What a delightful little hidden gem in the alleys of Xi'an! The hotel might be small, but it's packed with clever touches. The lobby's bold color-block design and Instagrammable spots are perfect for snapping photos until your phone dies! It's just a few steps from the subway and right next to a shopping district, making it super convenient for going out, dining, and getting around. You can even walk to popular downtown attractions in just a few minutes. Although the rooms aren't huge, they're spotlessly clean, and the bedding and bathroom amenities are pristine. Plus, there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, which is a blessing for anyone who loves convenience. The front desk even gave us a souvenir when we checked out – the experience was absolutely divine! Staying here on our trip was incredibly refreshing.

Giving a 5 star review because we were asked by the staff (he said he upgraded our room). I booked a room without windows coz I’ve been to Xi’an before and I know how noisy it can be (which was extremely noisy with windows even closed). In the hotel description says they can help arrange transport for the airport (additional cost) but they didn’t help us. If traveling with big luggages, I do not recommend the hotel since the entrance is quite hard to find and there are only uneven stairs. Good thing: room is clean and beautiful. Bed was comfortable. Location is close to main tourist spots, subways and restaurants . TV is paid so can’t watch a single thing.

小圆 was my designated contact during my stay in Xi'an She was excellent and attentive even on her day off! Went above and beyond, a credit to the staff. She even got me a little thank you gift to finish off ny first trip to Xi'an on a high Room was excellent, able to walk to Bell Tower (5 minutes), City Wall (20 minutes) and good transoort links e.g. subway/metro Tourist Bus etc as well as good shopping around the area. I made good use of the included Breakfast and afternoon tea (小圆 even ensured I could access when I had checked out for the morning due to ny tour taking me past 3pm) Room came with everything I needed for my stay, slippers robe, toiletries, plentiful bottled water and some soft drinks as well were waitinf in the fridge for me, usual hot drinks too. Will definitely consider staying again when I have the chance to revisit.

Amazing location and kind host ! Room is clean and comfortable. Location is amazing just 5 minutes from metro and in the market so endless food to try. It is located in a backstreet but it was not hard to find as I saw in some comments, it is very safe and smiling neighbors. The host kindly showed me where to do my laundry and offered daily cleaning if needed. Very available by text for any question. Thank you and wish you the best !

The stay experience at the Elegant Hotel in Xi’an’s Bell Tower was flawless. The location was exceptional, easily accessible by foot to the Bell Tower and the city walls. “The core attractions were within reach, and the free parking lot was a pleasant surprise within the commercial area.” The hotel exudes Tang Dynasty elegance, with elements of the Tang Dynasty intertwined with non-heritage decorations. From the observation terrace, one can enjoy a panoramic view of the ancient city. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the free Hanfu experience and non-heritage printing are highly ceremonial. The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive, making the entire stay comfortable from check-in to check-out. It offers an excellent balance between convenience and quality, making it an ideal place to explore Xi’an. I would definitely choose this place again for my next visit.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, unbelievably close to the subway station entrance—I'd estimate less than 20 meters. You're practically there in a few steps from the exit, which is a huge relief when you're lugging luggage, especially for travelers like us who rely on public transport. Plus, it's very close to the Bell Tower, about 200 meters away, just a few minutes' walk. It was perfect for seeing the Bell Tower at night, and there are tons of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The convenience for getting around is top-notch! The room itself was also a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and tidy overall, with no strange odors. The bedding was spotless and comfortable, and the room was decorated in a cozy way that made you feel right at home. All the facilities were well-maintained and easy to use, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. But the highlight has to be the service from the front desk staff – genuinely warm and attentive. From check-in to check-out, every interaction showed their professionalism and friendliness. They answered all our questions and even proactively offered local travel tips, making us feel incredibly welcome, almost like coming home. In summary, whether it's the location, room environment, or service attitude, this hotel is simply impeccable. It offers incredible value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip here! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

This stay was very bad. Very bad. We were arranged to stay in the north. The north side faces the street. The cars passing by at 4 o'clock in the morning, especially the cement tankers, were very loud. It was impossible to fall asleep. No matter how good, comfortable, and welcoming the hotel is, it can't stand such noise, especially the window where I stayed was the entrance and exit of the parking lot, and there was an intelligent voice gate that announced the vehicle number in and out, which was very loud. The experience was very bad, and I would like to remind you. If you stay in this hotel, don't stay on the north side of the hotel.

The hotel is located in a garden area, and the room is relatively spacious. My friend felt that the shampoo products were very suitable for her to use. The hotel also has free laundry and drying services, and the waiters are very enthusiastic. Parking is free in the basement. Just call the front desk to report your license plate number when you go out. There are many restaurants near the hotel, which is convenient. Recommend everyone

This hotel is perfectly located right at the foot of the city wall, close to the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, and not too far from other major attractions. You can even catch the stunning night view of Yongning Gate! There are also plenty of malls nearby, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. My stay here was genuinely a pleasant surprise! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted me with incredibly warm smiles, helped with my luggage, and even offered hot tea. The front desk meticulously confirmed my details and patiently answered all my questions. Although the room wasn't huge, the overall decor was very cozy and felt like home. All the essential amenities were there, and the bedding was so soft – I fell asleep instantly! Even the pillow height was just right for my neck, allowing even a light sleeper like me to sleep soundly through the night. What touched me most were the little details! The bathroom had a super clean wet/dry separation. You could get free refills of bottled water anytime if you ran out. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was sufficient and had a comforting, home-cooked taste – quite good. When checking out, they proactively asked about my experience and even gave me a small souvenir. I've stayed in so many hotels, but this one truly embodies ”making guests feel at home” in its DNA. I've already recommended it to all my friends, and I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

During my stay at Crowne Plaza, I found the accommodation very satisfactory. The room was a good size, featuring a comfortable, super large bed, mini fridge, kettle but no milk, this had to be requested. Also, the slow drainage in the shower was messy and inconvenient. Overall the room was very nice. The hotel’s lobby was spacious and attractively designed, setting a welcoming tone upon arrival. The lounge and the 40th-floor bar were definite highlights, offering a cool and inviting ambiance. The breakfast provided met standard expectations and was enjoyable. I’d like to extend a special acknowledgment to Tony, whose help during check-in and arranging breakfast in my room when I wasn’t feeling well was exceptional, demonstrating outstanding service. Crowne Plaza’s prime location adjacent to a mall and the bridge offered numerous options for leisurely walks and sightseeing, adding to the overall convenience. Although I didn’t personally utilize the gym or pool, they appeared to be well-maintained. Best hotel in the city for sure.
