What an unexpected gem! The hotel itself was fantastic, and when I asked for recommendations for local eateries, the front desk staff went above and beyond with practical suggestions – every single one was a hit! I also inquired about Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) and appreciated that there was no pushy upselling, making the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxed. The hotel staff were consistently warm and patient throughout my stay; whether it was my initial questions or subsequent service, everything was meticulous and thoughtful. They responded to issues incredibly quickly, making my experience absolutely top-notch. Five stars, without a doubt! I'll definitely be back next time and have already recommended it to friends.

Highly recommended for Xi’an. Great location. Tourist attraction; Bell tower, drum tower, muslim street by foot. The shuttle bus to Terracotta Army also easy to access, just some metres away from hotel entrance. One thing disturbing on the first night, there was a music play at some place around the hotel, and it was so loud.

Our overall experience was positive, the hotel is at a great location, in the heart of the city but away from the street noise. The only downside is that rooms are not soundproof and your good rest will depend on how noisy your neighbours are. Also noisy people can be heard from the corridor. But the hotel provides earplugs. All toiletries were provided in the room and free bottled water was available on  our floor. The room was warm and of good size. Buffet breakfast is mainly focused on Asian guests and it’s very varied and rich, however some options are available for Westerners (e.g. they can cook plain omelette, there are cold meat cuts, fresh fruit, pastries). Choice and quality of coffees was very good. Limited options for vegetarians and especially vegans. Thanks to all staff for our pleasant stay!

Amazing location and kind host ! Room is clean and comfortable. Location is amazing just 5 minutes from metro and in the market so endless food to try. It is located in a backstreet but it was not hard to find as I saw in some comments, it is very safe and smiling neighbors. The host kindly showed me where to do my laundry and offered daily cleaning if needed. Very available by text for any question. Thank you and wish you the best !

The Xi'an Bell Tower Yongning Gate Elegant Hotel is truly a hidden gem! Its prime location is unbeatable – within walking distance of the Bell and Drum Towers and the Muslim Quarter. We even had a beautiful view of the city wall right from our window, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room itself features an elegant Tang Dynasty-inspired design, is spotlessly clean, and comes with full amenities, including smart facilities. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff provided thoughtful service, and we even got to experience free Hanfu rental and intangible cultural heritage rubbings. The breakfast was a fantastic mix of Western and Chinese options, with some local specialties thrown in. Whether it's for sightseeing, taking photos, or just getting around, the experience here is top-notch. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xi'an!

The location is fantastic. It's very close to the D exit of the subway, the Muslim Quarter, and the Bell Tower. Most attractions are directly accessible from the hotel by bus. The room facilities are complete; it has all the basics, plus a washing machine service. The hotel also offers airport and subway transfer services. If you need them, you can contact the hotel in advance to book.

This stay was very bad. Very bad. We were arranged to stay in the north. The north side faces the street. The cars passing by at 4 o'clock in the morning, especially the cement tankers, were very loud. It was impossible to fall asleep. No matter how good, comfortable, and welcoming the hotel is, it can't stand such noise, especially the window where I stayed was the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and there was an intelligent voice gate that announced the vehicle number in and out, which was very loud. The experience was very bad, and I would like to remind you. If you stay in this hotel, don't stay on the north side of the hotel.

The hotel is located in a garden area, and the room is relatively spacious. My friend felt that the shampoo products were very suitable for her to use. The hotel also has free laundry and drying services, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. Parking is free in the basement. Just call the front desk to report your license plate number when you go out. There are many restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient. Recommend everyone

This hotel boasts an excellent location, making travel convenient. It's right next to the Yongning Gate of the ancient city wall, surrounded by numerous attractions and restaurants, and even offers free parking. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with bedding as soft as clouds. The soundproofing is decent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The scenic window rooms are particularly impressive, offering expansive views and even more captivating nightscapes. It would be even better if the hot water in the bathroom responded faster and the shower water temperature could heat up more quickly.

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.
