I really enjoyed my stay here as it was really clean and housekeeping was great. good location as there are laundry rooms 24hrs nearby and a nice mall right beside it, bus station is js a 5minute walk away and overall had a great experience. Would come here again in the future if had the chance
The hotel is small but impeccably clean. It's ideally located near the commercial district, providing convenient access to transport, great food, and excellent shopping. What really stood out was the service; a friendly gentleman at the front desk even helped us arrange a taxi! Overall, the service was fantastic. I'll definitely be returning!
I really like the facts that breakfast was a all you can eat and the employees were helpful and nice.
We liked that the family floor was in the same floor has the family pool, gym and laundry room.
Location is about okay. 30 minutes away from the coex mall and 30 minutes away from the zoo so not too great but Awosome place to stay at above a small mall.
Our stay was perfect. Our room was clean , the buffet was delicious and so many options to choose from. We chose this location as it was very close to a shuttle for Caribbean Bay and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. My son loved the kids playroom and the bunk bed in our room. We will definitely be coming back in the fall.
Stayed in delux room for 5 nights, it’s good and clean, great location for me, for others, depends on where they need to be, but a station to go to Seoul is a few minutes away, 2 big shopping malls and good restaurants around is a big bonus.
But! I’d be really grateful if stuff let me know that I can have kitchenware for extra few dollars a day (10,000 won), found out on my last night because I did not even have a spoon in the room to eat an yoghurt, while having stolve, washing machine etc, and I was told it’s too late, tomorrow I can get what I need. While my check out was the morning after.

The location is perfect. It is close to the train station (walking distance) and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops. I enjoyed my stay and i get to go walk around and enjoy the the friendly atmosphere 🤝😊
Facilities: Very good! Perfect! Just bring some washing powder if you want to use the washing machine, and get two clothes drying racks. Everything else is perfect!
Hygiene: Very good, very clean! Beat Seoul!
Environment: Very quiet, right by the sea, you can see the sea.
Service: Almost no one cares about you, but it is especially suitable for I personality. Don't delay even a minute after checking out at 11 o'clock, because there will be an aunt to urge you.
I like this hotel very much, it is not an exaggeration to describe it as brand new. I hope it will always be in such a treasure state, I love it so much. It is very close to the diving hall!
If I come to dive next time, I will definitely stay here!
We went to Jisan Ski resort and heard Jisan Resort is out dated. Since we rented a car we decided to try Eden paradise hotel which was less than 20mins away from the ski resort. Overall it was comfortable stay. Bed was slightly firm for us but I assume it is good firmness for Koreans. The city centre is little far but it was all good with car. If you don't rent a car, it will be a challenge to get there
It was my second visit here.
The first one was around this time last year, and the camping site is right next to it.
I liked the view of the Namhan River so much that I came again.
I really, really like the accommodation.
Plus, it's friendly and it's nice to have a sauna and water park.
However, I think it would be much cooler if there was a game room or PlayStation where older children could play.^^
Anyway, I highly recommend it!!

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and it was super convenient to get to the outlet mall across the street. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Gimpo Airport, but the bus to Incheon Airport leaves a bit late. The environment is pretty good too!
SSeddy_xoxoAs it was my first trip to Korea, I was trying to work with the cost of a solo traveller so I booked in Suwon even though it was because I was the cheapest hotel. I can find that still caters to my needs. I will say that it was a way better experience than I anticipated. It was a quite a travel away from the actual major attractions in Korea, but Swan itself has such a beautiful atmosphere around the hotel I was able to maintain working out as they have a gym inside, which is so cute the laundry room, even the lounge in which word there was a kitchen microwave toaster oven. It was very accommodating, and even when I run into some issues with my door, and I was immediately moved to a different room which made me feel appreciated. Also great nightlife around the area.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good. The room is spacious, good view from the window. We rented a room for two, but breakfast is offered only for one. Breakfast is good.
GGuest UserThe quality of the hostel is more than a motel.
Clean and comfortable.
The front door and the visit are separate, so I can't hear the corridor.
Good value for money.
Except for the subway and the distance.
I'm satisfied
GGuest UserIt was clean, spacious, and we were able to open all four suitcases, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
One thing that bothered me was that there was no light above the sink, which was a bit inconvenient as I couldn't see in the mirror when I wanted to do things.
GGuest UserSince it was a winter trip, I requested heating in advance, but it wasn't heated in advance, so it was a bit cold.
And since there's no floor heating, it doesn't seem like a good idea to use it in the winter.
Other than that, the facilities were clean and the view was good, so it would have been better if I went in the summer.
GGuest UserIt was nice to have a big TV that became neat and Netflix and Disney Plus. It was nice to have towels and amenities without shortage. The biggest drawback is that you have to take the elevator for parking. It was so scary ...^^ And it was a room at the entrance of the corridor, but it was noisy. The bedding was comfortable and nice.
MMichellewhilst the location is fabulous, the check in experience leaves very little to be desired for. upon arriving (after a long drive from Gyeongju), we could not find anyone at the property. We didnt know that the neighbours there were not part of the property so when we knocked on their door, they got a little annoyed at us, and that we were bothering them.
We ended up having to call the numnber listed on the booking site, but the problem was that the person who picked up the phone couldnt speak any english - and i kept saying check in, and he kept saying 4pm. All i wanted for him to do was to show up in person to check us in, not tell me that check in time is 4pm, which I already know! he then hung up after trying to communicate with us.
so we waited and waited and called and called and called, and then, when we were just to give up to find another place to stay, a lady turned up and asked my name. We then got checked in. the room was beautiful - it was a lot bigger than what we needed. there were no chairs in the room so my poor partners' back was in pain because he couldnt really sit on the floor. the floor was also very hot through the night so we couldnt really sleep as the heat came through the floor mattress.
