While the train station proximity solves most travel needs, guests should be aware that they might need to travel a short distance to find a wide selection of restaurants. This hotel is an excellent option for travelers with early departures, as there is a direct shuttle bus from the hotel to Narita Airport, making the transfer very convenient and stress-free. 🚌 Shuttle bus information: For shuttle buses from Narita Airport to the hotel, you can check the timetable in advance or ask at the airport information counter upon arrival. They will guide you to the correct bus stop. At the bus stop, there is also a stand with a QR code to check the latest timetable. For the return trip from the hotel to Narita Airport, the hotel provides a shuttle bus timetable, which you can request directly from the front desk. The staff are happy to assist and explain the options clearly. ♨️The hotel features an outdoor onsen, with last entry at 10:30pm, which I really enjoyed. One special highlight is being able to watch planes flying across the sky while soaking — a very unique experience. I believe the daytime view would be even better, but the atmosphere at night is still relaxing. 💆🏻 There is also a massage facility on site. I booked a 30-minute foot massage, which was very comfortable and well done by a professional Japanese therapist. A great option to unwind after a long day. 👨🏼🍳The hotel has two restaurants. One is a buffet-style restaurant — the food was average, acceptable but not particularly memorable. The other is a Japanese–Chinese fusion restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience there was less pleasant. I attempted to walk in for dinner but was told it was reservation-only, despite many empty seats at the time. The interaction felt unwelcoming, which was disappointing. 🏨That said, the overall hotel staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful, especially at the front desk. Although this is a well-established, older hotel, it is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. With its onsen, relaxing environment, and attentive hotel staff, it remains a solid choice for travelers looking for a calm stay in Tokyo.

This hotel is great, really close to Narita Airport. They offer a shuttle service for early morning flights, which is super convenient. The driver was very friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage and giving directions. There were a lot of guests from various countries staying there. Plus, there's a 24-hour Lawson convenience store on the ground floor, which is a huge plus.

This is not the first time I am staying at this hotel. Very near to the train station. Lots of shopping area around. Front receptionist can speak and communicate English. Room is spacious enough for 1 pax. If you do not want to be at the downtown Tokyo, this is a good option. Keisei train can go directly to Narita though it is not a direct and fast train. Breakfast served at a small restaurant at level 2 next to Starbucks. Set meal (4 varieties to be chosen from) and some other food at the table can be taken too.

Hotel are nearby in the airport and the cabins are clean but during check in the hotel staff are not given proper instructions which is we having hard time, I'll also highlight in my trip that I have kids in my book but they give me a upper rooms and they kept knocking on my door that our rooms are noisy and they have a lot of complaints after 3 times knocking on my door and I'll already inform the staff that I have a kids and I'll also pay for my two rooms,that's the time they ask mo if we can transfer room so they don't have any calls or complaints with the other guest Room assistants are not offered which makes me upset 😭 But overall I will recommend this hotel for those traveler and tourist. I hope the management will recommend rooms for families with soundproof or lower decks automatic upon check in to avoid this kind of incident in near future

This hotel is perfect for a layover. The shuttle schedule is very clear, and the pick-up/drop-off point is consistently the same, which is super convenient. The driver holds a sign at the airport and Narita Station for pickups and leaves right on time. The shuttles to the airport and to Narita AEON Mall are different colors, making them easy to distinguish. The hotel's waiting room has Wi-Fi and fewer people, making it more comfortable than waiting in the main lobby. The hotel exterior looks new, and the lobby is spacious – seriously, it doesn't look like a lobby for this price, haha. The restaurant on the first floor is quite lively; lunch and dinner seem to be buffet style, costing around 200+ RMB per person. For luggage storage, you scan a QR code, which eliminates the risk of losing a tag. There's a FamilyMart convenience store on the first floor that's open 24 hours, though tax-free service only starts at 1 PM and also ends quite early. Check-in for rooms is available from 3 PM. Narita Omotesando is really bustling, with ice cream and grilled eel shops everywhere. It's a nice place to wander around for a couple of hours if you have nothing else planned. However, the room's cleanliness was a bit haphazard. I found a blonde hair, a black hair, and a yellow hair on the pillowcase. Since I was only staying one night, I let it slide. The duvet had a sheet placed underneath it instead of a proper duvet cover. A corner of the tissue box in the room was peeling up, and the furniture showed some wear and tear. It felt like the interior furnishings were a bit old. Overall, this hotel is ideal for early morning or late-night flights and offers great value for money.

I booked a non-smoking single room on Trip.com and it was confirmed without issues. There are English-speaking staff at this hotel. They were helpful and allowed me and my friends to keep our luggage in their back room when we arrived too early for check-in. Although we came back late, check-in was seamless and we received our room key cards quickly. There is a 9000 Yen fine for losing a room key card. For a single room, the toilet with bathroom and shower would be a bit small if a guest is tall or heavily built. I'm petite, so I had no problems with the toilet. Bed looks like a super single and is quite comfortable with 2 mid-size pillows and a small cushion. The cafe at the hotel was closed throughout my stay, but the hotel is a short walk from Chibaminato train station and there is a supermarket, bakery and soba place there, so it is very convenient to find food quickly.

This hotel near Narita Airport is fantastic! The free shuttle to and from the airport made everything so convenient and stress-free. The room was more spacious than typical Japanese hotels, and it was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. The water temperature and pressure in the shower were excellent, and the toiletries had a lovely scent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, perfectly suited for an early flight. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very close to Keisei Narita Station. If you're coming from JR Narita Station, it's best to cut through the Keisei station, otherwise you'll have to take a longer, inconvenient downhill route. There's a shuttle bus to the airport, but you need to book it in advance. Convenience stores, ramen shops, and McDonald's are all nearby, which is super convenient. The room was small but generally clean and tidy, and surprisingly, you could cast Bilibili to the TV! Laundry was also quite affordable. It's perfect for catching an early flight.

Didn't enjoy my stay here due to the poor sound proofing. I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night for both nights I was there (up to 1am and 3am respectively). Had to call the front desk to stop but it didn't help. People were laughing loudly and talking loudly in Japanese. Seems like they gathering there for some party. Breakfast was really bad too. This is the worst hotel breakfast I ever had. Only the view (21F sky lounge venue) was nice. Don't pay extra for this. Room is quite run down and the toilet bathroom as well. Didn't use it but go to the onsen instead. Parking is 1000yen per night and you are allowed to enter and exit many times. Pros: Next building there's a Donki and lawson Opp is a 7-11 Onsen is nice
