In the morning, it's like a fairyland with mist swirling around, and at night, you can look up and see a brilliant starry sky. It's away from the hustle and bustle yet close to the main attractions, making your sightseeing route incredibly convenient. You can reach the popular West Sea Grand Canyon mini-train in just a 5-minute walk, saving you time and effort while exploring. In terms of hygiene, it's truly a benchmark for mountain-top hotels. Whether it's a standard room or a dormitory, everything is spotlessly clean. The sheets and bedding are soft, dry, and replaced for each guest. The bathrooms are odor-free and thoroughly disinfected, and public areas are regularly cleaned; even the corridors are pristine. Considering that all supplies are carried up the mountain by porters, this level of cleanliness truly exceeds expectations. The facilities are perfectly tailored to hikers' needs. Rooms come equipped with electric heaters, smart toilets, and kettles, along with a stable and ample 24-hour hot water supply – a hot shower after a hike is pure bliss! The environment is really great, and the scenery is nice too. It's right in the pedestrian street. Finding a parking spot took a while, but the hotel staff member was always enthusiastic in replying to my messages. She was very patient, telling me how to get there and how to find parking, guiding me online the whole way. She even helped us pre-register our license plate number, making entry and exit super convenient and fast. Plus, because of some booking issue, they upgraded me to a suite for free! I was so happy, it felt like winning the lottery! Haha, HUAZHU is definitely the best choice.

The Xihai Hotel used to be considered the most upscale among the state-run guesthouses on Huangshan's peak. While its last renovation was nearly 10 years ago and the facilities might seem a bit dated by today's standards, they are very well-maintained. The rooms don't have the typical musty or smoky smell often found in older hotels, and the air conditioning and hot water are consistently reliable. The food is also said to be the best. The hotel's location is close to Xihai and Danxia Peak, making it more convenient for sunset viewing than sunrise, though Shixin Peak is only about a 40-minute walk away. The hotel also offers cultural performances, organized sunrise tours, and other activities. The service is thoughtful and attentive, reflecting the expected standard of a five-star hotel.

The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful; the location is superior and the transportation is convenient! I stay in this hotel every time I come! The hotel is relatively clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable! The breakfast is also rich! Not bad👍

The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

I stayed here for a concert and was pleasantly surprised! They'd already started decorating the lobby for Christmas and New Year, and there were some really beautiful bracelets on display too. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the room was unexpectedly spacious with great amenities – I especially loved being able to turn off the lights remotely with the smart assistant. My sleep quality was fantastic, as the blackout curtains worked perfectly. The front desk even gave us two complimentary breakfasts. I have to say, their breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options and fresh fruit. I even asked the chef to make me a bowl of noodles with shredded pork, which was a nice touch. I brought some dirty laundry with me, and the staff kindly washed and dried it, delivering it right back to my room. For this price in Hefei, finding a 4-star hotel like this is rare; it's incredible value for money. The subway station is right downstairs, making travel super convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. This hotel is a no-brainer! It was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely choose this place again when I'm back in Hefei. My stay was so satisfying that I'm giving it a five-star rating. Oh, and there are lots of beautiful bracelets available on the street downstairs.

I especially want to praise the staff, whether it is helping to carry luggage or patiently answering surrounding travel guides, the service is considerate and efficient. The location is also great, with convenient transportation, and the surrounding business districts and attractions are close at hand. Extremely satisfied! I went to Hefei for a one-day trip to see a concert, and it also happened to be my birthday. The hotel specially arranged birthday decorations and even thoughtfully delivered a cake at night! The cake was delicious too! When checking out, they even gave us fruit for the road! This whole experience made me feel that even though the hotel has been open for a few years, their soft services are truly excellent! After leaving, I accidentally left some clothes behind, and they proactively contacted SF Express to send them back. This was a really great experience overall.
