"This is the best value for money motel in Tusayan. There's a McDonald's right across the street for breakfast, and it's just a few minutes' drive to the Grand Canyon South Rim entrance station. We arrived between 3 and 4 PM the day before, had a quick visit when it wasn't too hot, then came back to relax. The next morning, we went in for another round of sightseeing, and then departed for Las Vegas in the afternoon, which worked out perfectly."

"I am pretty flexible with hotels I stay in because I actually enjoy different experiences. I would struggle to find something good about this booking. The gentleman at the front desk did his best to make all the issues right and did apologize for not checking the booking before he told me that I couldn't check in. He put me into the first hotel room but after I walked past the first guy outside my room who was inebriated at 6:30am I went into the room and none of the lights worked. I then went back to the front desk and was assigned a new room. Still attempting to keep an open mind while walking past the dirty grounds I had to ask a gentleman to move out of the stairwell while he was snorting a white substance. I got to the next room and turned on the light switch, and the lights were flickering. I went through a mental checklist to see if I felt safe to stay there and came up with a resounding no. I was truly worried about my car in the parking lot. There was a large amount of people hanging around outside of the hotel even with it being an early morning. The room had torn furniture, stains on the carpet, walls that are banged up, and the bathtub was just rough. I did not feel comfortable leaving anything in the hotel when I went to work and then p proceeded to cancel the rest of my reservation."

"The hotel was clean and spacious. The coffee bar in the entrance was always stocked and ready for you to drink your coffee. The rooms were clean and mostly equipped. Our room never had a microwave but there was one in the lobby. The pool was a bit cool, but they did accomplish us to use the neighbouring hotel pool. Also the neighbouring hotel had a pool table that we also used. Breakfast was delicious and had various selections. Would stay here again."

"Excellent location in Flagstaff AZ, right on the main drag into town but located above the roadway in a secluded tree'd location. Quiet for its location but a little tricky to locate and really only available, safely, from one direction due to being on a very busy two way main artery into and out of town. Very close to freeways I-17 and I-40. Facility has adequate parking with several handicap parking spots adjacent to the main entrance. Two story building, nice lobby and they serve a continental style breakfast in the mornings. I had a queen non smoking, handicap accessible room on the second floor overlooking the outdoor pool. Key card access to elevator and room access, felt very safe and secure. Room nicely furnished and very clean. Other than checkin desk, had no interaction with staff. High speed Internet accessed via a secure login, had pleny of speed to stream Netflix movies from my laptop. Definately will stay there again."

"The hotel is newly built, so the internal environment is very comfortable. The waiter cleans the room every day, and the front desk service is also very considerate. There is a supermarket within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and there is a fast food restaurant opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. The most convenient point is that it is very close to the airport, a 12-minute drive. I personally feel very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel."

"Just your average hotel in Page. Good for a night or two while visiting the sites. Good location and friendly front desk staff. Laundry machines on site. Pool was working. Good for the price. The only issue I had was that our back door shared the balcony with the neighboring room. It didn't cause any issues but wasn't the best feeling having the neighbors have access to our door and window.
Also, the view of Lake Powell is more of a view of where Lake Powell was as it was almost dry from our viewpoint."

"Second time coming here. It was during winter this time. It was much noisier and hard to rest. The aircon was way too noisy all night, but we needed it. Quite a bit of inconvenience as we needed a good night of rest before continuing a long day of driving. Moreover, we could hear the guests from next door. They spoke very loudly at 5 AM. Breakfast was ok, not much variety but not too bad either. All in all, at this price point we would stay again for a night or two."

Very clean except I got a room that bed was undone and there was still a used coffee cup on table. They fixed the problem right away and gave me a different room so I was happy about that. Everything else was perfect. If you do t have a fridge or microwave just ask for one they will find one for you. They do go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.I will be booking with them in the future instead of a ****** o Lu because I don’t have to wait a long time to check in or go up or down the elevator like at the ******s. Thanks everyone here for an awesome stay

GGuest UserThe stay was pretty average overall. The location was decent and the basic facilities were okay, but nothing really stood out in a positive way. The room was acceptable for a short stay, although there were some small details that could definitely be improved to make guests feel more comfortable.
The atmosphere was fairly normal and the experience was neither particularly good nor particularly bad. Staff service was okay, but there is still room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency. Cleanliness and amenities were acceptable, but not especially impressive.
Overall, it’s an alright place if you just need somewhere simple to stay for a short period, but I probably wouldn’t consider it memorable or exceptional.

From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests.
It really set the tone for the rest of my stay.
The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made
the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens
felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day.
Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized.
The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public
transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or
wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away.
Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits,
pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning.
The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours.
Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere
was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were
well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining
a high standard of service and cleanliness.
Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting
the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent
balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. I will definitely choose
to stay here again on my next trip.

MMAI2026Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again.
Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away.
Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable.
Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead.
Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that.
Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup.
Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge.
Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item.
Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.

GGuest UserThe staff at this particular location over the last five years has been the nicest most giving generous employees I've ever encountered among hospitality staff... when I've had problems they've gone above and beyond to help me three different individuals in three different problems three different times you know I've seen a couple of staff come and go and the new staff is just as nice as the old staff so I'm thinking that it has to break down to the owner. it's an older building so it's not the Brits but it's very clean very convenient and they offer as much or more than places that are twice as much

GGuest UserMy tv was not entering channels, or using guide properly. So went to desk to discuss, thought most likely batteries were weak. She called the lame weak maintenance person. He looked at tv, said it was the gadget at bottom and turned the channels with remote 6” away. I laughed I want to be able to change channels in bed, LIKE AT HOME!! Told him to bring me a functional tv. Didn’t!!!
Told desk clerks, I need a functioning tv , bring one from another room. She said I don’t know which room? I said any room not in use and has a tv that DOES WORK!!! I need a refund
