Тихий, атмосферный отель. Рядом с отелем много заброшенных домиков и, к сожалению, мусора - но от отеля это не зависит. Расположен в очень тихом местечке с минимумом инфраструктуры. В сезон, когда везде большое кол-во туристов, подойдет для любителей тишины. Идеально для туристов с машиной. До Навшехира с кафешками, магазинами и маршрутками можно дойти пешком минут за 20-30. Брали номер с террасой- прекрасно для созерцания природы и отдыха. Бассейн с сауной пока мы пребывали в отеле несколько дней не работал. Само помещение достаточно маленькое и если там отдыхает семья или компания на несколько человек, то уже ими не воспользуешься, тк будет некомфортно. В остальном все прекрасно и гостеприимно)

Wow wow wow! The warm welcome by each member to the absolute stunning hill top view, it is beyond exceptional 5 star hotel! This unique cave hotel is like no other. Having comfortable beds, hot water bath, and a wonderful surprise to keep us warm are heated floors, we slept peacefully. A traditional Turkey breakfast also surprised us. We don’t usually eat breakfast but once you try a bit of each dish we consumed it all (and may have asked for more). To the lovely gentleman who served us breakfast and proactively ensure our tea and coffee was filled, we adored his happy vibes, always smiling and easy to have a nice chat with. Thank you! The owner was an absolute delight! His love for Turkey and his great sense of humour was adoring. His high attention to details and warmth shows just how much he cares for his team and customers. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The location was perfect and everything was well organized. A special thanks to the hotel managers and staff — they were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. I truly felt welcomed and cared for during my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and I would happily stay here again in the future.

Not up to Mariott standard. Room is quite new, clean, and spacious. However there were several problems with the room during our stays. 1) Room temp was too hot (around 24C) which is not comfortable to sleep during the night. The first night, technician came to fix but still need to wait for almost 4 hours (until midnight) then the tem was down too 22C. The next morning, we asked trip.com agent to tell the hotel to fix this by turn on the A/C in advance so that when we back around 6pm the temp will be 21-22C. But nothing was done accoridng to our request. We came back to hotel and need to wait for the temperature until midnight again. The next day we asked the hotel directly to turn on the A/C the whole day wthout turn it off. Then this was the only night that when we came back the room temp was ready at 21-22C. This A/C problem happened to 2 rooms (709 and 1105) 2) The amenity in the rooms were not well prepared. The tissue in the room was finished. The shower gel and hair shampoo also finished. We has to ask for it by ourselves. 3) At the first night, hot water in room 1105 had problem. Technician had to come fix it. So we wasted so much of our time at the hotel with fixing the room problem which was very disappointing and frustating. By the way, we asked for the “ICE”, the hotel said that we have to pay for it, which was quite strange because we could ask for the it during breakfast. Minor thing, but just thought that it would be great if it was free for hotel guest.

Seriously, this is an outstanding hotel. It took me a while to choose this place, and while the price was on the higher side, it was absolutely worth every penny. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room environment was beautiful. The observation deck offers breathtaking views. It's located on a hill in Uchisar, a town that's delightfully removed from the hustle and bustle of Goreme. You can reach Uchisar Castle, the highest point in Cappadocia, with just a five-minute walk. The hotel breakfast was quite good, but the real highlight was enjoying it with such a magnificent view. The hotel can also help you book various local services. We booked a Turkish Night with dinner, as well as a taxi. Both were fantastic experiences – the Turkish Night was 2000 Lira per person, and the round-trip taxi was 850 Lira.

The hotel was very clean. Despite a limited number of staff, they all tried their best and were attentive. The hotel itself is quite large and luxurious. My family and I stayed for one night, specifically to use the pool. The pool area, sun loungers, and towels were all clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Dinner was not included in our stay, but we opted to pay extra for the buffet. There was a sufficient variety of dishes, but the food was quite bland. Some dishes were tasty, others less so. Personally, I didn't feel the dinner offered good value for money. The breakfast, however, was much better than dinner. There was plenty of variety and it was delicious! 👍🏼 There's also an indoor pool. However, during our visit, while we were swimming one day, staff suddenly appeared and unceremoniously made everyone leave, citing urgent maintenance work. This maintenance wasn't completed even by the following day. The outdoor pool gets very cold in the afternoon as it falls into the hotel's shadow, making it especially unsuitable for children.

A very related help is a hotel run by people. We were very happy.We are very close to the center. We recommend to everyone. Especially breakfast varieties were perfect.

Nice experience to stay in real ”modern” cave hotel with good services

The staff are all nice and greet with sincerety. The male stuff helped us check in and explained about the hotel and the offered us car rental and tour services. The price for car rental is slight more expensive than others in the area but since the rental company will deliver and pick up the car at the hotel we opt for the convenience and rented via the hotel. Our room got upgraded and it was nice a spacious. Living in a cave is a good experience for sure. The room is warmer than I expected. There's only one air con in the living room and hence while sleeping have to open some windows to let the wind comes in. Outside was actually colder than inside. The amenities are quite sufficient. The hotel has spots for nice photos of the hot air balloon in the morning but you really need to wake up almost as early as going to take the hot air balloon since there will be other people there and they sure will hog it. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience staying here.

We loved staying here and highly recommend if you want a good view good food good people and nice places to stay . Friendly people to talk to and really amazing breakfast with a stunning view the shelf and the lady at reception were really kind and made our food with love . Comming back def  Nass Sydney Australia
