I booked the standard cabin in Zone A for New Year's Eve, two months in advance, as part of a Trip.com package. Initially, I just chose it for its excellent location, close to Bright Summit (only a 15-20 minute hike). However, it completely exceeded my expectations. First, let's talk about the room. It wasn't large, and the decor looked a bit dated, but it was very clean and well-equipped. It even had a smart toilet and a shoe dryer. The biggest issue was the poor soundproofing, but perhaps everyone was tired from hiking, as I didn't feel disturbed after 10 PM. The most pleasant surprise was the service. The butler added me on WeChat on the day of check-in, allowing for constant communication, and frequently provided very helpful tips, such as sunrise and sunset times and locations. They were incredibly enthusiastic. The room also had a foot-soaking tub, and we received complimentary fruit and Huangshan sesame cakes. The down jackets provided by the hotel were incredibly practical; they kept us warm while watching the sunrise and playing in the snow, and even offered some waterproofing. Initially, they only provided two adult jackets, but upon seeing children, they proactively brought children's sizes. In the evening, staff performed Huangmei Opera, which filled the time after dark. This trip was a delightful surprise with cloud seas and heavy snow. We had a great time playing in the snow right outside the hotel, making it a very satisfying trip to Huangshan.

The environment is really great, and the scenery is nice too. It's right in the pedestrian street. Finding a parking spot took a while, but the hotel staff member was always enthusiastic in replying to my messages. She was very patient, telling me how to get there and how to find parking, guiding me online the whole way. She even helped us pre-register our license plate number, making entry and exit super convenient and fast. Plus, because of some booking issue, they upgraded me to a suite for free! I was so happy, it felt like winning the lottery! Haha, HUAZHU is definitely the best choice.

The hotel service was excellent. Check-in was smooth, and the butler even escorted us to the elevator, explaining the way, which was fantastic. The Xihai Hotel is very clean, and the facilities are comprehensive, including a coffee shop, bar, and restaurant, among others. The interior decoration is very new and high-end, and the room was very cozy and clean. I'm not sure if there's heating, but the room was super warm, and it was truly therapeutic to return to the hotel after a day of hiking in the mountains. Plus, the hotel's buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and the food tastes great. For the price, it's very good value for money, much more cost-effective than ordering à la carte 😘 There were also some intangible cultural heritage performances around 7 PM, which were perfect for kids and kept them entertained. A big thank you to Xihai Hotel, it was wonderful. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends – just go for it!

The hotel front desk service is warm and thoughtful; the location is superior and the transportation is convenient! I stay in this hotel every time I come! The hotel is relatively clean, tidy, sanitary and comfortable! The breakfast is also rich! Not bad👍

The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

Clean and hygienic, with a great environment. It's very convenient, and the breakfast is abundant. The location is excellent, close to the city center, with ride-hailing services and a bus stop right downstairs. There's a snack street and university town nearby, and the high-speed rail station is practically on the doorstep, making it incredibly convenient.

As soon as I entered the lobby, I was attracted by the warm decoration style. The staff member Wang Ting was warm and considerate. When checking in, he took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding food. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was very warm, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was very comfortable to sleep. And the sound insulation was very good, and I slept very well at night. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries were also complete, with a light fragrance. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is also very good, especially the freshly made fried eggs and local special snacks, which are appetizing. Overall, I was very satisfied with this stay. I will choose this hotel next time and recommend it to my friends!

However: 1) There were children continuously screaming loudly in the gym, and no staff came to manage them. 2) The breakfast restaurant was very crowded on the weekend. The hosts should have been prepared earlier to control the flow of people. Today, after being let in, there were no empty tables, and guests were still being let in continuously afterward. It was chaotic, and everyone stood around, unsure of what to do. 3) A child kept dragging their chair while eating, making a lot of noise, and no staff member came to inquire about what was happening.

Our young lady at the front desk, Ruby, the service is famously caring and patient. She takes guests to see the room and explain the facilities. The whole process is meticulous and gentle. She must call her 👍. The problem is handled quickly and sincerely, and the small gifts are also available in everyone's life. The hotel rooms are also clean and tidy, and you can feel the warmth and comfort as soon as you enter the door. This is the result of the staff's careful arrangement. In such a charming city in Huaibei, Burret also adds strength to everyone's journey and provides a super comfortable rest environment. The treasures come to Huaibei and live here, it's right.
