The room is big and the location is good. It is convenient to go anywhere in downtown. But parking is expensive... $25 a day, I thought it was free. Then asking the front desk for toiletries is also expensive, $7 a day. The facilities are a bit old. The service is OK. It's average.

The hotel is located in Zion National Park, surrounded by other hotels and restaurants, which is very convenient. The facilities in the room are a bit old but still clean, and the service attitude is very good.

The double tree was very convenient to the airport and the customer service was excellent. We had an early flight and they provided a shuttle for us. The desk person was very accommodating when we arrived and helped me find a place to get an item I forgot for travel. Very clean and the rooms was very large. My wife was very appreciative of the warm temperature in the room. Will definitely stay there again.

I’m sorry to say but the food was terrible and the water in the hot tub / swimming pool looked like it was dirty. Didn’t get in at all. The rooms were very clean and the maid service was great. I tipped the maid. I will not be going back to that hotel. I will be staying at the RV Park the next time I go down..

If you go to Yellowstone and need to stay near Salt Lake City for one night, I suggest you choose this hotel. Very new, very clean, the room is slightly smaller, but very similar to the domestic hotel. Real good hotel during convention period. Room is spacious and clean. Essential places like shopping mall, restaurant especially Korean foods and church etc are closed to this hotel. I am very much satisfied except breakfast which is too high compared to simple buffet foods.

The best choice in Salt Lake City must be here. The hotel is very new and in a good location. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the church, the state government, and the mall. We booked a corner twin room, which was large and clean. Cleaning must be done before 11:00. No one will clean the room after this time. Don't forget to tip.

Although it is a BEST Western Plus level RESORT, the hotel looks like an inn, no different from a motel. There is no RESORT feeling. The location of the hotel is a bit remote and desolate. But behind the hotel is red sandstone. The interior of the room looks a bit elegant, but it is not practical. There is no place to hang towels (bath towels are already hung in the bathroom). Breakfast not included. Not good value for money.

My stay was ok not wat u expected from the hotel but It was clean service was terrible I found worm in my food ugh I also had my son with me and he had accidentally spilled water n was yelled at so I got upset n the lady was very rude
