We booked a last minute stay and were happy with our choice to book at Ruby's Inn. The accommodations were clean, the lobby was nicely decorated for the holidays, and the staff were all nice. Would recommend if looking for a stay close to Bryce Canyon with a good breakfast buffet that's included with your stay.

Located in downtown Salt Lake City, it is surrounded by big hotels such as the Hyatt Marriot Hilton. The breakfast is pretty good, but the floor height is a bit low. Everything else is up to standard, clean and tidy. It is a good place to rest.
There is a dedicated wooden desk with office lights, which is rare. There are very few lights in American hotels.
The waiters are very good, there is a laundry and a business center

Super comfortable big bed, quiet and warm! The environment is not bad! Mainly because there are many parking spaces, safe, don't worry about the window being smashed! The front desk service attitude is particularly good, and humorous, the fatigue of the day is teased! Worth experiencing!

The location is good and very close to the airport. There is a shuttle bus to the airport, which is very convenient to get to and from the airport. The front desk service is very serious and responsible, and repeatedly confirmed the time and place of the airport drop-off. It's just that the hygiene of the room is not optimistic. When I checked in, I saw that the carpet was not very clean.

I made a reservation for Hampton Inn & Suite Springdale Gion National Park with Hilton Arners, but I suddenly made a reservation on Trip.com because it was impossible to enter the hotel due to the fire in the village. I checked in 5 minutes after payment, but I was impressed by the convenience of Trip.com because I was able to check it right away from the hotel. Hampton Springdale still refused to mention the refund and refused dozens of emails and phone calls, but I was glad I could stay here. The rooms were mediocre and the breakfast was mediocre, but it was clean and the location was good.

The location is very convenient, and you can eat everywhere in two steps. It's also easy to go to attractions. Because it was newly opened in 2018, the overall decoration and equipment are very new. It is Samsung in the country. It is about four stars. Facilities are very new, but the room size is relatively small and the overall decoration style is good. The house price was acceptable within 1000 that day. Later, when I saw the Mid-Autumn Festival rose to more than 3,000, I thought it was too expensive. Parking is on the opposite side and requires a door card to get in, free of charge.

If you go to Yellowstone and need to stay near Salt Lake City for one night, I suggest you choose this hotel. Very new, very clean, the room is slightly smaller, but very similar to the domestic hotel. There is a Wal-Mart supermarket in 10 minutes by car, and there are Starbucks and restaurants opposite the hotel. It is too convenient to go to Yellowstone Road to recharge. Cost-effective!

KKa Pui TiffanyThe hotel is situated at a beautiful village with Christmas lighting. Staff are helpful and friendly, the room was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was a bonus and the view was spectacular as a backdrop. Overall very comfortable stay and one of the best!

JJon GreenerWe drove from Lake Tahoe to Salt Lake, so it was a long day… thankfully the front desk was very accommodating and said they’d hold our reservation until 4:00am, we arrived a little after 1:00am.
The room was adequate, although smelled a little odd (tha A/C?). The continental breakfast was good, but they ran out of waffle mix before my son & I could both get a full waffle. And we were going to hang out at the pool and hot tub until checkout but the pool was closed for cleaning or something… all-in-all a little disappointing, but hard to argue with the $109 pricetag for a family of 4…

The dinner in the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is the most comfortable meal I have had outside in the past month since entering the United States. It is very, very good; the breakfast waiter is very nice. The only drawback is that the hotel’s swimming pool is too small and is only suitable for children to play.

GGuest UserI was very impressed by the beautiful warm and inviting feeling as I entered your lobby. The lady at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful, with her warm smile. Our room was sparkling clean and cozy. I especially liked the electric window shades. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the walk-in shower but think that the towels should have been hung closer to the shower rather than across the room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was out of this world, the best I have seen in a long time, with its great variety of items on its menu to suit anyone's taste. The coffee was delicious, freshly ground. When we checked out, the lady enrolled me in the IHG program, and recommended a park nearby for us to visit, and we enjoyed spending the morning there. I was very pleased with my visit to this hotel, and we will definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Salt Lake City. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salt Lake City for its location, reasonable price, and superb customer service down to the smallest detail!
