The hotel located inside the grand canyon national park, which is very convenience, there is shuttle bus which can take us to the visitor centre and viewpoint if you are not driving by yourself.
Great place to stay at near ASU. Amazing rooftop bar that is amazing to watch the sunset.
Will definitely stay there again next time we are is Phoenix.
A fantastic place to stay if you're visiting Page to visit Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, or Lake Powell...
Comfortable bed, quiet, clean room
Quite filling breakfast
Exceptional value for money
Greyhound bus Las Vegas arrived at this beautiful town William’s, and stayed here when going to the Grand Canyon. The front desk staff can help guests contact the rental car to the Grand Canyon. Thank you Barbara! I didn’t want to get up when I sat by the big fireplace in the hotel lobby, haha…..

Excellent Hotel, Would stay again. Rooms are big, Bed comfortable, Nice Pool outside. Hotel Shuttle is on Request but saves on a Taxi fare so is worth asking for it. Restaurant is ok quite expensive. The elevators are slow and there are only two is my only complaint but overall a good hotel right next to the airport.
Let me begin by making the readers aware that the Grand Canyon Plaza Hotel is more of a motel than a hotel. Entrance to all the rooms including the elevator is via the outside. It's not like your typical hotel where you enter a lobby and proceed to your room or the elevators. When entering the GCPH to check in the lobby seemed very clean but dated. The staff was extremely friendly. When we first entered our assigned room, it smelled of smoke masked by air freshener. We proceeded back to the lobby to complain and asked for another room. The second room was acceptable, however, the room was small, dark and very dated. We had breakfast the next morning in their restaurant off of the lobby and the food and service was good. If you are looking for a place to stay that is close to the park entrance but lacks updated features and charm, then this would be an acceptable place to stay at.

Accommodation in the park is very quiet, but it is difficult to find if you arrive after dark. There are not many parking spaces, and they are shared with ordinary tourists. If you arrive during the peak season or holidays, there may be no parking spaces temporarily. The hotel has an unbeatable view. Convenient for sightseeing.
Self-driving in Antelope Valley and Horseshoe Bend in the western United States. The hotel is in a great location. We went to the fried chicken in the town, which was super delicious. The hotel breakfast was very good. Although it is a motel, it has a wide variety of food. It is just that they do not provide bottled water, which is very inconvenient.
The toilet in the room is old, the flushing needs to be done many times, the old-fashioned air conditioner, the sound is like a tractor, there is no way to sleep. Really a nightmare accommodation experience
Front desk and owner could not have been more friendly to us made us feel very comfortable from the moment we got here and our second reservation with them they were all the same cute rooms very big would recommends coming here to anyone.

XxiazebaoThe hotel's bathtub is damaged, the towels are relatively old, and the location is not bad. It is near the attachments of Route 40 and Route 15. Breakfast is relatively simple. Quite quiet.
GGuest UserFirst, the positive:
1. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful.
2. The outdoor area was well above par. The pool was clean with in-pool loungers (4). Safety equipment and signage posted. Multiple cabanas (6?) were available. Large fire pit with plentiful seating. The pool is 5 feet deep at the center. This is not a pool made for swimming laps, but for lounging.
3. Rooms have an outdoor balcony with a table and 2 chairs.
4. Windows have both a blackout screen and a privacy screen. The window is able to be opened for fresh air and is screened.
5. HVAC was in good order and worked perfectly.
6. In room refrigerator was clean and worked well. Microwave, TV, and phone in room.
7. Breakfast area was spacious and breakfast offered multiple options though I did not avail myself of this amenity.
Now, the negative:
1. The room itself was much smaller (king bed ) than expected. Room was cramped and looked nothing like the pictures on the website.
2. The bathrooms were recently remodeled, but the aesthetics are problematic. Why would anyone put wood laminate flooring in a bathroom with a walk in shower that has approximately a 2” inch lip and shower curtain in lieu of doors? You take a shower and the floor gets wet...no bueno.
3. There is a $10 per night service fee charged on registration. The fee is for wifi and other services. I don't recall seeing this posted when I reserved the room, but perhaps I overlooked it. I didn't object paying it, but the fee should be transparent.
4. Housekeeping is performed every 3 days and if you need more towels, etc., simply contact the front desk and they will have what you need brought up.
Other: I booked the room for 2 nights but opted not to stay the 2nd night.
JJISONGThe hotel is very good, I said early that there is breakfast. But Chinese people may not be used to it. When I first came to the United States, I couldn’t eat that cold stuff. You can go out and buy something, or cook and eat yourself.
CCHUNHENGThe waiter at the front desk is very warm and friendly. I am very humorous when communicating with you. I am also very professional and asked if we are satisfied with the room and breakfast. I can tell him if there is any opinion. The hotel is very cost-effective. I will consider staying at Chandler next time.
TTONGQIVery new hotel, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom bath is also very large, the room is large, the lighting is very cozy, the location is in downtown, the parking lot is not free for about 20 knives overnight, breakfast is Starbucks & Bistro cooperation, Not a proper dinner, it is okay to eat light breakfast. Good value for money!
DDanielTV didn't work, a complaint was made directly and after 1 hour the reception box could be exchanged. Cleanliness of the room just enough.
The train route runs directly behind the adjacent main road, so there is a lot of noise overall.
ZZheshiyigechangnichengThe hotel has a free pick-up and drop-off machine, very close to the airport, very convenient, the hotel room environment is good, the price is very high, the surrounding is relatively quiet, the overall conditions are very good
