A spacious and clean hotel with amazing sea view of Otres Beach! I like how big the room is but it seems a bit empty with no chairs/sofa to sit on. Also I didn’t get a room with bathtub like it showed in the booking pictures.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I always love coming back for the amazing view of the swimming pool and the beach, it’s definitely my favorite spot in Sihanoukville for that! I stayed in the Pod Village rooms this time. They felt a bit small, but overall they were fine. I really appreciated the natural surroundings and the peaceful vibe. The breakfast was good, and overall I truly enjoyed my stay.

Top class hotel for reasonable price . Our room was clean, everything brand new . Distance to the see quite far if you choose to walk , but on Tuk Tuk is nothing . There was really nice swimming pool at the hotel with the bar . The staff is super helpful and polite . I recommend this hotel if you come to Sihanoukville.

Parking quite difficult due too many customers and the staffs not friendly at all. Bellboy come to pick my luggages from my car and then he drop off my luggages next to the walk way without tell me and i was looking my luggages. After checked in, they gave me the key card and not even tell me where the elevator is. This is my first time i go there, i can say that i need to find the elevator to access my room. When i comeback arrived in front hotel looking for parking, security keep standing and talk even see my car already stop in front of the hotel and they don’t tell us have space for park or not until i go asking him, do you have parking space.

The rooms and big and pretty clean. The hotel feels luxurious. The pool is big and the view is nice, you also have a steam room (for women) and sauna (for men). You got towels at the pool. However I did not like the surroundings. There is a 7/11 tho. The breakfast is good, with western and eastern options.

Was a great experience from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and welcoming during my stay. The view of bay from the room was amazing. The swimming pool, etc. were well prepared. Air staff were polite and friendly. I was very satisfied with everything, including the location, the view, and furniture in rooms. Staying in your hotel was so inspiring, it was very pleasured, very well presented, with amazing pool. I have experienced so much from the hospitality provided by your staffs that assisted me during my stay. I have already recommend my friends or my relatives to chose your service in their future visit in Sihanoukville and I myself do hope to chose you again in the nearly future, warmly regards.

GGuest UserThe environment is great. It is right by the sea. The house faces the sea and is surrounded by various flowers and trees. The room we stayed in just had a view of Prince Island. The sunset in the evening was so beautiful that I just admired it and forgot to take pictures. You have to see it with your own eyes to experience it. I also went to see fireflies at night. I was lucky enough to see a lot of them. The scenic area is very large. I will stay a few more days next time. I heard that the scenery at Linga Peak is more beautiful. I will go and see it next time.

VViktoriiaweiki absolutely love this place. Food, beach, sea, pool everything was gorgeous. Any dish and drinks from menu was so much delicious. Staff was so friendly and helpful. It was really the best choice for such price. Also I liked so much that can take for free some boats and kayaks from the hotel. We really had more fun there. Also want to mention some minuses which maybe not totally connected with the hotel but would like somebody tell me in advance about it: 1) hotel doesn’t accept all cash. At our last day we need to get some changes and hotel didn’t accept my hundred dollar because there was some red stamp on it. As for me it’s so strange but I heard it could happen in Cambodia. But next day when we moved to the Sihanouk they accept this hundred dollar easily , so I don’t understand this logic too much. But even the hotel didn’t accept that hundred they still help us with some cash as for us it was urgent to buy tickets for early morning ferry. 2) and the biggest minus it was trip which we bought from the hotel: fishing +snorkeling +sunset+plankton Never ever buy it! Safe 20$ for anything else. The most useless half of day of my trip was there. And what make me sad it was last day in the Koh Rong. Was upset that spent last evening at this stupid way. The tour is organized by tourist group “three brothers “ and the hotel sell it. Could be nice if they tell from beginning that this trip is a total 💩and don’t allow spoil vocation of there customers. But anyway nobody force us to buy it so can’t totally blame hotel, but…😢 So will explain why I such upset about the trip. We came to the ferry and boat brought us to another place where stay 3 boats . Than we change boat and a guy just give us that special mask for snorkeling and tell: ok go… but our boat was staying between 2 other boats so how I should go I didn’t understand. After we sitting and don’t understand anything for 10-15 min other boats left than we decided to go inside water. There was no fish !!!!!!!!! Maybe maximum 5 fishes!!!!!! We saw more in the hotel.than fishing: they didn’t teach us anything didn’t explain anything we just stop they gave us something as thing for fishing and just went to sleep. Than after one hour when one chinese girl almost start to vomiting we went to dirty dirty and over dirty long set beach for sunset. And we arrived there around 3:30-4! So should wait for sunset 2 hours!!!!! When we ask to put at least music they said: captain want to sleep… And beach was over dirty!!!! Than they start to cook some food gave some drinks, we watch sunset was beautiful ( because thanks God they can’t spoil sunset) and then we went to watch plankton. I was so exited about that and than they stop us on the middle of the nowhere and don’t tell anything. Where is plankton? Full moon no have plankton… how we know it? Why we still stay in that place 30 mint. I would like to know answers for all this questions but nobody gave me it… so was the worst time from 1:30pm to 7:30pm. If don’t Wang to spoil u day never go there!!!!

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldWe were unfortunate to travel during low season, which in Koh Rong means 99% rain everyday, by conversations with locals they are fully aware of this yet all bookings and activities are business as usual but cannot be enjoyed, such as snorkling, BBQ boat etc. because of the weather we were stuck in the hotel 90% of the time, there is NO TV (it does say in room amenities, I read too late) so just be aware, specially if travelling with little ones. The pool is not an option because of thunder and lighting. It costs 15USD to get to the hotel from the pier. There is no ATM on the island only one stall that lets you use your card to pay the local then they give you the money, this is charged at 8% 😡 This is important because for lack of internet connection you cant always use card to pay at restaurant for your lunches and dinner, also when you can, there is a 3% fee to do so. All activities must also be paid in USD but old rugged bills are not accepted even if they have been given to you by other traders ib the island or if the bills got a bit wet in the rain, which was a frequent problem. So come with plenty of new dollars or you'll find yourself stuck with little options. the night before check out, we asked the staff to please let the ferry company know we would be taking the 9:30am ferry to Sihakouville (as instructed by the ferry company). We booked a 9:00am return trip to the pier as recommended. However as we arrived the ferry was leaving, at 9:15. We were not the only ones left behind. Some people had a flight to catch later that day and were made to pay another 17USD per person as according to them it was ”impossible” to fit them into one of the almost-empty-boats of one of the other many ferry companies, because they dont work together, some families payed up to 70USD to not miss their flight despite it not being their fault. The hotel was standard, for a beach hotel, nice huts, the beds were clean and comfortable and the highlight was definitely the food at the restaurant, over the 4 days, we tried many dishes all of them delicious. I can imagine during sunny season it must be a beautiful location and a beautiful hotel. saying this, I already thought it was overpriced for low season compared to similar hotels in Thailand and Bali, so for me the price you would pay in high season I would not consider it, specially given the whole experience with the ferry and USDs. ☹️

WWinston1979Received a very warm welcome! Helpful Staff! Helped me book my scuba diving and my ferry ticket. The room was good and cooled! I only miss a phone and because I was sick I had to go to the restaurant myself to order my food (no room service). Menu card was not set up for vegans. Also the breakfast not. I could literally only eat fruit and potatoes for breakfast. In the end I had a nice meal after negotiating with the Staff! I would have liked the room with sea view, which had two glass walls. Furthermore, wonderful stay on the beach! As a solo traveler who was really there for my peace, this was a great location on Koh Rong!

AAtiiiThe resort is charming and down-to-earth, offering a relaxed and welcoming vibe that makes you feel at home. Their menu is a favorite among tourists, featuring delicious Eastern and Western dishes, plus refreshing cold drinks, smoothies, and shakes that you can enjoy by the beach or the pool. One of the highlights is their adorable dog, Jenny, who loves to guide guests on a 15-minute jungle walk to Lazy Beach—a beautiful serene spot just a short stroll from the resort. Getting there is super easy, too! They offer pick-up and drop-off services from the ferry. We took a GCTV high-speed ferry and disembarked at the second pier (Saracen bay) where the resort staff whisked us away in a small vehicle or even a tractor—such a fun experience! If you’re up for a little adventure, Sunset Beach is about a 30-minute walk from the resort. The trail is rocky and steep in some parts, so plan accordingly. And unless you’re okay with paying $50 for a boat ride back, it’s best to head back before dark. The rooms are a bit gloomy and small, and the shower isn’t the best, with just average cleaning materials provided. However, the overall charm of the resort, its atmosphere, and the amazing surroundings make it a great place to stay!

GGuest UserMy son and I spent 4 wonderful relaxing days at Long Set. The customer service at Long Set Resort was amazing. Once you get off the ferry someone is waiting to escort you to the resort which is a short walk on the board walk to the resort. From the moment we arrived until our departure staff members catered to our wants and needs. Through out our stay they checked in to make sure everything was going well. My son enjoyed his stay at Long Set, playing in the pool and on the beach. Twice a week there is  bbq on the beach at night where staff decorate the beach nicely with lights and tables. Couples can reserve a private area to dine and they receive special services. The only cons were my room didn’t have a television and my son would have liked water slides at the pool. WiFi was steady throughout the whole resort, the food was good, and the facility was clean. I definitely would stay at Long Set Resort again.

GGuest UserI can't say the location is good, but the beach, sand, and accommodation are satisfactory. If you want to get off at the pier and take a tuk-tuk, you have to pay $5 per person, $10 round trip. The free canoe and paddle boat were fun, but they are very old and need to be replaced and repaired. The air conditioner was cool, but noisy. The food was generally delicious and came out quickly. The noise from the next room wasn't loud. I didn't use the pool because I liked the ocean, and the pool wasn't very deep, so it wasn't fun. It smells a little like disinfectant. The breakfast was delicious, but the menu wasn't very diverse. The Wi-Fi was too slow or didn't work well, so I used up my data. I sent an email about pickup, but I didn't get a reply, so I don't know if they read it or not. The staff's kindness and service were average. At lunch, I sat in the restaurant, made eye contact, and raised my hand, but they didn't give me the menu, so I had to get it myself. In the evening, I was a little annoyed that they gave the menu to the team that arrived later than me first. The beach is beautiful, but I saw too many tourists and staff smoking and throwing cigarette butts in the ocean and sand. Pagoda Beach is prettier than other beaches on Koh Rong Island, so many travelers from other accommodations also visit there.

AAnonymous UserLocation: Perfect and peaceful island setting in Cambodia. Service: Needs more attention from top management. Due to staff shortages during peak holiday season, service was inconsistent, affecting the overall guest experience. Boat Schedule Issue: There was a mismatch in boat schedule information between the reservations team and the front desk. This created difficulties for guests without private transportation, especially since the island is remote and ride-hailing apps (Grab/PassApp) are not readily available. The hotel’s private taxi service charges **$50 one-way**, which feels excessive—management should reconsider pricing. Food Options: Limited menu choices in the restaurant, and the menu was only in English with no pictures. As a local Cambodian, I sometimes struggled to identify dishes. Room & Amenities: Fantastic—clean, comfortable, and hygienic. Breakfast: Absolutely delicious! SPA: Highly recommended! Relaxing and affordable, especially with the hotel’s 30% exclusive discount. One of the best parts of my stay. Buggy Service: A major letdown. Upon checkout, the front desk failed to inform us that no buggy was available. We waited **almost an hour** with no updates, even after calling twice. Eventually, we had to walk to reception. Overall: This hotel has great potential but needs better communication, staffing adjustments, and improved guest convenience (transportation, food options, and service reliability).

MMartusiaWe had an amazing experience at this hotel and enjoyed every moment of our stay. From the very beginning, we were greeted with exceptionally warm and attentive service, which made us feel truly welcome. The entire property is beautifully designed and well-maintained, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a perfect stay. The beach was absolutely stunning, with soft sand and crystal-clear water—ideal for relaxation. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. Overall, we felt completely at ease and appreciated the hotel’s outstanding hospitality.

WWojciech KopećHotel located in a great place right on the beach, the downside is the old houses and old rooms. The tiles in the room are falling off, additionally rusty Containers for body wash and washing liquid, air conditioning works as it pleases, the room is also smaller than in the description, located away from the beach in a wooden building. Breakfast is very poor, generally there is nothing to eat, juice from a carton, coffee from Nalewajka, poor food and if you go for breakfast later there is nothing to eat, they add fruit by the piece, add juice by the piece just to have something. The sunbeds are of course occupied by the Januszs from early morning where towels lie and no one uses them, a massacre. Generally, if they took care of the hotel, in my opinion it has the best location on the entire island. Additionally, a nice village.
