Exceeded my expectations for the price! The room was more spacious than it appeared in the pictures. The mattress had just the right firmness, so I woke up without any back pain, and the pillows were at a comfortable height. The hygiene was excellent; the sheets and duvet covers were odorless, there was no dust accumulation in the bathroom corners, and even the gargle cups were sterilized, which made me feel very secure during my stay.

Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

This hotel stay completely redefined my understanding of what a truly excellent accommodation should be! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm lighting and soothing music in the lobby immediately put me at ease. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional; check-in was super efficient, and they even proactively upgraded my room, which was a delightful surprise! The hotel also thoughtfully provided Type-C charging ports. The room itself was absolutely flawless: the bedding was incredibly soft, and with the blackout curtains drawn, it created a perfect sleeping environment. Even the bathroom was impressive, featuring a smart toilet and a large rainfall showerhead – every detail showcased thoughtful design and comfort. The hotel gym was equipped with brand-new machines. Breakfast offered such a vast selection that it was hard to choose, with everything from Chinese hot congee and fried dough sticks to Western pastries and coffee, truly catering to all tastes. The location is also superb, just a few minutes' walk from the nearest subway station, making getting around incredibly convenient. This entire stay was absolutely perfect – a definite five-star experience! I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again for my next trip.

I was extremely impressed with this stay; it certainly lives up to its reputation as a local five-star hotel. The moment we arrived at the hotel entrance, a bellboy promptly ran over to assist with our luggage, escorting us all the way to the front desk. This immediately made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient during check-in. As we hadn't opted for breakfast at the hotel, they thoughtfully provided detailed information about the operating hours of the nearby floating market, suggesting it as an alternative for breakfast options – an incredibly thoughtful gesture. The hotel's location is excellent. It's very convenient to visit popular spots like the 'Internet-famous Wall' and West Market. There are also plenty of dining options right nearby, including BBQ restaurants and Hailanjiang Stone Pot Rice. If you prefer not to venture far, the hotel itself offers a great selection of Korean, Western, and Chinese cuisine. The room facilities were also excellent, with comfortable bedding. Overall, I highly commend the service here.

Heavy snowfall made it difficult to go out, and I thought I'd have to survive on instant noodles from the convenience store on the first floor. But then I discovered a culinary gem on the second floor of the hotel! Thanks to Lisa Dou's warm and enthusiastic service, my family and I ended up dining at this restaurant for both days. The ambiance was great, the service was attentive, and all the dishes were authentic Changbaishan delicacies. We were very happy. The hotel front desk service was also excellent, responding immediately to any requests. The skiing and hot spring experiences were top-notch, and the children had a wonderful time!

The Grand Hyatt Changchun is probably the best hotel in Changchun. First, my complaints: Honestly, the design is illogical. The driveway from the car entrance/exit to the lobby is a tiny, U-shaped hairpin turn! The public area of the lobby has no sofas, so a bunch of people were standing around waiting to check in! The underground parking garage is practically for expert drivers only! It was the National Day holiday, and we booked two king rooms. One room's key card was ready at 3 PM, but the other wasn't available until 5 PM. Last year during the National Day holiday, the InterContinental Taiyuan's efficiency was far, far better than the Grand Hyatt Changchun. Now, for the praise: The decor is very new, the rooms are spacious, and having the toilet and shower separate is a huge plus. The facilities are also very new, and the bedding meets Grand Hyatt's high standards. When they couldn't free up a room, they upgraded us. A senior manager in the lobby, who spoke fluent Cantonese, was excellent at communicating and managing the situation. Her attitude was very good, and she handled issues promptly. I hope the hotel can improve its service efficiency and optimize processes like check-in, public areas, and luggage service. Ultimately, if you come to Changchun, I still recommend staying at the Grand Hyatt Changchun. It's centrally located, and the facilities are great. I give it five stars. However, try to avoid coming during holidays; your experience might be better on weekdays.

It is an awesome stay in experiences. The hotel staffs are so friendly & helpful! Special thanks to hotel staff Karson for helping us with the hotel surrounding directory and he is so nice to free upgrade our room to families suite when he saw that we got a child staying in too. We will definitely stay in this hotel when we are back to Changchun. Many thanks to all the hotel staffs.

The service was excellent, and our butler was incredibly friendly and responsive. They even brought us a fruit platter, which was a lovely touch – hope they keep that up! Regarding facilities, I really hope they upgrade the hardware soon, especially the toilets and bedding. It's a shame that during our three-day stay, Tianchi Lake was closed every day, so we couldn't use our VIP service. The restaurant menu didn't have any congee. I suggest adding some Cantonese dishes. My friends from the South were feeling a bit under the weather and really wanted a warm bowl of lean pork congee. We were upgraded to a mountain view room, and luckily, it was a clear, fog-free day, so we got to enjoy stunning views of Changbai Mountain from our room.

Value for money. Big and spacious rooms. Comfortable beddings and showers. Located directly opposite, 200m away from Exit A of Ren Ming Guang Chang subway station. Although the furnishings are slightly depleted, the rooms were clean and comfortable to stay in. The staff are also responsive and quick to resolve our room's problem.

The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was quite good with many options. The hotel's location is also excellent, right across from ”Changbai Mountain Alkaline Water River National Wetland Park.” You can also walk to ”Alkaline Water River National Wetland Park” and the ”Reindeer Park.” Recommended!!
