Took the skytrain aka Kalayang to commute between terminals. Reached T3 exit towards domestic departure exit take escalators near rightmost end from L2 to L1. Turn right at L1 following signs towards Hotel.You will see an A&W restaurant on the right side near the hotel entrance. Skytrain took 7 mins from terminals to terminals including airport express train to city area. The location is very Ideal for very early flight schedule or flight overlay. Quick check in. Good breakfast. Hotel utilized Ipad system to showcase their various services and facilities, also doubled as phone and messaging system for room service between the front desk, restaurant and room.

2nd time staying here after 6 months because was very satisfied during my 1st stay. Overall is still very clean, other than I found lots of hair strands on the carpet (that doesn't belong to me). Room cleaning of 3rd night was done around 8pm which is very late. Staff is very polite Many food options nearby if you take a grab Nice cafes down stairs My friend enjoyed the arcade that open until midnight

Great location , perfect for attending event at NICE. Surrounding by food places with many options. The only cons is the bathroom is tiny.

The location is very convenient, especially since it’s close to the airport. The hotel provides a shuttle service, although it only runs at certain times. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating, which made the stay more pleasant. However, the shower could be improved as the water was a bit muddy, and the floor seemed slightly mouldy.

There's a shopping mall just a 5-minute walk across the street from the hotel, with restaurants and shops. An Indomaret convenience store is located opposite the mall. Breakfast was average, and the room had a safe.

This is a new and popular hotel, so it's still quite crowded. The location is downtown. The breakfast spread is very diverse and tastes great. Personally, I found the bed uncomfortable, and at night, I could still hear noisy motorcycles from outside. Perhaps they rushed the construction to open on time, as the towel rack in room 1024 is already about to fall off 😬. There are many facilities, and it's fun with plenty of photo spots for social media 😬. I'd say about 80% of the staff are young, which is a shame because I heard them using slang like ”Anjir” (a crude exclamation) even when guests were right in front of them (I overheard this from a male receptionist). A server in the restaurant used ”Aku” (a more informal 'I') instead of ”Saya” (a more polite 'I') when addressing guests, which felt a bit odd. A server in the dining room sounded curt on the phone when taking an order. During breakfast, many staff members were sweeping and giggling with their colleagues. I hope for improvements because this is a 4-star hotel, and the service should be good, polite, and professional.

I had such a pleasant stay at Model J Hotel Jakarta. The hospitality from the staff was truly wonderful. Everyone at the front office and the housekeeping team greeted me warmly and made me feel very welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It was a lovely experience overall, and I’m really happy to have found this hotel. I recently stayed at d'primahotel Tangerang and overall had a very pleasant experience, especially considering the value for money. The hotel is conveniently located close to Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, making it a great option for transit stays, short business trips, or overnight layovers. It is also relatively close to Batu Ceper station and some shopping areas, which makes getting around fairly convenient. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and generally clean. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was modern and functional. The hotel has a modern industrial-style design with a pleasant atmosphere throughout the lobby and café areas. The overall ambience felt relaxing and suitable for both business and leisure travellers. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of Indonesian and international food, and the quality was surprisingly good for the room price. The restaurant and café area had a nice atmosphere, and the buffet was handled efficiently even during busy periods. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From reception to restaurant staff and security personnel, the hospitality was excellent. Many staff members went out of their way to assist guests, which made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. There are a few minor downsides. Some parts of the hotel feel slightly older and could benefit from renovation or better maintenance. The surrounding area is not particularly scenic or tourist-oriented, and it feels more like a business or industrial area rather than a lively residential neighbourhood. Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again.

I had another pleasant stay at this hotel, and it remains one of the best options near the airport. The staff are consistently friendly and genuinely helpful, which always makes a difference. Its location, just a few minutes from the airport, is incredibly convenient, especially for short stays or transit. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and I also tried the spa this time, which was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. On the downside, I noticed the bedding had a slight fragrance scent. It wasn’t a major issue, but I would have preferred a no-fragrance option if I had known in advance. Compared to my stay two years ago, the property is also starting to show a bit of age. Overall, it’s still a very comfortable and reliable choice, and I would gladly stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers from China. The cleanliness is comparable to a five-star hotel back home. The service is excellent, and they even provide complimentary fruit. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, making it very clean and hygienic. They offer airport shuttle service, but it comes with a fee. There's also a complimentary fruit platter.
