"This was an ok place.  Very nice staff.  But the room was iffy.  The toilet was about 24inches high…..too low for seniors.  Beds were pretty nice.  The TV was the worst ever….virtually no channels at all.  No sports, no networks, no nothing.  I would not choose this again just on the TV."

"The room is very good, the breakfast is very rich, there are several restaurants around, there are Starbucks, there is also a small supermarket at the gas station, very convenient! "The facility was lackluster at best. It used to be great. Eco friendly was claimed for not doing daily room service. Hypocritical. There were paper plates, plastic serve where, and poorly working HVAC units.  The organization was simply looking to cut down on costs. Similarly, I’ve seen better breakfasts at hotels that cost half as much. Vents in the bathrooms were nonfunctional. The window could only be closed from the outside. I look forward to posting this on yelp unless you make amends."

"My first night at the hotel was fantastic, setting a positive tone for my stay. The second night brought a few challenges—minimal bathroom ventilation, a louder air conditioner, and some trouble connecting to Wi-Fi. However, the hotel staff were attentive and promptly offered me a new room, which resolved these issues and provided a much smoother experience. I took advantage of the fitness center, though navigating the new treadmills was a bit tricky since they weren’t pre-programmed. While the pool closure was disappointing, the hotel acknowledged my concerns and generously offered me a complimentary dinner with a drink. On the third night, I accidentally left my car keys behind when heading out in the morning. Upon returning, my key card didn’t work, but the staff quickly resolved the issue. Later, I relaxed in my room, appreciating the view despite a minor inconvenience with a broken curtain rod. Once again, the hotel addressed my concerns with care, granting me a complimentary night and a refund as a gesture of goodwill. While the hotel has room for improvement with its facilities, the staff truly stood out with their professionalism, teamwork, and genuine efforts to ensure my comfort. Their dedication turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that left me feeling valued. I look forward to staying here again in the future."

The roadside is full of exquisite residential buildings, and the lawns are neatly trimmed, which is very beautiful. The hotel room is very spacious, the breakfast is also very good, and the service attitude is very friendly and polite. The wooden building structure has a slightly poor sound insulation. The footsteps of the guests on the upper floor can affect the lower floor. Overall, I am very satisfied. Tips, the breakfast is rich, the oatmeal porridge is suitable for the Chinese stomach, and the bagel with butter is very liked."

WiFi and breakfast are on us.
"This hotel was on the side of the highway. I thought there was noise, but it turned out to be no problem. The hotel is very comfortable, very new and spacious. The room has a huge refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, full set of kitchen dishes and cups. It is very suitable for families. Breakfast is a typical American breakfast. It is simple and healthy. It is also very suitable for our appetite. On the first floor, there are free apples and hot cocoa hot tea. And can take out hot American coffee, really human, for family travel we are very helpful in the middle. Next to the hotel is the famous 1 yuan store dollar tree and the famous clothing chain TJ-Max, which is very suitable for shopping. In short, we stayed here for three nights and we had a great time! The only problem is that it is a bit far from the trip, but basically Uber or Lyft can solve it. It is a good value hotel, worthy of the Hilton Group."

"This hotel is close to the Christmas town of olde mystic village. Very suitable for seeing the Christmas lights. It is also only a road away from the famous mystic aquarium, which is very convenient to visit. The swimming pool of their hotel is very good, indoor heated, not cold, very suitable for children to play in the water. The hotel's restaurant is also good, short rib sandwitch is very good value for money, it tastes like Shaanxi Roujiayu 😄"

A positive surprise: the room had a couch corner, coffee machine and microwave as well as the actual bedroom. This is rare in this price range. Although everything was clean, the hotel also has room for improvement (peeling wallpaper and stained sofa). The reception staff were very quick and friendly!

I didn't realize there was no surface lots and I'd have to pay $25/day for parking. I might have missed that in the description so that's not really an issue. We were given a room on the top floor, in practically the farthest corner away from the elevator which was quiet, but far away from the rest of my daughter's teammates who were staying on lower floors. We dropped our stuff and went right to the pool. There were only 4 chairs and no towels left so we had to go searching for them and most of our stuff got wet sitting on the floor so that was frustrating. The signs on each floor say ”ice and vending” but the floors I checked had ice machines only and I had to resort to paying $4.00 for a can of orange soda at the bar for my daughter. The store in the hotel was closed, though I'm not sure if it would've been cheaper. After swimming and hanging out in the spacious lobby, we returned to our room to realize it wasn't very clean but it was time for my daughter to shower and go to bed since she had a gymnastics meet at 7:45 am. I took pictures of the hair tie in the sink, the bug on the bathroom floor, the hair on the vanity and floor, the stains on the bed skirt, etc. Kind of disappointed bc I usually stay at Marriott hotels for work and never have these issues. The coffee shop in the lobby was quick the next morning though which was good since we had to get up so early.

This stay far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb; it's a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and there are several local restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable – I fell asleep quickly and had a great night's sleep. The front desk staff was exceptionally welcoming and efficient with check-in, even proactively recommending some off-the-beaten-path attractions and tips to avoid tourist traps. The WiFi signal was stable, hot water came out in 3 seconds, and the water pressure was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. To get this level of service and amenities at such a price is truly amazing value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town!

If you own a car and buy food, drink and daily necessities in advance, it will be good. It is suitable for those who want to live at home. It has a small kitchen, wet and dry separation in the bathroom... The air conditioning temperature is controllable, and the bedding is comfortable. There is no ancillary facilities such as a hotel lobby, and there is a simple breakfast. It’s pretty much the same as an average American family breakfast. Coffee, milk, eggs, hot oatmeal... That's it: you buy some daily necessities, add luggage, and live comfortably ”at home”. Therefore, go to Target before moving in. It is suitable for you to stay for a long time if you have children studying nearby. Remember! You must have your own car.

The location is a bit remote, but it doesn't make much difference if you're driving. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are relatively old, and the breakfast is relatively simple. Overall, it's a good experience.
