Pros: The price was affordable, the staff were very helpful, and the room itself was incredibly spacious. I especially liked that the bathroom was well-designed with separate zones for the shower, toilet, and sink. The air conditioning was effective, and the bed was wonderfully soft and comfortable.
Areas for improvement: There was no hairdryer in the room; guests had to borrow one from the front desk and return it after use. Facial tissues were also not provided. The location is a bit out of the city center compared to major hotels, so you'll likely need a car or a ride-sharing service like Grab to get around. Walking to tourist attractions might be a bit far, but this is a fair trade-off considering the price. Additionally, the face and bath towels were a bit old/worn, and while the bathroom wasn't spotless, it was perfectly functional.
Summary: Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff were good, and despite a few missing amenities, it offered excellent value for money and a comfortable night's sleep, which is all that really matters.
Positives:
Clean rooms: Guests generally found the rooms to be clean and comfortable.
Friendly staff: The staff was often praised for their helpfulness and friendliness.
Convenient location: The hotel is near the Khon Kaen Night Market and other shopping and dining options.
Negatives:
Noise: Some guests complained about noise from the street or other guests.
Poor breakfast: The breakfast was often described as subpar or limited.
Outdated facilities: Some guests found the facilities to be outdated or in need of repair.
The service at Clacier Hotel was exceptional. From the friendly welcome at check-in to the attentive staff available throughout my stay, every interaction was professional and warm. Their genuine hospitality made a positive impact on my overall experience.
My first stay in the hotel was quite fantastic 😍, friendly staff, breakfast was really nice with the wonderful view from the 27th FL window and especially the view of KK from Skywalk was unbelievable. I will come back to stay here for my next trip.
Was a decent stay. For the price you pay you definitely get your monies worth that’s for sure. Decent sized room. Only thing I would say negative is the tv is very old and in the pics and description it stated flat screen tv. Apart from that the place was great. They’ve also got a good restaurant inside with great value and great tasting food too
Hotel is so dated and has not been maintained over the years. Overall not really value of money. Location is not so bad. A 10 mins walk will get you to the bars and clubs behind the hotel building. Recommend to stay on top floor so you don’t hear the loud music from the karaoke from downstairs
The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, which causes loud drilling noises throughout the day. If I had known in advance, I wouldn’t have chosen to stay here, as the noise was quite disturbing until around 5 p.m. However, after I called to inform the hotel, they stopped the work.
The room is spacious, but the décor feels rather old-fashioned and not very modern. The bathtub was damaged, and the drain couldn’t be opened after use. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price paid.
On the positive side, the location is excellent, the staff are friendly, polite, and provide good service. The live music in the lobby was also very nice.
Breakfast is great.
I really enjoyed the stay here. I had to make a last minute booking as my plans changed about an hour before I made the booking, and arrived at an odd timing, but it was still easy to check in. The room was really enjoyable as well.
It is great hotel in a central location walking distance to bars food. The building is old and rooms show that but is kept clean and tidy. The kids loved the swimming pool only let down was food ordered a rib eye steak came up with a lump of meat nothing like rib eye but full of unchewable fat and not cheap. Would I stay there again the answer is no for that price there a lot of options very close to this location which have far more going for them

MMacalisterAngusThis was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. TV was hard to get going (and there is nothing else to do at the resort)...in fact we were told the entire TV system resort wide was broken (which wasn't the case but you have to go through the Source option to align with the minix box). For food...you have to use Grab who will deliver direct to your cottage. All in a very pleasant stay and I would use as a stopover or for the nearby golf course in the future for sure.

MMcdarioVery underwhelming hotel. The curtains were ripped, the toilet seat broken and cold water from the shower. My friends room was marginally better, but mine was awful. Very tired and probably worth paying 300 baht a night, not 1000
The hotel also has no breakfast available and no Thai or foreign food available, which is very odd for a hotel of this size.
We had to order grab food to the pool, which is absolutely the only good thing about this hotel.
The pool and gym, alongside the friendliness of the staff, are the only good things about this place, otherwise best avoided.
My opinion is that this hotel will probably be knocked down in a year or so.
DDr BPThis is a decent hotel right in the very center of Khon Kaen. I paid about 20USD per night, and for the price seems very good value. Friendly staff, clean bedding, strong aircon.
I was here during Songkran (the Buddhist New Year) period, so there was quite a lot of noise from the street such as speakers, concerts etc....I *assume* this isn't a problem 99% of the year though, and I don't fault the hotel for it.
There's a pool on the ground floor which I didn't get to use, but it seemed nice enough.
Overall good value for money, and worth staying if you are looking for a hotel in downtown KK.

GGuest UserThis is my third times choosing khon Kean hotel whenever I go khon Kean. The staffs are very nice and warm. The room are well kept. Thanks for making our stayed a memorial one. Will be back soon.
เเที่ยวให้รู้The hotel is near Bueng Kaen Nakhon. Near convenience store The bedroom is reasonably good, the air conditioner is cool, but the room smells like onions from time to time. The bathroom is cramped and looks a little clean. The shower cap is small and easily torn. The old check cloth is beginning to tear and turn yellow. The quality is a little low. There is also a 500 baht deposit here. Pictures of the room may have been taken long ago. When I actually arrived, it looked much older than that. Breakfast is only available as a set, such as eggs, ham, pan-fried eggs, and rice with cabbage, but the chef opens at 7:30 a.m., so if the chef comes late on some days, he gets to eat eggs, sausage, and ham, just one menu. Summary of the overall picture, if it's easy to live, easy to eat, don't think. No matter how much, it's enough to live with. I just feel like The price paid is higher than the service received.
