Really loved the hotel's decor and ambiance; took tons of photos! The room was spacious, and it was super easy to get around. The front desk staff were great, very welcoming, and you could even chat with them on WeChat. We were early risers and headed to the restaurant before breakfast officially started, but the staff were very polite. The breakfast was delicious, especially the Chinese-style scrambled eggs. We stayed for two nights, and on our last day, we had an early flight, so we asked the hotel to pack breakfast for us. They thoughtfully prepared a burger, sandwich, fruit, and eggs – it was clear they put a lot of care into it.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the views from the rooms were amazing! The breakfast was lavish and I looked forward to it every morning. The staff were very kind and always polite. The mascot cat, Kuroneko, was also cute. Uchisar is at a higher altitude than Goreme, so the views are generally beautiful and I personally recommend it. (It's not too far from the hot air balloon spot either.) I'd love to stay here again if I come to Cappadocia!

The food was absolutely delicious, and the bed was very comfortable. Most of all, the staff made sure that everything was perfect during our stay. They even granted my request for fried eggs, which I truly appreciated. They also arranged our photoshoot, our car, and our food everything was perfectly organized and stress-free. We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! The only thing i would say about this establishment is: ACCOMODATING. Abdulrachman is very helpful during our stay in from room arrangement to book and plan our trip in Cappadocia. Many hotels in Cappadocia claim to be 'cave hotels,' and I've stayed at two. However, most simply mimic the cave structure, with very few rooms actually carved out of real rock. That's because it's nearly impossible to excavate large spaces within rock, and it's quite challenging. This hotel has two rooms on the top floor that can be considered genuine cave rooms. My bathroom was entirely carved out of the rock, and while the main bedroom ceiling was renovated to create a balcony for the cave room above, the four walls of my room were undeniably the natural rock face of the mountain. So, I finally experienced staying in a true cave! The balcony outside the room is spacious with great views, and the breakfast restaurant also offers excellent scenery. Breakfast is rich and delightful, and the hotel's central location in town makes getting around easy. Parking is also available.

A heavenly place with soul and stunning views ✨ We stayed at Divan Cave House in Göreme and didn't regret it for a second. It's a true fairytale amidst the stony streets of Cappadocia. The hotel captivates with its cozy terraces offering amazing views. It's like a postcard in front of you: hot air balloons, rocks, and valleys. A truly soulful place where you want to linger with a cup of tea. Special thanks to the staff. The guys are incredibly responsive. But the main gems of the hotel are the ladies – both at the front desk and in the restaurant 😍 Such a combination of beauty and humor is rare to find! It was easy and fun to chat with them; they radiated positivity from the first minute and created a homey atmosphere. Thank you for your smiles and jokes – you are the true stars of Divan Cave House! The rooms deserve a separate description. Everything is perfectly clean. The linen is fresh, the bathroom sparkles, yet the authentic charm is preserved. No dampness or dust, which is surprising for rooms carved into rocks. In short, if you want to experience Cappadocia with comfort and a smile, and not just 'sleep over' – this is the place for you. We will definitely be back! 🔥

This hotel is excellent! We do not have a single bad thing to say about it. The staff really make this place from the moment we arrived it was 5 star service! The hotel tour was exactly how I feel every establishment should be. Breakfast was unbelievable and the service always with a smile!

The hotel lobby felt like a cave. When checking in, you could ask the front desk about the hot air balloon launch status for the next day. The terrace has a great location and offers an excellent view for watching the hot air balloons. It's also just a ten-minute walk to the sunrise and sunset viewpoint. Being right in Göreme town, it's very convenient to get around.

The suites are very spacious. We had four rooms, and each had a different layout. Only one room was around 60 square meters, while the others were all over 80 square meters. The bathtubs are also super big. After our hot air balloon ride in the morning, taking a hot bath back in the room was incredibly relaxing. From the hotel terrace, you can see the hot air balloons in the distance. The owner and staff are very enthusiastic. On the second morning, when we asked if there were noodles, they made unseasoned instant noodles right away. Regardless of the taste, it's great that they try their best to meet guest requests. It's just a few minutes' drive from Goreme town. I highly recommend this hotel.
