The location was good before visiting Everland, and it was a comfortable space with a comfortable atmosphere. The bedding was satisfactory and the cleanliness was satisfactory. The rooftop space was also very good. There were many places to eat and snack around, and it was nice that there was a walking space. Since it is near Everland, there is a kids' play zone on the 2nd floor, so it would be great to come with children and family.
From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel valued as a guest. The check-in process was seamless, and I appreciated the personalized touches throughout my stay.
The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had restful nights, and the amenities provided exceeded my expectations. I particularly loved the luxurious bathroom, the stunning city views.
We had a perfect night at this hotel. The room was very clean and confortable, the staff friendly. The location is next to the station, there are shops and restaurants around. The room is also soundproof. We really recommend this hotel!
Due to a change of circumstances, I stayed 2 nights despite I booked 4 nights. I tried to send them an email on 12 February's evening to cancel my stay on 16 February, but they replied to me on 13 February that I could only cancel 3 days in advance. I understood that I sent them late on 12 February, but I didn't know the cut-off time and I had an emergency to shorten my trip.
It was my second time staying here. I am not sure if the settings were different since I was assigned a different room. This time, they provided disposable slippers (which was good for hygiene's reason) and there was a smart toilet seat (also good for me!). I had a problem turning off the 2 nights beside my bed and when I tried to ask the front desk, there was no one available (looks like they don't have any staff on duty after 23:00). The problem was resolved by unplugging the key card that I was asked to insert to turn on the power of the room (not sure if this is the right way to do that though).
Another issue was that I was waken up by music before 8am on the next day (I had an early flight the day before and I really needed the sleep). I found the source - It came from the loud speakers of a car which stopped in front of the construction site next to the hotel. There were 2 men with banners and they seemed to be protesting about something? The music was so loud that I could hear very clearly on the 6th Floor.
There were stains on the carpet, but the cleanliness was okay overall. The parking spaces are too few and this is something the hotel needs to improve.
All in all, it was a good value for money. The location was good - there were lots of restaurants, convenience stores nearby and a huge supermarket in walking distance. If I go to Suwon again, I may choose this hotel again.
Deluxe twin room interior still new, shower only, no bathtub. It is spacious enough to open 28 inch luggage fully and still have space to move around. Our room has a coffee table with a cushion chair too. Breakfast at ””Garden 171”” is delicious, dining area decorated with many green plants. This building has about 11 levels used by the hotel, while 7 levels used by residents. There are 40 hotel rooms per level but there are only limited car park lots from B2 to B5. This carpark is too little to cater for all. Even if you find a tiny car lot to squeeze in, if there are illegal parking later on, its very hard to drive out from your car lot too. Best is not to drive here. A short walk will reach Times Terrace mall, alot of restaurants, clothing, cafe, sport gear, gaming arcade etc. Very convenient to spend a day in shelter. Walk further, there are streets full of karaoke, BBQ, live seafood restaurants etc. Its still a good hotel to stay, but next time i will take a bus to this city.
Nice hotel but not the best location. The breakfast isn’t available now. Bring a Korean box for your phone charger. Amenities are on the first floor next to the concierge. There is a 7-11 downstairs next door and a nice to cu down the street. The bed was really nice and big. The shower was nice and hot. The balcony was lackluster. The hotel wasn’t as close to the harbor as the pictures were showing. For traveling from Sinchang station by taxi it is 50,000won. There’s a bus stop on the street in front of the hotel street. It goes by the ansan bus terminal. I recommend using that instead of taxiing or traveling from sinchang station.
Overall, it was a clean, relatively new facility, so I enjoyed it without any inconvenience. There was absolutely no trace of previous guests, so it was almost a shame to lose the facility.
The room is big in Korea. The hygiene is also good. The key point is that the attitude of the front desk guy is really good. Although it is not a high-end hotel, the service attitude is definitely much better than that of many high-end hotels. Let's not talk about other hotels. Let's compare it with the Four Points Sheraton not far from this hotel. The service attitude of the front desk of this hotel is 10,000 times better than that of the Four Points Sheraton. If you are curious about why I say this, you can go and see my review of the Four Points Sheraton Shuiyuan Branch.
Front desk service are great! Very clean, I love central downtown Dongtan. Fun places to walking around and many places to eat @ have good time💖

ZZHUANGXINGThe hotel is OK, it is small, but the facilities are complete, there are a lot of food around, the hotel owner is very enthusiastic. No breakfast, the room is small, not suitable for an extra bed, the hotel location is OK, but the hotel logo is not clear.

Cchris666We stayed in this hotel during the cold play live. The price grow very high during the live. The location of the hotel is very good. Room is big enough for me. And it's clean. It even has a balcony. The room doesn't provide one-time tooth brush, you have to buy it. We met some problems while using the selling machine in the first floor. We paid but got nothing. Luckly we went for the front desk for help and the staff solved the problem. The staff spoke English well.
짱짱짱짱It is conveniently located right next to Cheolsan Station, and there are many restaurants nearby, so I use it often whenever I go on a business trip. The facilities are clean and the bedding is in good condition.
GGuest UserIt was nice to have a big TV that became neat and Netflix and Disney Plus. It was nice to have towels and amenities without shortage. The biggest drawback is that you have to take the elevator for parking. It was so scary ...^^ And it was a room at the entrance of the corridor, but it was noisy. The bedding was comfortable and nice.
MMichellewhilst the location is fabulous, the check in experience leaves very little to be desired for. upon arriving (after a long drive from Gyeongju), we could not find anyone at the property. We didnt know that the neighbours there were not part of the property so when we knocked on their door, they got a little annoyed at us, and that we were bothering them.
We ended up having to call the numnber listed on the booking site, but the problem was that the person who picked up the phone couldnt speak any english - and i kept saying check in, and he kept saying 4pm. All i wanted for him to do was to show up in person to check us in, not tell me that check in time is 4pm, which I already know! he then hung up after trying to communicate with us.
so we waited and waited and called and called and called, and then, when we were just to give up to find another place to stay, a lady turned up and asked my name. We then got checked in. the room was beautiful - it was a lot bigger than what we needed. there were no chairs in the room so my poor partners' back was in pain because he couldnt really sit on the floor. the floor was also very hot through the night so we couldnt really sleep as the heat came through the floor mattress.
AAnonymous UserWe would like to attend the exhibition at Kintex
1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only.
2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything.
3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room.
4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us.
5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant.
6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere.
7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe
The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.
SsarkarThe hotel is about 500 meters from the KINTEX Pavilion and walks for up to 10 minutes.
The front desk of the hotel is a family, young can speak English, and there are two lazy sheep at the front desk.
Downstairs is the Dahuadi Station of Metro Line 3, and it takes about 40 minutes to go to Seoul for shopping and subway change.
There are restaurants around the hotel, there are liveyong stores, there are seveneleven, fruit shops
10 minutes walk to Lotte Supermarket
GGuest UserFormer Australia soldiers of 3 RAR travelled to Kapyong, to commemorate the Battle of Kapyong 24 April 1951 (in 2025). This brilliant accommodation is located a 2 min stroll over the Gyeonggi-do river to the Australia & NZ memorial, where a friendly well equipped convenience store sits below it. The Host property was spotless, as picture online and well maintained. The owner aims to be non invasive (monitoring from Wi-Fi cameras on the outside of the property) and to protect it. He saw our struggles attempting to light fire on a cold night and quickly drove down to assist :). The lovely store holder closed up shop (when we tried to order food) to take us down to his local family restaurant (for authentic Korean food, which to tried to offer for free and we persistently and politely declined, fantastic local hospitality towards us and in general. The host then drove us back into the Gapeyoung Train station when we tried to order a Taxi. Fantastic experience and would stay here again and highly recommend it.
The lovely family run cafe in town: 886-5 Mokdong-ri, Buk-myeon, Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea
