The hotel facilities were just OK, but all the staff made me uncomfortable. They were not very rude, but they seemed not interested in their jobs. Of course there was no smile at all. There was no hospitality. Looks like it changes its name and it will be a better hotel. Although you change your name and signage, you can't go anywhere with these staff.
Great accommodation. Although if you're looking to explore Seoul city, it is not the best location to stay in. If there's a flight from Gimpo in early morning, I would recommend to say here, very close to the airport.
Deluxe twin room interior still new, shower only, no bathtub. It is spacious enough to open 28 inch luggage fully and still have space to move around. Our room has a coffee table with a cushion chair too. Breakfast at ””Garden 171”” is delicious, dining area decorated with many green plants. This building has about 11 levels used by the hotel, while 7 levels used by residents. There are 40 hotel rooms per level but there are only limited car park lots from B2 to B5. This carpark is too little to cater for all. Even if you find a tiny car lot to squeeze in, if there are illegal parking later on, its very hard to drive out from your car lot too. Best is not to drive here. A short walk will reach Times Terrace mall, alot of restaurants, clothing, cafe, sport gear, gaming arcade etc. Very convenient to spend a day in shelter. Walk further, there are streets full of karaoke, BBQ, live seafood restaurants etc. Its still a good hotel to stay, but next time i will take a bus to this city.
I really like the facts that breakfast was a all you can eat and the employees were helpful and nice.
We liked that the family floor was in the same floor has the family pool, gym and laundry room.
Location is about okay. 30 minutes away from the coex mall and 30 minutes away from the zoo so not too great but Awosome place to stay at above a small mall.
Our stay was perfect. Our room was clean , the buffet was delicious and so many options to choose from. We chose this location as it was very close to a shuttle for Caribbean Bay and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. My son loved the kids playroom and the bunk bed in our room. We will definitely be coming back in the fall.
This is a brand new hotel with loft-style apartment units. It comes with a fridge, washing machine, induction cooker, and microwave, making it a great choice.
It was my second visit here.
The first one was around this time last year, and the camping site is right next to it.
I liked the view of the Namhan River so much that I came again.
I really, really like the accommodation.
Plus, it's friendly and it's nice to have a sauna and water park.
However, I think it would be much cooler if there was a game room or PlayStation where older children could play.^^
Anyway, I highly recommend it!!
Honestly, I really love staying at this hotel, and I try to book it every time I visit Korea.
People have heard enough about the pros, so this time I'll just focus on the cons:
1. The room only provides two bottles of water, and there's no public water dispenser. If you're comfortable with the language, you can call the front desk for free refills. However, if there's a language barrier, your only option is to fill and boil water from the bathroom tap.
2. There's a shuttle bus advertisement (provided by the district office) posted on the ground floor, but the front desk doesn't proactively promote it. Remember to take a good look and snap a photo for your reference.
3. I'll write about the next point in my following review.

SSeddy_xoxoAs it was my first trip to Korea, I was trying to work with the cost of a solo traveller so I booked in Suwon even though it was because I was the cheapest hotel. I can find that still caters to my needs. I will say that it was a way better experience than I anticipated. It was a quite a travel away from the actual major attractions in Korea, but Swan itself has such a beautiful atmosphere around the hotel I was able to maintain working out as they have a gym inside, which is so cute the laundry room, even the lounge in which word there was a kitchen microwave toaster oven. It was very accommodating, and even when I run into some issues with my door, and I was immediately moved to a different room which made me feel appreciated. Also great nightlife around the area.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good. The room is spacious, good view from the window. We rented a room for two, but breakfast is offered only for one. Breakfast is good.
GGuest UserThe quality of the hostel is more than a motel.
Clean and comfortable.
The front door and the visit are separate, so I can't hear the corridor.
Good value for money.
Except for the subway and the distance.
I'm satisfied
GGuest UserIt was clean, spacious, and we were able to open all four suitcases, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
One thing that bothered me was that there was no light above the sink, which was a bit inconvenient as I couldn't see in the mirror when I wanted to do things.
GGuest UserSince it was a winter trip, I requested heating in advance, but it wasn't heated in advance, so it was a bit cold.
And since there's no floor heating, it doesn't seem like a good idea to use it in the winter.
Other than that, the facilities were clean and the view was good, so it would have been better if I went in the summer.
GGuest UserIt was nice to have a big TV that became neat and Netflix and Disney Plus. It was nice to have towels and amenities without shortage. The biggest drawback is that you have to take the elevator for parking. It was so scary ...^^ And it was a room at the entrance of the corridor, but it was noisy. The bedding was comfortable and nice.
MMichellewhilst the location is fabulous, the check in experience leaves very little to be desired for. upon arriving (after a long drive from Gyeongju), we could not find anyone at the property. We didnt know that the neighbours there were not part of the property so when we knocked on their door, they got a little annoyed at us, and that we were bothering them.
We ended up having to call the numnber listed on the booking site, but the problem was that the person who picked up the phone couldnt speak any english - and i kept saying check in, and he kept saying 4pm. All i wanted for him to do was to show up in person to check us in, not tell me that check in time is 4pm, which I already know! he then hung up after trying to communicate with us.
so we waited and waited and called and called and called, and then, when we were just to give up to find another place to stay, a lady turned up and asked my name. We then got checked in. the room was beautiful - it was a lot bigger than what we needed. there were no chairs in the room so my poor partners' back was in pain because he couldnt really sit on the floor. the floor was also very hot through the night so we couldnt really sleep as the heat came through the floor mattress.
