I received excellent service from the staff in the hotel . The most outstanding service was from Mustapha, he helped me on two occasions with the safe, which was giving error codes. Over and above this after I had left the hotel, I had a package arriving late that I could not receive. Mustapha shared his personal Whatsapp number with me to organize the package to be returned to the seller. I have not received such excellent service in some years of staying in hotels outside of South Africa. Thank you!

Upgrade is worth, then u have a nice view… super friendly staff. Roof top with coffee, GREAT!

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone was truly very nice. We would definitely come back. Parking right in front of the hotel was no problem. The breakfast was delicious. Even though we hadn't booked it, we still received one. Thank you so much for that!

Had a great time. Id definitely come bsck here. Decent breaky spread including a salad bar, scrambled eggs or omelette. Plus cereals pastries anf fruit. Room was tidy. Had a safe. Gym was excelldnt. Staff were do lovely too. Security guys were super helpful. You take a uber everywhere pretty much so this was a great base. Although did walk to shops and few attractions.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Stayed here for a business trip in Cape Town. The room size and facilities were a bit underwhelming for a 4-star hotel, more on par with a budget hotel in China. On the plus side, the power outlets were very convenient, no need for an adapter. However, there were no complimentary toiletries or bottled water. Breakfast was decent, and the hotel's location was quite convenient.

Great location for the airport and airport shuttle available at an extra cost. This was beneficial as I had a very early flight. Room service could have been better as it took a long time for my order to arrive (I was informed because they were busy) and the chips had gone cold by then . I just ate the meal as I was hungry but may have sent it back in other circumstances

The hotel was lovely and staff very helpful. Breakfast was good and fresh.alp the decor around the hotel was just like photos. There was an incident regarding security of my room and reception were very supportive and patient in reviewing all the CCTV footage. I was ensured staff would be formally approached about the incident. The hotel gave me a room stay for the day afterwards and accommodated any request.

The room is not bad~ People with a large body weight may feel that the bed is not very solid~ Some of the sockets in the room are broken~ The hotel does not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, and disposable slippers! ! ! Last year's breakfast was the same, but this year it was improved. Although it still cannot satisfy the Chinese stomach, at least there are some changes~ Next time I will still recommend it because the scenery is invincible~~

Apart from the hassle of a self service checkin, this place has all the amenities, the space and the crew to make your stay a comfortable one. Beds come with individual lights and charging points, as well as a decent size locker to stuff your day pack. Each bed also comes with a small compartment to stuff your small items. There’s a super mart next door for the self caterers and the bus stop is just a skip and a hop away.
