We had a very comfortable stay — definitely great value for money. The room, bathroom, and even the lobby were all clean, with no unpleasant smells throughout the hotel. There’s also an lift, which made things easier. The air-cond worked well, the water pressure in the shower was strong and consistent. Perfect for a short stay or business trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a simple, clean, and affordable place to stay for a few nights.
The room didn't provide electric kettles but was facilitated with a hot water dispenser around the hallway to the room. The room was a bit small, but the arrangement was nice. The shower gel and shampoo were provided sufficiently.
Close to the big field, everything is ok, just want to enter the hotel area, it's dark, and the maps have lost data..so you have to be careful to see for yourself...but ok..
This time, I got a bigger room. Each room is different in size, depending on your luck. You can easily hear footsteps and those of neighbors because the floor is covered with something that can easily make the noise. In the early morning, around 6-8 AM, there were loud conversations and laughter. I'm not sure if it was the hotel staff, but I saw the room door open and they were cleaning. The hotel should warn and train their staff not to make loud noises. They should be considerate of their guests and customers. The hotel should also post signs prohibiting loud noises. If you stay during the holidays, you might be unlucky enough to encounter teenagers who like to ride loud motorcycles on the hotel road, and you'll hear them. And if you get a room on the second floor with rain, you can easily hear the rain all night long. In every room I've stayed in, the sink has never been cleaned. And in this room, the bidet hose is broken.
Check in was fast with no dep charged. Hotel parking is limited in front of the hotel, but I was told if you come back late at night, guest can park behind the hotel. For some of the room, guest have to access through the door next to the restaurant(door can only be accessed using the access card). Only stairs available. Hotel is located on a shoplot with restaurant in the same row. Do note that the restaurant only opens in the morning til lunch. For dinner guest have to drive out. Room was small and basic, TV cannot be used, no channel is available. Towel was clean but very dated and in need of changed with thread coming out at the other end. Same goes to pillow cases which turned yellowish. Toilet was OK with good water pressure. However cleanliness could be improved (there's cigarette leftover under the sink) location wise was great, right in front of the Jetty Kuala Perlis where people took ferry to langkawi. Good for 1 night night stay for guest going/coming back from langkawi. 20 mins drive to Kangar.

1. To supply 2 in 1 coffee sachet 2 packet instead if 1 only.
2. To provide coffee stirrer . Hot water we have to take from outside same floor via coway. How to stirrerthe coffee. We never any spoon. At least wooden stirrer.
I have repeated this place twice. Customer service is very polite. The price is reasonable for what we pay. Not far from Kuala Perlis jetty

SSara EusofGreat Stay for a 3-Star Hotel
It’s actially bad at all for a 3-star hotel! The location is super strategic, making it easy to get around.
I booked the deluxe room, and it was very spacious, which was perfect for a family of four. The cleanliness was and there’s also a smart TV too!
The hotel also provides useful utilities like an iron and a hairdryer, which was really convenient. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a budget-friendly stay. Would recommend!

PPhilip lshThe night shift front desk staff was rude during check-in. When I mentioned my booking through the Trip.com app, he denied it and insisted they only accept Agoda bookings. Despite my efforts to explain, he seemed displeased and unhelpful.
The hotel is well-located near eateries and amenities. While it’s old and the rooms are dark, the price is reasonable and cleanliness is satisfactory. WiFi is reliable and fast, traffic noise is noticeable. There are no toiletries provided—only two small cubes of Lux soap. Overall, conditions are acceptable for budget travelers, but don’t expect much.
