Checked-in was done smoothly. There’s onsite parking available. Only concern is we need to lug our heavy luggages up the staircase. Thank God, it was only one floor up. A bit of noise from the traffic, as our room was facing the main road. However, we loved the room; nice, spacious, sofa, comfy bed, well equipped with microwave oven, toaster, jug kettle and varieties of option for tea and coffee. Housekeeping was done daily! Location wise: Easy access to nearby Gardens and Art Gallery. Can easily walk around if you do not want to drive. Will definitely recommend friends to stay here if they’re in Geelong!

Functional and straightforward motel that give you everything you need for a stopover at Port Campbell. Self check in and out is convenient, and so is the location. Grocer across the street, restaurants and petrol kiosk along the same street.

The hotel is very new, in fact it is not fully finished yet as some rooms are still under renovations. The fitout are quite simple but modern, and my 14 years old boy likes very much. The reception was friendly, and presented us a paper with a list of recommended restaurants when we check-in, and instructed us how to walk there. Good value for money, would recommend to anyone travelling there.

Check in and check out quite simple. Room ready by the time we arrived. Unit was clean and roomy, mattress are comfortable. Water heat pressure is strong. Aircon/Heater is functioning well that kept us warm throughout the night. Nearby foodworks, beach,bakery, cafe, petrol station within walking distance.

Clean and the location is just right infront of the sea/beach which is beautiful in the morning. The beds are clean and amenities are great 👍 good for families. There are quite a couple of food store nearby which is asessible if you don't have a car .

Overall, we enjoyed our one night stay here. Receptionist was really friendly and welcomed us. Room was very clean and have amenities we needed. You can also do laundry here if you need. We had a small issue using the tv and finding the location but other than that, it was a great! I strongly recommend this.

The hotel was conveniently located and the room has everything we need for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and there is plenty of benches and storage space. The room was spotless. We had a happy stay.

Room is large, clean, spacious and comfortable, with plates, bowls and cutleries provided for meals. The toiletries provided like shampoo and body wash look nice and good quality. Room looks like it’s been refurbished recently, seems more modern than another motor inn I stayed at along the Great Ocean Road. The place is manned by an elderly couple, who look like they take pride in providing a good stay for guests. The only downside of our stay was a constant whirring sound that seemed to come from the aircon compressor or motor, which became more apparent at night.

The exterior photos online don't do it justice. I didn't expect it to be a new or recently renovated (?) property. It is fully equipped with the necessities like plates, cutlery, fridge, hairdryer, kettle, microwave etc. The location is superb very close by to the main town center. You can park your car right outside your unit. Strong shower in the bathroom. However, the hanging shelf at the shower area is placed kind of high and it's too small to place our items. Nonetheless, we truly enjoyed our stay here.

A very comfortable one-night stay. Check-in and check-out are all self-service. After booking the hotel, an email will be sent to your mailbox the day before to notify you of the room number. You can check your mailbox. The room is clean and tidy overall. It is much more comfortable than a regular motel, but it still has the characteristics of a motel. Because I checked in at night, I woke up the next morning to see the view outside the window, the baobab trees by the sea, and various native birds. In short, it is a very nice motel in Apollo Bay

The room is very large, there is a big bed in the outside, there are two single beds in the inside, there is a kitchenette, microwave oven, bread machine, refrigerator, there are many tableware, and a dining table. The bedding is very clean, the car is parked at the door, it is very convenient to take luggage, I like this motel very much.

Stayed one night here during out roadtrip to 12 apostles. Arrived late but managed to self checked in. Easy and convenient. Room was super impressive for the price that we paid. There are several eateries just minutes away from our motel, and about 3 ‘mins walk to the beach front. Would definitely recommend!

The facilities are complete and the environment is hygienic. When I arrived, the temperature dropped suddenly and I was worried that it would be cold at night. However, I found that after the heating in the room was turned on, it was very comfortable to wear short sleeves to sleep. The service attitude was very good. The disadvantage is that the door is unlocked with a key, which makes it feel safer without an electronic room card.

When I arrived at the hotel where Trip.com bought agoda... The granny who received me was nice, that is, the kitchen in the room smelled a bit big (because the room can be cooked in the big room, I am more sensitive to the smell), everything else is very good!

We were greeted warmly n we enjoyed the bbq site which is just next to the lot. Very near to the central area where u can grab food or enjoy dining at those very nice cafe.

A family of five drove to various attractions on the Great Ocean Road a little late, and booked the Twelve Apostles Resort Hotel on Ctrip. Unexpectedly, there was a surprise. The location is very good, not far from the Twelve Apostles Rock parking lot. You can drive according to the navigation, and there are clear signs. The guy who guards the store is from northern China. He is sincere and enthusiastic. Together with the dog HILLA, he welcomes every guest who comes and properly arranges accommodation. He also turns on the electric heater in advance. It happened to be the Olympics, and he also enthusiastically turned on the TV and told the children how to adjust the TV programs. The hotel also provides dinner meals, not only instant noodles, but also beef and potato rice and lamb rib rice. I ordered 3 servings. The taste is OK, very Chinese, the quantity is large, and the price is not expensive. The house is fully equipped. It would be better if milk could be provided in the refrigerator. There are kitchen utensils and microwave ovens. It is also convenient to boil water. The water can be drunk directly. When the weather is good at night, you can see the sky full of stars and the air quality is great. The view in front of the house is wide and full of pastoral atmosphere. Check-out is also very convenient, just give the key to the key box at the door. Recommend Chinese guests to choose this hotel, it feels like home.

A single wooden house with a lot of space and quiet surroundings. I slept for a long and stable night. The landlord JIM was warm and friendly. He came to check in shortly after check-in to understand the needs of the guests and asked if there was anything that could help. As a stop on the Great Ocean Road, the price is very high.

The room is small but warm, the facilities are a bit simple but complete, except that the door of the bath is not closed tightly, the environment is very good, very quiet, parking is convenient and free, cost-effective, recommended

The location is convenient for self-driving travel. It is about an hour's drive from watching penguins returning to their nests and about 30 minutes by steam train. The hotel and rooms are gorgeously designed, perfect for checking in and taking photos. However, there were very few choices in the morning, only three types of bread and cocoa crisps, and no hot food was provided.

The positives were the hotel staff, who were very accommodating and attentive, and the convienant free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The location itself is an ideal distance from the aiport, however it is quite old, with long, unattractive hallways of old red brick, which smelled of cigarettes and mustiness. The communal areas were extremely limited, as though an afterthought, and I can not imagine anyone actually using them, so they're likely just for show, but it doesn't look inviting. The view from the back side of the hotel looked out through some low trees to a dirt field, which is fair enough for a 3-star hotel, however there seems to be a large amount of (guard?) dogs being kept in a fenced area on that property only 40 metres away from the hotel, and they bark constantly, day and night, with peaks of extremely excited barking which is noticeably loud and hard to ignore. There were an old pair of dirty shorts clumped in the hotel's yard, right below the balconies and tree-line, which was a bit off-putting to see. There is not much around the hotel in walking distance, including public transport, so expect to use taxi or uber unless you want to walk extended distances. Generally, the hotel was serviceable for an overnight stay. However, I do not recommend staying here for any more than an overnight layover. It was not a comfortable or enjoyable experience, and best used for budget stays only. The age of the hotel is very evident in its cramped and dated design.

I am Chinese. I have stayed at this hotel many times. The first time I feel it is acceptable. Now I feel worse and worse, but the location is better. The service can only be improved. There is no hot water in the bath, and the air conditioner is noisy. There is no spare pillow in the room, the sofa collapses, just the TV can meet the requirements. Such a room should not be offered to customers. I only stayed for one night so I didn't pursue other things. I won't stay at this hotel again.

Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was huge, plenty of space for young kids to play, even has a private small backyard! Very few motels with this. Great location for our needs on this trip. We expected it to be noisy being on the main road but it was not at all, very quiet for a peaceful sleep. Beds were comfortable. We needed a couple of extra things on arrival which were no trouble at all for the hosts. Well equipped full kitchen, big 6 seater dining table was great for a family of 5. Good sized nice bathroom, although the shower and grout was in need of a good spring clean with visible soap scum and parts of shower base slippery with soap scum. Carpet needs a steam clean, there were a few visible stains and the kids bare feet got very dirty quickly. Overall the unit was very clean despite these thinga. Definitely recommend for families (so much space!) and we would stay again.

This place was a breath of fresh air compared to the last 4 places I've stayed in the area. The place very very clean and tidy, the pictures are very accurate which is rare. Bed was comfy. The lady at the desk even gave me the choice of room if I wanted a room towards the back that would get less traffic noise or one in the middle She even opened them up and showed me. Both were very as clean. Super impressed would 100% come back.
