The hotel's location is super convenient, with a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport! The room layout and facilities are efficient and well-designed, making for a comfortable stay. It was clean and tidy, and my overall experience was excellent!

The hotel itself is incredibly clean, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast could be improved and have a little more variety, the attention of the staff is first class. But I have to make some notes in front of the place, this is in a place called free zone, which is a conglomerate of customs warehouses, for this reason at the entrance of this place there is a security service that is attended by very rude doormen, it is a nuisance to have to register your passport every time you enter and leave and that the Uber Taxi services cannot enter and have to register as well and one cannot enter with the transport putting their safety at risk. In addition, they are extremely bold, they retained my document while they verified that I was in the hotel knowing that I had just left and they had already received me less than two hours ago. I would recommend that you notify the guests of these inconveniences.

Free shuttle bus at exit number 1. Easy to find. Leaves hotel on the hour until the evening. After that every half hour. Refer to the accompanying photo. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I would definitely be happy to recommend this hotel.

The room was large, the facilities were decent, and the service was okay. The breakfast was average. There were many restaurants around the hotel, and it was located in a bustling area, so the surrounding area was quite convenient.

The room is really big, the location is also very good, the hotel has airport pick-up, which is good. There are many restaurants downstairs. There is Juan Coffee across the road, which is pretty good. There is also an Exito supermarket not far away, which can be said to be very convenient. It is a relatively good old hotel with acceptable facilities. The breakfast is also OK. Highly recommended, close to the airport

Five stars based on Two star hotel! Hotel location was best that I could find. Its across Transmilenio Museo station which gave access to north of town as well as faster way to the Airport for 3200 pesos (Taxi about 40k). Station has ticket office in front. Right next to Parque de la Independencia, which was nice walking area that has Bull fighting arena and planetarium (which was visible from hotel (if your room is not face this side, there is a lounge in each floor that gives view to both Museo side as well as the park side)). It also is locate right next to Museo de Nacional de Colombia. Only two block walk to start the walking street (Carrera 7) of Santa Fe with various shops and restaurants (walk around the hotel to main street and go south). Only 15-20 min(1 mile) walk to gold museum, then another 5 min to Plaza Bolivia, walk another 15-20 min East to Monserrate. Room: Clean, for its size and price, enough space to put stuff, has safe, but no refrigerator nor coffee machine. its basic. Bed was double but actually like US king size, it was too hard for me. Temp control only has AC so even with AC turned off, the room (1501) was bit cold. Bathroom has hair dryer, simple yet enough space, has shower unit with hot shower (only rain fall option, no hand held). There is couple USB-A & power outlet right to the bed, our was not working. Also a power outlet by the desk area. Security was good, a guard at the main entrance, elevator needs room card for floor access. Front Desk: Surprisingly for an international brand, most didn't speak English, but they were friendly and accommodating. With my minimal Spanish and their minimal English, we didn't have any issue. Front desk also gave us early check in and high floor choice. Food: My room plan included breakfast, food was ample decent quality with meat/eggs, pastries, rice, soup, cold cuts/cheese, sometimes potatoes, about 10 diff kinds of fruits, 4 diff yogurts, couple juices and coffee. Juices were bit off as sometime you get real juice sometime water down to fruit drink. Breakfast is served in Qceveche, next to the lobby, place is not large, but has outdoor sitting area, also serve lunch, dinner and various drinks. We had dinner, food was good, bit pricy compare to outside but reasonable for hotel restaurant (we stayed in AC Marriot in Santa Marta where the food price was 50% higher than Qceveche.) Amenity: none, no GYM or Pool. Does offer bag hold. Has a desk by main door for taxi services (I made a reservation day earlier to go to Grand station for Tourista Tren to Salt Cathedral, driver promptly waited and price was less than expected/ typical taxi fare.) Overall it offer comfy clean room, good breakfast, GREAT location, good service. I will come back again.

Very convenient, they offer airport transfers. The beds are fantastic. You get a 100% sleep. Sometimes you can hear planes, but I didn't hear anything at night, and it didn't interfere with my sleep. Breakfast is a 4-star, a bit disappointing; there's not much choice, and everything is bland and not very tasty. The blackout blinds are good. Sleeping comfortably is key for a hotel near the airport, especially for transit passengers.

Excellent service, free airport pick-up and drop-off. The staff were reliable from the moment we arrived at the airport. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the rooms were excellent. The facilities definitely made me want to return – I was pleasantly surprised! Since we had an early flight to our final destination, they offered a tailored breakfast from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM, and then another breakfast with different hours after that. I loved this thoughtful detail because we were able to have breakfast before heading to the airport. The staff were very attentive to details at all times. A very good experience 🤩 I would definitely stay again.

De aankomst na 30 uur reizen deed me schrikken; in een donkele louche straat stopte de taxi voor een garage poort.... Ik verzocht de taxichauffeur meteen om te wachten tot ik binnen was, waar was ik midden in de nacht terechtgekomen? Maar toen de deur opende en ik in de lobby kwam was alles OK!!! Vriendelijk (in het engels!) werd ik te woord gestaan. Dus de taxi mocht vertrekken, ik was gearriveerd. Snel naar de kamer, om in bed te kruipen, want ik was kapot moe... De kamer op de 1e verdieping was klein, maar toereikend. Een (te) kort bed, waar mijn voeten overheen hingen, deerde mij niet, TV, WiFi en een zuivere douche en lakens. Alles wat je je kunt wensen... De volgende ochtend ontbijt, included. Het meisje was iets te laat, maar daar kon ik mee leven. Om 10 over zeven een heerlijke uitsmijter en toost; vergezeld van wat (louw) water voor de pillen en een héérlijke kop koffie! Ook een exta toast werd met handen en voeten besteld en snel geleverd... Service ten top. Helaas was de jongen van de nachtdienst die engels sprak vroeg vertrokken... Een taxi naar het vliegveld met handen en voeten geregeld. Voor minder dan een kwart van de prijs van de avond tevoren, werd ik netjes op het vliegveld afgezet! Chapeau deze aanvullende service! Kort om op de eerste indruk niet te snel afgaan; de service en netheid en uitrusting is eenvoudig maar compleet! Een dikke 9 uit 10 voor dit goedkope, eenvoudige hotelletje!

The hotel has an airport shuttle service that leaves every 40 minutes, but you have to let the front desk know anyway. The facilities are very nice and clean, the location is excellent, in front of the Modelia station, and there is also an Oxxo next door. The price was good, the breakfast was good and varied. What I didn't like was that after I arrived, they charged me a surprise tax, in addition to the hotel night of approximately $16, and they didn't explain what it was for and they didn't give me an invoice either. I suggest explaining it in large letters in the purchase conditions.
