Red Planet Davao is straightforward and practical. Rooms are clean, compact, and functional, with no unnecessary extras. Location is convenient for quick trips around the city. Service is efficient, not warm but reliable. Ideal if you just need a place to sleep, shower, and move on without fuss or drama.

We booked this trip for the engagement meeting of our son and his girlfriend, now officially fiancee and soon to be wife. Not only were the facilities very clean and well maintained (as good as new), the food at Luk Foo Restaurant was also exemplary. The location is also ideal, with a UCC Cafe Terrace just opposite in case you're not into eating breakfast at the Hotel.

1. The place is clean. It is fairly new. It works for us. However for folks who wish daily room service, change of towels and tidy of space, maybe you could ask the friendly staff. 2. Decent distance to and from the airport and it is nicely tucked in a residential neighborhood. Unfortunately we didn't walk around. 3 & 4. Staff is extremely friendly and nice. You have your basics. Shampoo, soap, towel, clean sheets/bed, free filtered water from the ground floor, aircon and hot water for shower. If you avail of the breakfast, you get a free mix coffee and 2 nice loyal bread. Word of caution, they don't have lifts. WiFi is the area of improvement as it is slightly slow or disconnects often. In general, a good choice for the price you pay.

It has a beautiful garden. The food in the restaurant is nice. Seats are inside in a Filipino style room, outside you can enjoy the spacious lush garden while have lunch/dinner. The rooms are large, beds comfortable. It is a bit older but the Charme of this resort is stunning. There is a shuttle boat to beaches at Samal island. Short ride to malls, with grab no problem at all. The breakfast is solid. I would say this was my best stay in Davao.

Hotel staff are very happy to serve thier guest. Respectful and ready to help anytime you need. Thank you so much DAVAO AIRPORT VIEW HOTEL. We will come back again.

We love the zip line, walking and go around.. , unfortunately the ATV is not available,

Hotel location is perfect. Walking distance to People’s Park (5mins), Bangkerohan (7mins), San Pedro Cathedral and Osmena Park (15mins). Nearby Mercury drug store which opens until 10pm. 24/7 McDo and Greenwich. 5min drive to Roxas Night Market. May jeep na dumadaan sa tapat ng hotel but most of the jeepney drivers don’t know the Gov Duterte St. mas familiar sa kanila ang Ilustre St. then walk towards to hotel which is 2mins lang. Lunch and dinner buffet is being offered, daming waiting.  Hotel is not recommended para sa maaarte. Luma na ang establishment at mahina ang toilet flush, no bidet. Provided ang pail and dipper.  Mahina din ang aircon but enough to make a room cool temperature.  No hair dryer and hand towel. Only body towel, soap and shampoo/conditioner are their toiletries. it’s our first time staying at Mandaya Hotel, my kids love it, and the place is quite relaxing, the food is good and the stay was fine. Thank you, will definitely visit again.

Our 2 nights stay was good,we did have restful stay.the room is clean,the lobby is spacious,staffs are accomodating.my son enjoyed the food.

i stayed in another room but surely it was the same experience as everyone else i guess, accessible to everything, safe to stay and the amenities are excellent... just realized before i checked out, the drinks at the bar was not that expensive, maybe because it's local rate and we are in the philippines... idk, i'm just used to see skyrocket prices of everythinv when you dine in a 4/5 star hotels
