"We stayed here during the summer and had a great experience. The rooms were very cool and comfortable. The only downside was that our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay. The owner is very kind, the breakfast is delicious, and the lady in the kitchen is incredibly friendly and cooks amazing food. The terrace is amazing—we woke up early to watch the hot air balloons, and they literally fly right over the hotel. Just note that the jacuzzi shown in the photos is not included; you have to pay extra to use it. The hotel is only about a 10-minute drive from the town center, and we definitely recommend staying here."

"This was my first stay in Cappadocia, and I chose this hotel. Overall, the hotel is very clean and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and I had a very comfortable stay. What I particularly loved was the view from the terrace. In the morning, many hot air balloons float in the sky, and the view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. It was perfect for taking photos. The only minor issue was that there was no refrigerator in the room. This might be a bit inconvenient if you want to keep drinks cold. Also, the hot air balloon tour booked through the hotel was excellent. I compared it with several other sites, but booking through the hotel was cheaper and it was a small-group tour, so I could enjoy the scenery without feeling crowded. The views from the hot air balloon were incredible, and I personally highly recommend it. I especially recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy the unique Cappadocian scenery right from their hotel."

"The room was very nice. Parking wasn't a major problem, but finding a parking space was a bit difficult. There's no room service, and Wi-Fi is mandatory. Unfortunately, we experienced Wi-Fi problems for the last two days. Additionally, on the day of check-in, August 18th, 2026, we arrived between 5-6 AM. Despite calling and informing them that check-in time was 2 PM, due to a misunderstanding, we were sent to our room before 2 PM on the 18th and had to pay separately. Despite everything, we were satisfied. The person working at the front desk was very helpful. Thank you very much! 👋"

"The suites are very spacious. We had four rooms, and each had a different layout. Only one room was around 60 square meters, while the others were all over 80 square meters. The bathtubs are also super big. After our hot air balloon ride in the morning, taking a hot bath back in the room was incredibly relaxing. From the hotel terrace, you can see the hot air balloons in the distance. The owner and staff are very enthusiastic. On the second morning, when we asked if there were noodles, they made unseasoned instant noodles right away. Regardless of the taste, it's great that they try their best to meet guest requests. It's just a few minutes' drive from Goreme town. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Тихий, атмосферный отель. Рядом с отелем много заброшенных домиков и, к сожалению, мусора - но от отеля это не зависит. Расположен в очень тихом местечке с минимумом инфраструктуры. В сезон, когда везде большое кол-во туристов, подойдет для любителей тишины. Идеально для туристов с машиной. До Навшехира с кафешками, магазинами и маршрутками можно дойти пешком минут за 20-30. Брали номер с террасой- прекрасно для созерцания природы и отдыха. Бассейн с сауной пока мы пребывали в отеле несколько дней не работал. Само помещение достаточно маленькое и если там отдыхает семья или компания на несколько человек, то уже ими не воспользуешься, тк будет некомфортно. В остальном все прекрасно и гостеприимно)"

"Lost City Cappadocia Hotel is a bit farther away to the hot air balloon experiences compared to Goreme and at least an hour away from Kayseri Airport, but it is still quite a peaceful area and had a very local feel. We stayed as a group of three in room 202 but 3 of the charging ports in the room didn't work, so I had to charge my phone at the reception with their kind help. The toilet in that room was also a bit odd in that the lid didn't stay up by itself, so when I sat down, the lid also started falling closed. Other than those things, the breakfast was good and it was cool to stay in such a ”cave” setting in a boutique hotel style. Great service too with their help with our luggage and even giving us free cold water while we waited for our airport pick-up. I would recommend this place for those looking for a new experience with cave ambiance. The staff could also speak English, so nothing was lost in translation."

"The hotel was very clean. Despite a limited number of staff, they all tried their best and were attentive. The hotel itself is quite large and luxurious. My family and I stayed for one night, specifically to use the pool. The pool area, sun loungers, and towels were all clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Dinner was not included in our stay, but we opted to pay extra for the buffet. There was a sufficient variety of dishes, but the food was quite bland. Some dishes were tasty, others less so. Personally, I didn't feel the dinner offered good value for money. The breakfast, however, was much better than dinner. There was plenty of variety and it was delicious! 👍🏼 There's also an indoor pool. However, during our visit, while we were swimming one day, staff suddenly appeared and unceremoniously made everyone leave, citing urgent maintenance work. This maintenance wasn't completed even by the following day. The outdoor pool gets very cold in the afternoon as it falls into the hotel's shadow, making it especially unsuitable for children."

I was very sceptical at first, but oh was I wrong. An absolutely wonderful authentic stay. The decoration has made it feel like I’m somewhere really cultural, enriching the whole Cappadocia experience! Though I would probably appreciate if the doors were more soundproof. I was right next to the reception and could basically hear anything, but it was luckily quiet at night. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the lady preparing it was very kind. Not to mention how the other staff were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back! Recommend 100%

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the views from the rooms were amazing! The breakfast was lavish and I looked forward to it every morning. The staff were very kind and always polite. The mascot cat, Kuroneko, was also cute. Uchisar is at a higher altitude than Goreme, so the views are generally beautiful and I personally recommend it. (It's not too far from the hot air balloon spot either.) I'd love to stay here again if I come to Cappadocia!

Everything was fine. My only suggestion is to put the hotel restaurant menu in the rooms. Although the prices were normal for the area, we unfortunately did not hear about it until the last day. We would also like to thank the entire team. Quality is quality everywhere.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the bed was very comfortable. Most of all, the staff made sure that everything was perfect during our stay. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The ambiance is wonderful and truly unique. Perched high up, I was able to watch hot air balloons and the sunrise from the rooftop on my first day. Since the hotel boasts several fantastic rooftops, it never felt crowded; there were typically only two or three people per rooftop. It's incredibly picturesque and perfect for photos. The breakfast was excellent, and the dining environment was absolutely amazing. Beyond that, the staff, especially one particular gentleman, was incredibly kind. He was so patient and meticulous when recommending and booking excursions for us. He was very gentle, spoke excellent English, and for important information, he was happy to use a translator, making communication incredibly smooth. It seemed like there was always someone on duty; he was there as early as 4 AM and was still willing to help us call companies to book activities at midnight! We had an early morning flight and had booked a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Since the shuttle company's English-speaking customer service wasn't available that early and we wanted to change our pickup information, we asked him for help. He then realized we would be leaving before breakfast started, and he even packed two generous and delicious breakfast boxes for us! 🥹🥹🥹 I will definitely come back here!

I had doubts when I made booking - the hotel didn’t have many reviews. I took the risk though and it was well worth it. My stay at Hira cave was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and beautiful, the bed was comfortable - I slept like a baby all 5 nights. The view from the terrace was fascinating and breakfast was delicious as well - the photographs are attached. The owners were friendly and helped to arrange pick up from the airport, shared a few useful hints about the hikes and did everything to make my stay memorable. Thank you very much, I will come back!

I really liked this hotel; the cave hotel concept is perfectly executed. The location is excellent, the room has all the necessary amenities, and the rooftop offers a great view for watching the balloons at sunrise. Breakfast is a standard buffet: vegetables, eggs, sausages, and a large variety of sweets and fruits. The only downside is the lack of windows, which causes a slight, but not critical, musty smell. The staff's service was outstanding – we had a plumbing issue which was resolved within an hour, and afterwards, they brought a fruit platter to our room as an apology. They also provided wine glasses for us to use outside the hotel in the evening, as per our request. Even though there were many guests during our stay, we didn't hear any noise in our room. Overall, for its price, the hotel fully delivers on quality and service.

If you have large luggage, definitely ask the staff to help you with it. The service was super good. A heavenly place with soul and stunning views ✨ We stayed at Divan Cave House in Göreme and didn't regret it for a second. It's a true fairytale amidst the stony streets of Cappadocia. The hotel captivates with its cozy terraces offering amazing views. It's like a postcard in front of you: hot air balloons, rocks, and valleys. A truly soulful place where you want to linger with a cup of tea. Special thanks to the staff. The guys are incredibly responsive. But the main gems of the hotel are the ladies – both at the front desk and in the restaurant 😍 Such a combination of beauty and humor is rare to find! It was easy and fun to chat with them; they radiated positivity from the first minute and created a homey atmosphere. Thank you for your smiles and jokes – you are the true stars of Divan Cave House! The rooms deserve a separate description. Everything is perfectly clean. The linen is fresh, the bathroom sparkles, yet the authentic charm is preserved. No dampness or dust, which is surprising for rooms carved into rocks. In short, if you want to experience Cappadocia with comfort and a smile, and not just 'sleep over' – this is the place for you. Location wise is very close (5min casual stroll) to Urguk town center. Rooms and hotel grouds were very well kept and clean. Service from the check in was great. The rest of the crew were just normal, no where near as warm, acknowledging and attentive compared to other similar resorts/chains/properties possibly due to the staffs culture and language limitations. Nevertheless this is nitpicking and overall experience was still good. Next to the pool, hamam, cafe there is not much to do in the property and to be fair that is expected given the size and exclusivity of low density property hence plan half a day there and the rest, go for a tour around town. The ala carte traditional breakfast deserves an outstanding rating. This is not your typical hotel buffet spread but I give it a very high rating for the quality, presentation and spread. They have put in the effort and executed this menu well. Room was as expected and the lit up fireplace (upon request) was very cozy on a cold winter night. Overall great stay & worth another stay in another room.
