The room and shared space at Musavvir is very spacious and welcoming. The owner/manager was really friendly and polite, sharing tips and answering questions. They didn’t offer breakfast, which wasn’t too bad since there are small shops you can buy things from or just go eat elsewhere later. The only downside is that it’s a little further away on the street, so it can be a long walk.

Nice hotel with good Ambiance and facilities. Special thanks to Sharofat at the reception who helped us booking a city tour and was very helpful even during her leave. It had 24x7 bar and restaurant with good food. Would strongly recommend this hotel to all kind of tourists.

A nice hotel, new and everything is in place, smells and service at the height. There is a shop nearby. It is in the prom zone at the MKAD and before booking from the airport, check out the airport. In general hotel

We recently stayed at this hotel and I can't help but share my impressions! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth and smiles. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Not only did they check us in quickly, but they were also happy to answer all our questions, especially Dildora, who helped us choose excursions and places for dinner. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms at the hotel are spacious and cozy, and the views from the balcony are simply mesmerizing. We enjoyed every moment spent here. Thanks to all the staff, especially the reception team, for their impeccable service and care. You made our holiday truly special! We will definitely be back again!

The location is just okay. It's about 2-3km by taxi to the main attractions, but the main road outside the hotel is very congested, making it time-consuming to get a ride. The hotel facilities are good, and the decor is very new. In the morning, you can see the distant snow-capped mountains from your room. I really love the bed here; it's soft, cozy, and the largest among the three hotels I stayed at during this trip. The front desk service varies quite a bit. When I checked in, there were two male staff members who were rather indifferent. At the time, there was a Chinese tour group in the lobby, and it seemed someone was injured and needed assistance from the front desk, but they were quite unhelpful. However, the young lady I encountered when checking out was fantastic – very friendly and professional. Her name is Sevinch, and I hope everyone staying here gets to meet this kind front desk staff member.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, with a bank, shops, supermarket, and cafes nearby, as well as a public transport stop. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Housekeeping cleaned daily, changed towels, and replenished toiletries. Two bottles of water were provided in our room every day. We booked with breakfast, and it was all delicious. When we checked out early, they even gave us a very generous lunch box, which we ate on the train, complete with cutlery and napkins. We stayed in room 203 on the second floor, and I was pleased that the air conditioner wasn't directly above the bed but in the hallway, so it didn't blow on us and was practically silent. The staff are very polite and speak Russian; they're always ready to explain and assist with anything you need. I was also happy that there was no outside street noise or sounds from neighbors in the room.

The location is almost too convenient; it's just a five-minute walk from the train station. All the attractions in Samarkand are on a straight line, and it takes about twenty minutes by taxi from the hotel to either end of that line. So you can stay overnight, visit all the attractions the next day, then take a taxi back to collect your luggage and head back to Tashkent or Bukhara in the evening. The restaurant and courtyard are particularly beautiful.

A clean, beautiful hotel. The location is fine, quiet despite being next to a small mosque. I had a room on the -1st floor, facing the courtyard. The WiFi worked well, the TV had Russian channels, and the room had bottled water, a kettle, and green tea. There's also air conditioning. The Registan, Bibi-Khanum Mosque, and Siab Bazaar are a leisurely 10-minute walk away. The staff was friendly and helped me order a taxi. Breakfast was served on the upstairs terrace. The view must have been beautiful, but I had an early morning train and asked for a lunchbox. They packed a fairly filling breakfast with a sandwich, yogurt, fruit, and water.

Facilities: A bit old. Location: Tucked away in an alley. Cleanliness: Decent. Service: Good. The little white note indicates they can open (the room/door) proactively. They allowed an early check-in, and adding just 5,000 won for breakfast was a great deal! I recommend taking a taxi here; otherwise, you'll never find the place.

It is not up to a 5 star level for the below reasons 1) the facility looks new from the outside and superficially it is grand but the details reveal that this hotel is subpar, for example the gym facilities, the elevators, etc… looks like a standard holiday inn 2) the staff barely speak English and when you ask them something the attitude is mostly cold and unwelcoming, not helpful at all 3) the room facilities didn’t work most of the time, for example the shower buttons, the phone or the aircon 4) the breakfast selection is minimalist, with v limited varieties 5) the location is far from city center

GGuest UserWe absolutely loved this hotel. It's location is great and the staff are amazing especially the front desk. There is no lift but the reception staff helped us with the bags. We paid for a more premium room but it was on level 3 so we asked to be changed to room on a lower level and it was great. The Georgian restaurant inside the hotel is amazing. The food is great and the staff were amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very disappointing. Our room was met with dirty robes and towels, terribly dirty plumbing, broken shower heads, and a shower door that wouldn't close. The shower drained almost completely, so we had to wash ourselves ankle-deep in water. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, and the humidity was terrible. However, I'd like to commend the hotel staff. They really try their best. We asked for replacement towels and a fix for the drain. They immediately got to work and fixed everything. After that, the draining improved, but a terrible smell came from the sewer. The breakfasts are good, there's a coffee machine, the staff helps with drinks, and if something isn't available, they'll make it for you personally upon request. The location is fantastic, with all the sights within a 5-10-minute walk. However, the hotel is located close to a noisy road, so it's not always pleasant to be in the room with the window open.

GGuest UserVery satisfied, the service was very attentive. The location is within walking distance of the square, about 1.6 kilometers. There's a very good barbecue restaurant nearby. The staff speaks English, and the prices are very reasonable. The hotel entrance is very small, and I circled the building using the navigation system but couldn't find the entrance. Hahahaha, actually, the entrance is right on the road.

VValentina1607An excellent hotel where everything is done with love. A very convenient location. I wanted to stay in an authentic hotel, as if we were visiting friends. And that's exactly what happened. The hosts were very welcoming. The room was clean. We checked in early in the morning without any problems. We are very happy we chose this hotel. Thanks to the hosts.

EedyzI’m sorry I really wanted to give you guys a good rating. The hosts are very friendly and nice, location is good BUT. 1. You advertise yourself as Free WiFi zone in your signage but your WiFi doesn’t work. You said you will fix it but you didn’t. 2. Because of this I used up all my data and at 4am in the morning I had to go to the lobby to get an emergency eSIM. 3. The shower is ridiculously tiny and the angle is so high only a person who is 1.8m or higher can shower properly. The hot water is so sensitive it is either cold or scalding hot. 4. In the morning there was a dripping sound on top of my room that woke me up. It sounded like someone knocking from 4am for 3 hours straight. 5. My room did not have toilet tissues and I had to request for it. It’s a great location and the lobby looks nice. But it’s the whole experience people need for a good stay. It will take a lot of work and investment but this hotel can be a great hotel if the owners are willing to properly fix it up. Not just cosmetically. Good luck

NNarrilexAn absolutely luxurious and stunning hotel! It's located just a short distance from Registan Square, amidst the mahalla's historic residential buildings. Three parrots live at the reception, one of which seems to talk. The hotel feels luxurious, like you're immersed in an oriental fairy tale and actually living it. The rooms are comfortable; we were well-appointed and fully equipped, and we rested well before exploring the city on foot. Each room was provided with four 0.5-liter bottles of water. This was a lifesaver for us, as it was hot and sunny; we took the water with us and drank it gratefully. A stroll from the hotel to Registan Square offers glimpses of historic residential buildings and inexpensive cafes. We liked Shokhrukh Nur and Historic. But for a more authentic experience, the Laghman Center is a better choice during lunchtime. Walking back from Registan Square, you can reach Shaboda Park, home to cafes and restaurants serving khalisa. So the hotel is very conveniently located for both tourist attractions and gastronomic tours. You can also book a family spa vacation at the hotel: you'll be greeted by a swimming pool and cool jacuzzi, as well as a hammam and steam room. We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you!
