The air conditioning in the rooms is very weak. The windows don't open. Very stuffy. The staff tries to help, but is not effective. The number has been changed. They skimp on air conditioning in the corridors, which is why it’s so stuffy. The Hilton Honors card was not accepted, as a result the night was not taken into account - you will have to contact support. One of the advantages is free underground parking.

It was nice that the hotel was close to the sea and the city. The rooms were large, very clean and made our trip go smoothly with environmentally friendly reminders. The hotel staff and manager, reception and breakfast room staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. They made possible a trip we will remember. The only drawback was that smoking was allowed in the rooms. Even though it was cleaned with ozone, the smell was permanent. Thank you all.

Karşılama çok güzeldi. Oda temizliği iyiydi ancak banyo gideri maalesef tıkalıydı. Önceden bakımı ve temizliği yapılmalıydı. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Teşekkür ederim. Tekrar yolum düşse fiyat/performans açısından yine tercih ederim.

Personal very friendly hotel central Bathroom renovation needed

The hotel is located in the city center, the location is excellent, the surrounding environment is beautiful, shopping, eating is very convenient. The staff treat people sincerely.

The surrounding area is relatively cost-effective, the only bad thing is that the wifi is too bad, the office is inconvenient!

Stayed here for a week. It's a very remote place. It should be a supporting hotel for the sports stadium. The breakfast is average and there are a lot of flies. But there is a table tennis table, which is quite unexpected.

If you reach here by self-drive, the hotel staff will assist you to park your car if there is none available.

Reasonable price, best hotel in Samsun / Located between ilkadım and atakum, it has a great geographical advantage for travelers who can use subway and bus. Not recommended for travelers who mainly use taxis as there is no advantage. In addition, the hotel restaurant, room condition, etc. were generally well received.
