Hotel it self is ok but electricity keeps cutting off I stayed in total 3 nights and electricity was out 3 times Second day was out for almost 3 hrs. So inconvenient, hotel management didn’t even offer any compensation for this and keep saying its not from hotel side !!! Despite the government says hotels have exceptions from the power saving plan. Also how is it possible 4 star hotel has no generators!!! Many other good things about the hotel but can’t mention it due to this matter being so frustrating Hotel is nice for families Animation team are cool despite the limited budget they have Food variety is surprisingly great at main restaurant Room condition is quite tired

A truly unforgettable stay at Stella Grand Hotel! This wasn’t our first time at Stella Grand, but it was by far the most special — we were celebrating my son’s birthday! The staff went above and beyond to make it memorable, surprising us with thoughtful touches and cheerful smiles every day. The kids truly enjoyed! The animation team deserves a special shoutout — they are so kind and full of energy. And for the adults? The food is absolutely delicious, the pools are crystal clean, and the gardens are beautifully maintained. Thank you, Stella Grand, for making our family holiday so magical. The rooms are the best in sokhna area. Meals are also good in Egypt. The buffet dinner is very sincere, just need the waiter to help you pick up the food. The beach needs a shuttle bus, but it is not far away, and you can walk. The swimming pool is nice, and there is a children's area. Lived in stella, movenpick, cancun in sokhna, This jazz is my favorite. Suitable for a weekend from Cairo and a day or two. The beach is of good quality and the water is clear.

The place is very beautiful and quiet. The room is beautiful and very clean. The food is very good. The sea is sandy and there are no rocks. Honestly, we enjoyed it very much and all the staff, without exception, were very, very cooperative.

The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. My only reservation is regarding the food—it falls short of the standards expected from a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, the dining experience was disappointing, leaving us feeling bloated and requiring digestion aids afterward.

I loved our stay at Tanoak hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, one can relax and unwind. The hotel service was amazing. Breakfast and dinner was amazing with a large variety to choose from. The pool area is great and there is a shuttle to the private beach area which has bars and restaurants.

Great for short family trip, Kids will enjoy a lot. Clean renovated new rooms. Good location with nice views on the Red Sea. Several pools for swimming.

The room is big but the equipment is relatively old and simple. Breakfast and dinner are good. The hotel is all locals, very friendly, and there are The activity arrangement is good. On the second day, our child's throat became irritated and caused fever. The hotel also had a doctor who prescribed medicine for free, and also introduced the Cairo hospital to us. Thank you very much. When we arrived in Cairo, we were worried and went to the hospital. The hospital doctor agreed with the hotel doctor's diagnosis and medication. The child recovered the next day. Thank you very much! By the way, the doctors in the hotel and Cairo Hospital did not discriminate against us because we were Chinese and had a fever. They did not even wear masks deliberately, or even disagreed with our request for virus testing. In this terrible period of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, it is very valuable. thank you very much! This hotel is highly recommended, breakfast and lunch are not expensive.
