThe rooms at the Narita Tobu are surprisingly spacious for a Japanese airport hotel, offering ample space to spread out and manage large luggage (a detail that many past guests, including myself, greatly appreciate!).I stayed in a [Specify your room type, e.g., Deluxe Twin in the West Wing] and found it to be [Customize with your experience: e.g., sparkling clean, incredibly quiet, renovated]. The soundproofing was excellent, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep despite the hotel's location near the runway. The bed and pillows were [Customize: e.g., plush and cozy, perfectly firm], making for a much-needed deep sleep after a long flight.Exceptional Amenities and ServiceThe hotel goes above and beyond with its on-site facilities, elevating it from a simple stopover to a destination in itself:Dining: I highly recommend the breakfast buffet at OASIS Restaurant (or mention another dining experience like CASUAL RESORT DINING SERENA). The selection of both Japanese and international dishes was [Customize: e.g., vast and delicious, a great value for the price].Convenience: The presence of a drugstore and convenience store/gift shop right in the lobby is genius. It’s perfect for picking up snacks, drinks, or any forgotten essentials before heading to the airport.Recreation: For those with time to spare, the indoor pool, sauna, and fitness center are fantastic amenities, allowing guests to relax and recharge.Final VerdictFrom the warm welcome at the 24-hour front desk to the efficient check-out, the staff were consistently polite, professional, and helpful. They truly embody the excellent standard of Japanese hospitality. If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable, and highly efficient airport hotel near Narita, the Narita Tobu Hotel Airport is the best in its class. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The location is very convenient. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from Disneyland, with the pick-up/drop-off point on the 1st floor. From Bayside Station (on the Disney Resort Line), there's a free shuttle to the hotel from Exit 1. It's handy if you have luggage, but it's also a quick and easy walk without. There's also a paid airport shuttle service available; you just need to register and pay via QR code in advance.
The views are fantastic, especially from rooms with a balcony and ocean view.
For breakfast, there are several restaurants to choose from. I opted for the one on the 1st floor, nearest to the elevators. Even going down at 9:30 AM, there was still a queue, but the food selection was extensive.
Rooms come with complimentary drip coffee, tea bags, and two bottles of water, plus a kettle. There are also two convenience stores on the 2nd floor.
Facilities: They are a bit dated, but everything functions perfectly. The air conditioning control panel is located above the bedside table.
Overall, it's a good choice, and I would definitely recommend it to friends.
The open-air parking lot is right opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. Breakfast and dinner are buffets, and the food is fresh and abundant. The staff's English level is average, but they are very polite. A ten-minute walk from Kamogawa Sea World, it is an unforgettable attraction. The hotel swimming pool is clean, has lifeguards on duty, and is open to guests free of charge from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. We were able to check in early, and she even proactively offered to have our luggage sent to our room. It was the first time I've experienced such great perks at a hotel in Tokyo!
Location/Ambiance: Excellent. It offers ocean views and is very close to Disney, situated right between DisneySea and Disneyland. It's also quite near the Toy Story Hotel. A quick heads-up: it can be a bit tricky to find.
Facilities: While a little dated, they are still very good. The room itself was incredibly spacious – I was almost moved to tears to find such a large room at this price point in Tokyo!
Cleanliness: The only minor drawback was a palm-sized stain on the room's table that hadn't been cleaned off.

Location was great, right beside the mall and the train station. Convenient shuttle bus access to Disneyland and Disneysea free of charge! Cross a road and walk less than 5min opposite to get on the airport transfer to Narita/haneda airport! Tbh, one of the better stay in Japan due to its cleanliness and size of the room.
I highly recommend this hotel, particularly for families. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is ideal, with multiple kids friendly shopping malls and supermarkets nearby and the JR station just a one-minute walk away. The staff’s professional and attentive service was truly impressive.
We stayed here for the last two nights of our trip and the location turned out to be perfect.
The shuttle bus service from the airport – Narita JR Station – Aeon Mall was super convenient and reliable.
The hotel is away from the busy city crowd, but still easy to explore Narita JR Station area, where you can walk along a traditional old street and even try the famous century-old unagi restaurant. At first we thought Aeon Mall was just for dinner, but it ended up being a great place to shop – lots of tax-free shops, restaurants, Uniqlo, GU, etc.
Rooms are larger than average in Japan, and the lobby area is comfortable and welcoming.
Cons:
The room felt quite stuffy. It uses central air conditioning, but even set to the lowest temperature, it was still warm. After feedback, the hotel kindly provided a fan, but it didn’t help much in late summer. Eventually we had to leave the door slightly open for better air circulation. Interestingly, the corridors and lobby didn’t feel hot at all.
Overall, great location and shuttle service, but the room ventilation could definitely be improved.
I'll choose this hotel as my last stop again on my next trip
It was good, though a little small. However, the free shuttle bus makes it very convenient to get to Narita City. I highly recommend visiting Shinshoji Temple; it's an ancient temple that's always bustling with worshippers. It's definitely a worthwhile place to visit.
I booked this hotel specifically for a concert, and its proximity to Makuhari Messe made it incredibly convenient – just a 10-minute walk! You can take an express airport bus directly here from Narita Airport. There's an outlet mall right across the street, and a large shopping center is just a 10-minute drive away, making it excellent for shopping. Although it's in the suburbs, there are plenty of convenience stores nearby, so finding food and drinks isn't an issue. The JR station is only a 3-4 minute walk, and you can take the Chiba Line directly to Disneyland and the city center without any transfers. I was extremely satisfied with the transportation options!
The hotel room was on the smaller side, especially the bathroom. In a double room, the bathroom was barely big enough for one person, and the low ceiling might be inconvenient for taller guests. However, the hotel itself was very clean, and housekeeping tidied the rooms daily.
The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Although they didn't speak Chinese, English communication was perfectly fine. They assisted with booking taxis and storing luggage without any problems.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. I was very satisfied with the value for money at this price point. It's definitely a great choice for anyone attending concerts!

JJaswinder.SinghIt's a big property having tall buildings and lots of area having different facilities like Swimming pool, Hot Springs, Restaurant and 7 Eleven inside. They have bus service from Narita Airport to hotel, it takes almost 20-30 minutes to reach to the property. When we reached this hotel's bus station outside Airport Terminal 2, we were disappointed as the frequency of the buses were low as compared to other hotels which are close to the Airport. So we had to wait for 2 hours for our bus to come, also at checkout they have either 6 AM bus or 8:30 AM bus which didn't match with our flight departure so we had to wake up very early to catch 6 AM bus and spend lots of extra time to board the flight around 9:30 AM. If your purpose is to stay for the night and catch early flight, then go for other properties nearby Airport which operates in every half an hour frequency.
They gave us complimentary passes for the hot springs, which were only for 2 adults, and we had to pay extra 300 YEN for our 10 years kid. It was very confusing inside the hot springs, no clear instructions, and due to language barrier, we kept on roaming inside the hot springs facility without finding the real way inside it. Please research before going inside how hot spring works, as they have different place for males and females, free lockers are available, and once your partner is inside the hot spring you don't have any options to call her, as no mobile or other stuff is allowed inside other than a towel (Full Monty) so you can only wait for your partner outside.
Pros: Big property, big rooms, although we still found queen bed small for sleeping. Property has many facilities you can enjoy full day, so better spend 1-2 days inside hotel if you have time. Friendly staff, proper cleanliness.
Cons: Less no. of bus frequency from hotel to airport and back to hotel, only reception area staff understands English, you might find difficult in other areas if you are confused about something. At airport after waiting for 2 hours for their bus, when it finally came, they didn't let us go inside their hotel bus as it was for some special hotel group guest, although other bus was there in 5 minutes, but we felt like strangers there without any proper communication which could be handled in a better way.
GGuest UserThe hotel shows many signs of aging - like peeled paint on furniture, outdated A/C controller.
The breakfast, priced at 2200, is not good - it is difficulty to find protein sources - it does not have decent offering of poultry, red meat or fishes at all.
GGuest UserSmall bed, fairly small room.
Has a small bath.
About 20 minute walk to the metro station.
The free shuttle bus to Disney doesn't leave until 9am, but there is a public bus close by

VVON ANGELICAGreat location since it has a free bus service from airport to hotel (vice versa). I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with their garden view room. The view from my room, the amenities such as outdoor hot spring with variety of tubs and the service is superb. The hot spring payment is for the entire day. So, you can try hot springs and steam bath for women in the evening and the hot springs and sauna of men in the morning ( it exchange in the morning). When you want peaceful and nature vibe this is a great place to stay and I definitely comeback here. I love the ambiance. The room I stayed was not as great as outside. Its big for a solo traveler since there are 3-bed and the interior design predict its time but the cleanliness bothered me since under the bed there's a used slippers. That mean, it wasn't clean thoroughly (not vacuumed) to see that thing under and cut carpets hidden under the bed. Overall, I still love the place.
GGuest UserHotel is not too bad but we booked for 3 and the room was standards double bed with sofa added which reduced incredibly the space with tables and chair , no storage for luggage , we have to move them from ground to bed everyday and when we arrived no blanket or pillow for third bed ( sofa). Location is perfect for Disney but too far for the center activities and no direct line with transport. Really clean and people at lobby are professional which bring the note at average because the room can be better for 3 guest.
