It is one of the oldest 5-star hotels in the center of old Lima city. Location it is the best choice, but the traffic and security near the hotel is not that good.

The perfect stay experience, no matter the location, facilities and meals are unparalleled. The service staff is sincere, kind and warm, and we are taken care of as if we are going home. The hotel's interior is decorated in classical and has a variety of modern art, which can be seen in extraordinary taste and pleasing to the eye.

All in all, a good experience, a good option for Lima. Very kind and helpful personnel and well located. Still, some improvements could be made, like changing the shower head (it runs in all directions, being old and calcareous), window curtains would need a cleanup or hallways a refreshed air. Also, soundproofing is extremely poor: between the room door and the wall there is a few centimetres gap, so you can hear everything like it is indoors and the windows are not the best quality, as one can hear all traffic and honks until late. Breakfast is rather poor, same very few options every day.

We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms at Naia Miraflores and found the room to be spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The location is also great — central and convenient for exploring Miraflores . However, our experience was let down by some frustrating service issues. We arrived around midnight for check-in, having reserved two rooms, and were informed that only one room was ready. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for the second room. We politely asked if we could be given a different available room type instead, but were told we had to wait. Despite check-in being from 3pm that day — and our having paid for the full night — the staff offered no explanation or alternative. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. Additionally, the shower water in the deluxe room was cold, which was another letdown. If you're arriving late, we recommend calling ahead to confirm your room is ready to avoid a similar inconvenience.

It’s more like a 4 stars hotel but not 5 stars. It is still a very good hotel and we had a good stay. The heated rooftop swimming pool is a plus ! However, upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. We had to bring all of them up to the room by ourselves. Some amenities are missing in the room, no toothbrush, nor cottons, shower cap and etc. No glassware and neither minibar in the room. It is a nice hotel but pls don’t expect a 5 star service and amenities.

Excellent value choice in Miraflores. Close to beach and Larcomar, malecon. Very clean rooms, good a/c, hot water, comfortable bed. Fairly quiet room, no street noise (upper floors). Taxi stand out front, uber easy location. Def recommend and would stay again.

Great hotel, clean and modern. Close to the beach and also to shops and restaurants around the area. The price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend this hotel!

Facilities: The rooms are comfortable, the pool and gym are great, the breakfast is better than most hotels of the same level I've stayed at before, and the pool is heated with a nice view.

Highly recommended, the service is super good. I packed my meal and wanted to borrow the microwave. The front desk helped me heat it up and put it on a plate and sent it to the room. The breakfast is the best among the dozen hotels I stayed in Peru. There are hot dishes, which are especially suitable for a Chinese stomach like me. There is a heater in the room.
