I was impressed by how convenient it was to communicate with the staff through messages without having to make a phone call 😘 After I messaged about the safe being broken, someone came to fix it within five minutes. I was truly impressed by the quick response 👏🏼🥰 Other than the elevators being slow and crowded at times, we had a very comfortable stay 🩵

Great value for money. In Yangbin City, the price is really good for non-week 6 and Sunday. There are no beds available on Sundays. Oceanside beaches are also good. Breakfast is not provided. But there is freshly ground hot coffee.

The Doubletree by Hilton was so close to the international airport the room was very nice and clean. We had a room overlooking airport which is nice but wasn’t soundproof so heard planes traffic and sirens all night so next time I would ask to be on the other side so would be quieter.

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

I had a really nice stay at this hotel, especially because of how convenient it is to the airport. It made traveling so much easier and less stressful. What stood out the most was their excellent service I accidentally left my bag behind after checking out, and the staff were incredibly helpful and honest. They kept it safe and made sure it was returned to me without any issues. That kind of care and integrity is hard to find and really made a lasting impression. Overall, a comfortable stay with trustworthy staff, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a place near the airport.

The counter staff here is very kind and friendly, and you can ask any questions without stinging! Also every day breakfast is a set, but there are muffins (different kinds of every day), boiled eggs, bananas, orange juice, oat bars to check what you want, they will pack it to let you take it directly is very convenient! Because most of the sightseeing spots take 45-60 minutes, you can have breakfast in the car! The room is also very spacious, overall I like 👍 very much.

In downtown Bellevue, the hotel is connected to surrounding commercial areas such as Macy’s, making dining and shopping very convenient

The hotel is in the center of the city, and I did not drive around. The parking lot is outside the hotel and costs $16. I saw that Dianping had a small Shanghai restaurant where I could eat, but I couldn't find it when I walked over. The washbasin is very personal but not practical

When I first checked into the room, there was hair on both the sink and the bed. I tried calling the front desk in the middle of the night, but couldn't get through. However, after reporting it the next day, they moved us to a different room and upgraded our room type, so the service was still quite good. The sea view from the higher floor was beautiful, and the breakfast downstairs was delicious. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, though.
