BBuerderenIn the new district of Batumi, it is close to the airport and a few kilometers away from the old city, but the traffic jam in Batumi is very serious. We walked for more than an hour in the afternoon for a few kilometers. The management of this city is really bad.
The room was small, but it was clean, very close to the beach, because the plane left in the morning, breakfast was not eaten, and the umbrella was required to deposit 50.

GGuest UserThis is not a hotel 4*. This is apartments in a residential complex. The room is normal with balcony, the new is clean enough. There is a mini kitchen and a washing machine. There was no drinking water or simplest things for the kitchen (salt, sponge for dishes, washing machine).
Location is good. near the sea, park and mall in step availability. Airport is near
Breakfasts are modest. Somehow everything should be hot, cold. Prepared in advance. From delicious tea.
This is a good 2* apartment hotel.

The service is convenient and well organized. We booked the room while already in the city, and the hotel confirmed the reservation immediately. We arrived about half an hour later, and the room was completely ready.
The pool and sauna are excellent — clean and everything works perfectly. There is also a good, well-equipped gym. We were very satisfied with our stay and would be happy to stay here again.

- clean, staff makes dry and wet cleaning every day
- good public space - as remote worker it was comfortable for me, you always can find at least 1 place to work with laptop + there's good Wi-Fi in hostel

GGuest UserThe place is good and well-organized, with everything you need like a washing machine, iron, and a small kitchen. It's clean, but not the best. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, cafes, and tourist areas within walking distance.
The only issue I had was that after the apartment was cleaned, my pajamas went missing. I asked at the reception, and they said the cleaning staff wasn't there. Since check-out was early in the morning, I gave them my number to contact me if they found them. Honestly, this whole thing made me uneasy; if pajamas can be stolen, what about other belongings? I was a bit stressed and insisted on following up to see if there would be any action, but unfortunately, they didn't care at all and didn't take the matter seriously.
If you book here, make sure to keep an eye on your belongings and don't let anyone in to clean.

MMrs. GNBExcellent location within walking distance of everything, courteous and very helpful and patient staff. Tremendous service team especially at front desk and in the restaurant at breakfast who are indeed hardworking and made the 14 days spent there not only a great experience but presented a sumptuous breakfast buffet that few can equal from twenty types of bread and pastries to fresh honey still on the hive tray that you carve out yourself. I was impressed.

PPhilip_FungWhen I first arrived in Georgia, the front desk was very friendly. I upgraded my suite when I checked in. The hotel restaurant has delicious traditional Georgian dishes, as well as local red wine. The charge is reasonable and the dining is comfortable.
