Hotels With Parking in Eastern Visayas, Philippines

What a beautiful place to stay.  A pity it was only one night.  Nice people providing nice service.  Room was fit for royalty!

The food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options. I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

Nice clean room. Quite large. Only downfall was the lift was under maintenance, but that was the only inconvenience. Oh, and a 4pm check in. That was rough as I had a baby and was forced to sit in the mall for 4 hours . Don't understand that check in time. Otherwise I actually liked the room and would use the hotel again if the need arises.

I was planning to extend for another day, but I was informed that if the next booking isn't paid before the current one ends, the hotel staff will remove your belongings. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make the payment in time because I wasn’t near the hotel and had no access to GCash as I was in the mountains. Anyway, all the photos they shared are accurate — I really like it here! The place is very clean and feels brand new!

The hotel is nice and located at the city center. The room looks great and the bed is so huge. Foods served during breakfast are yummy. I also like the live cooking (eggs and pancakes). There is a gym and pool although none did I able to use. The restaurant/bar at the top is so cozy. They have also great food choices, though a bit disappointing with limited choices for drinks. Overall, I love my stay for 3 nights and I highly recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to stay at this place. I couldn’t get hold of anyone from the resort and ended up stuck in town at night without transport. I even tried their facebook page. Leyte is not the easiest place to get around, especially as a foreigner, and communication is really important. I strongly feel there should be a message from the resort before arrival to check in with guests and help arrange transport if needed. That small step would make a huge difference and prevent stressful situations. I traveled specifically to Leyte for whale shark watching. While I was on the tour, the guide mentioned that Kuting Reef actually offers whale shark excursions themselves. Knowing that beforehand would have saved me a lot of stress trying to organize separate transport to the activity. Better communication and clearer information about available excursions would really improve the guest experience. I am so bumped I missed out on the opportunity to experience this stay.

A good beautiful hotel inside, there is a parking in the backyard closed, next to a coffee shop. Staff friendly, recommend. Minus only in old roasts, a small shower that poured the whole toilet, an old air conditioner out of the window. But in general everything is excellent, a good mattress and a blanket.

We stayed at Go Hotels for three days, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay very relaxing. The staff were also very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. One of the things we really loved was the location. The hotel is conveniently located right beside Robinsons Mall, so it was very easy for us to buy food, shop, and get whatever we needed without having to travel far. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Go Hotels. The cleanliness, comfort, excellent service, and convenient location made our three-day stay enjoyable and hassle-free. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We would gladly stay here again! ❤️

Our family had a wonderful time here. Everything we needed—from laundry to shopping and great food—was just a short distance away. It’s rare to find a place that is so family-friendly and truly accessible; my grandfather felt completely at ease in his wheelchair, and my brother was equally happy as this was a gift for his graduation. I am a guest for this hotel for 5 days, together with family and friends. We are frustrated with the hotel's parking area policy. According to staff, we are not permitted to park there as the spaces are reserved for customers. However, we have noticed different vehicles using the same spots throughout the day, which suggests no specific reservations are actually in place for individual spaces. We believe the use of parking area should be on a first-come, first-served basis since all guests pay the same rate for their stay. We would like to clarify – does the hotel have designated VIP parking spaces that are separate from general guest parking? Everyday I asked if I can use the parking area, still the same answer, it’s already reserved, but actually it’s vacant for hours.
