The hotel is new and the room is clean. The facilities are complete. I am impressed with this hotel but not impressed with the service of the reception staff when I checked in. They are not friendly, both in speech and facial expressions, not helpful. No one should be discriminated against. It was a bad experience. It ruined our good day. But I still like the hotel. I hope to have a chance to stay here again and hope that I will not encounter this kind of incident again.

Absolutely beautiful property with a very scenic view and I can imagine it will be even more beautiful in winter time. The design of the restaurant is really beautiful and cozy. However I think overall it suffered from being under staff so things could happen really slow or not at all. One group coming to restaurant resulted our salad to be delayed for entire duration of our meal!! Would I go there again for sure and hopefully that was a just a coincidence.

The room is very big, very clean. The reception staff is very good, take care of you, give good advice. The breakfast is also very delicious. I would like to recommend staying here. In the morning, I saw a balloon in the room. Value for money, really worth the price, very suitable for relaxation.

Very great experience with the hotel! Breakfast is generous with a breathtaking view from their roof top. As a cave hotel, the room also has very good insulation, so inside the room stays warm despite the very cold temperature outside. The staffs are also super nice, they called a taxi for me as I arrived at 2 AM and they help me to send the stuff that I accidentally left in the hotel.

This quaint hotel offers us everything from great hospitality & services by the staff, very clean & cost room, comfortable beds & good bathroom facilities. We really enjoyed our stay here in this hotel, especially with the various options of breakfast & helpful staff members. They were willing to help book & adjust our airport transfers to our preference. We also sent our clothes for laundry & they delivered it nicely & clean. Room was impeccably clean & spacious for 2 people with average size of suitcases.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, about two or three kilometers away. There are many Chinese tour groups there. I had to wait until 4:00 in the afternoon to check in. The room was very large, with a good view and very clean. It was cleaned every day. There was nothing to complain about except the location. The breakfast was very rich.

Some people write bad things about this hotel, but it may be because they are not willing to negotiate themselves. If you have any problems, negotiate and tell us what you want. The polite and friendly staff will definitely meet your expectations. I actually negotiated the price by changing the room and staying for a few hours on the last day. When I accidentally locked the bathroom door from inside, the cheerful staff quickly responded and solved the problem. I think there are few hotels in Cappadocia that offer this quality of service at this price. Delicious breakfast, good access to Uchisar Castle, and cooperative staff. I think the fact that this is the first time I've left a review for a hotel speaks volumes about the wonderful stay. I promised the staff that I will definitely use them again the next time I visit Cappadocia. Thank you & I'll be back!!

This is one of the coolest hotels I've ever been to In my Life. If you like Gothic architecture and something different bored of the same old boutique hotels this is a place to come visit. The blood pool in the hell dungeon is amazing with snakes and stone on the ceiling. If you are into rock music Gothic medieval and still want the luxuries this is the place you have to come see.
