I spent 2 nights in this mythical hotel which hosted great figures from the political, artistic world, etc. This hotel shines with the quality of the welcome, the cleanliness, the availability, the friendliness of the staff. The decoration, the style, the materials of the hotel tell a story charged with emotion. The rooms have kept the style of yesteryear. The breakfast served is very generous and the products are of high quality. This hotel has a large, very clean swimming pool, restaurants and an enchanting exotic garden. I will return with great pleasure and with great emotion.

J’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et j’en garde une très bonne impression. C’est un établissement simple, sans prétention, mais vraiment pratique : les prix sont très abordables et surtout l’emplacement est idéal, à seulement une minute de la station de métro Ali Boumendjel. Parfait pour se déplacer facilement. Le personnel est un vrai point fort : hyper sympathique, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Grâce à eux, le séjour est encore plus agréable. En résumé : un hôtel simple, bien situé, pas cher et avec une équipe chaleureuse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Located on Alger hillside, can enjoy the entire city scenery within walking distance. The rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is plentiful, and the facility decor is modern. Good for sightseeing and short business trips.

Lovely hotel masha Allah - standouts include both the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff who were exceptional with their attentive service. Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters. The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too. Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel.

Impeccable service. The staff were incredibly attentive, respectful, responsive, generous, and always smiling. I recommend this hotel 1000/100.

Good location, food little variety to choose from Normal breakfast. Quiet to rest due to its location.

The service was okay. But there were some miscommunications regarding the hotel transfer, so we had to wait for almost 40 minutes before we decided to take taxi. Time wasted. Other than that, it was okay.

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable. As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

I had a lovely experience at the Atlantis Hotel. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay — the staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. I specifically wanted to thank Bilal, Souad, Houria. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

I must say that the night was particularly restless due to the constant noise from the air conditioning and refrigerator, as well as the neighbors, since the walls are very thin, allowing you to hear everything. Furthermore, the shower was extremely noisy, and children were running around the hallways and slamming doors from 7:00 a.m. onwards. I must admit that I didn't sleep well, and I wouldn't recommend this place. And I was disappointed by the so-called private parking; it was just the sidewalk right in front of the hotel.
