Located in the outer area of ​​Yale University, within walking distance of Yale campus. There is a pizza restaurant next to the hotel, which tastes very good. The owner is Turkish, warm and generous. The hotel is very new, the facilities and bedding are very new, and the bathroom is also very spacious. Parking is in the parking lot next door, which is $26 overnight, which is very cheap. Overall satisfied.

A positive surprise: the room had a couch corner, coffee machine and microwave as well as the actual bedroom. This is rare in this price range. Although everything was clean, the hotel also has room for improvement (peeling wallpaper and stained sofa). The reception staff were very quick and friendly!

I took the train from Manhattan to Waterbury. After getting off the train, I walked along Grand Avenue for about a few minutes to the hotel. Because of the language barrier, some issues were communicated through Ctrip customer service. I felt that Ctrip's butler service was timely and effective, and I was satisfied.

The location is very good, next to the station (bus and train station), opposite the State Capitol, you can visit freely. Breakfast is average, highly recommended to go to a restaurant called ”Cajun Seafood” for seafood. Cheap and delicious.

The surrounding area is quite convenient and the environment is good, but it is a little far away from New Haven. If you drive, it is still very convenient. It is near the roadside and the shops are convenient for everything.

Room was clean, free breakfast is always a plus although I skipped out on it, check in and check out was a breeze. Definitely would stay again

I have stayed at a hotel for 5 days, the bed is comfortable, the facility quite well which free drinking water dispenser was enjoyable, people all nice to me. If I find fault with on purpose, which was the coffee maker disappointed me very much, hope them will refreshed the beans. By the way, I have 2 deposited each 50 dollars, but it seems not refunded back.

Location is perfect heart of the city. Just walk by Yale University. Rooms are big and very clean. Bathroom is very clear and complete with all needed amenities. Front desk always very friendly and polite. It’s my second time living in Omni Hotel New Haven and will choose again for my next trip. For those who they love nightlife must live here because it’s just cross the road have best nightlife bars and clubs. Perfect Hotel I Recommend 100%
