Seoul City Hall

Seoul City Hall - A governmental building for the Seoul Metropolitan Government in South Korea. It is located in Taepyeongno, Jung-gu, at the very heart of Seoul. It is connected to City Hall Station (Seoul) on Seoul Subway Line 1, with access to Seoul Subway Line 2 from the same station. The new building stands out architecturally, and the old city hall building is located in front of the new building. Now the old building is Seoul Metropolitan Library, and Seoul Plaza. There is a small museum downstairs I wanted to checkout and I was not disappointed at all. An old lady welcomed me with a big smile on her face in the museum and told me about the history of the city and the old and new city hall buildings. When I asked her how much should I pay she said that it is free as she is a volunteer.
